Abstract

Perkawinan merupakan ikatan lahir dan batin antara seorang pria dan seorang wanita dengan tujuan ideal, untuk membentuk keluarga yang bahagia kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa, namun faktanya tidak semua perkawinan berjalan dengan baik sesuai Tujuan undang-undang. Pembatalan perkawinan merupakan fenomena nyata di masyarakat, dan tidam membedakan suku, ras, agama, atau golongan apapun. Berikut ini studi putusan untuk mengetahui proses pembatalan perkawinan dalam Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974  dan pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus perkara pembatalan perkawinan, pada era saat ini meski hanya terbatas memperspektifkan 3 (tiga) putusan. Diharapkan sampai pada kesimpulan akhir tentang pertimbangan-pertimbangan hakim terhadap putusan pembatalan perkawinan.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengevaluasi risiko bencana kebakaran di Laboratorium Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun, Departemen Teknik Sipil dan Lingkungan, Institut Pertanian Bogor. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan petugas laboratorium untuk menilai dimensi ruangan, okupansi, inventarisasi peralatan keselamatan kebakaran, dan jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan. Metode analisis risiko meningkuti AS/NZS 4360:2004, mengkategorikan risiko berdasarkan probabilitas dan tingkat keparahan. Hasil menunjukkan laboratorium memiliki infrastruktur keselamatan kebakaran yang memadai, termasuk APAR yang ditempatkan secara srategis, kotak P3K, dan sistem exhaust. Penilaian risiko mengidentifikasi bahaya dengan tingkat risiko rendah, sedang, dan tinggi pada beberapa pekerjaan laboratorium. Oleh karena itu, langkah pencegahan diperlukan untuk mengurangi risiko, termasuk pemahaman yang lebih baik akan prosedur keselamatan, penggunaan alat pelindung diri, dan evaluasi ulang protokol yang lebih aman. Analisis lintasan APAR mengacu pada Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungan untuk kebakaran kelas B yaitu kurang dari 15 m.Kata kunci: kebakaran, keparahan, laboratorium, proteksi, risikoABSTRACKThis study evaluates the risk of fire disaster in the Laboratory of Hazardous and Toxic Materials, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Bogor Agricultural University. Data were obtained through direct observation and interviews with laboratory staff to assess room dimensions, occupancy, fire safety equipment inventory, and types of activities performed. The risk analysis method follows AS/NZS 4360:2004, categorizing risks based on probability and severity. Results showed that the laboratory had adequate fire safety infrastructure, including strategically placed fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and exhaust systems. The risk assessment identified some laboratory work hazards with low, medium, and high-risk levels. Therefore, preventive measures are needed to reduce risks, including a better understanding of safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment, and re-evaluating safer protocols. The APAR trajectory analysis refers to Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008 concerning Technical Requirements for Fire Protection Systems in Buildings and Environments for class B fires, which are less than 15 m.Keywords: fire, laboratory, protection, risk, severity

Abstract

Currently, transportation has become an essential need in daily life, and the rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on the use of services and interaction with mobile applications, including in the transportation sector. The Migo E-Bike app is the first electric bike rental service application in Indonesia, offering environmentally friendly services to reduce air pollution. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of two data mining algorithms, SVM and Decision Tree, in classifying user satisfaction of the Migo E-Bike app based on reviews and ratings on the Playstore. The research findings indicate that the Decision Tree algorithm performs better than SVM. The Decision Tree achieved an accuracy of 76.39%, with balanced precision and recall for both satisfaction categories. In contrast, SVM exhibited significant imbalance with an overall accuracy of only 51.25%. Therefore, the Decision Tree algorithm is more effective in handling the user rating dataset for the Migo E-Bike app.

Abstract

Marriage is an outer and inner bond between a man and a woman with the ideal goal, to form a happy eternal family based on God Almighty/Supreme, but in fact not all marriages run well according to the purpose of the law. Marriage annulment is a real phenomenon in society, and it does not distinguish any ethnicity, race, religion, or class. The following is a decision study to find out the process of annulment of marriage, in Law Number 1 of 1974 and the judge's considerations in deciding cases of marriage annulment, in the current era although it is only limited to 3 (three) decisions. Abstract

Program Mardeka Belajar Kampus Mardeka (MBKM) menawarkan peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar program studinya, yang dapat memperkaya pengalaman dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk dunia kerja. Namun, dalam tiga tahun pelaksanaannya di FTII UHAMKA, ditemukan kendala berupa ketiadaan sistem yang memadai untuk pendaftaran dan seleksi peserta. Hal ini menyebabkan dokumentasi dan proses seleksi peserta menjadi tidak optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis web untuk mengelola MBKM menggunakan metode agile development. Sistem informasi manajemen yang dibuat dapat mempermudah mahasiswa mendaftar program MBKM. Setelah dilakukan pengujian menggunakan blackbox testing, Sistem yang dibuat berjalan dengan baik dan bisa digunakan untuk mempermudah koordinator MBKM atau kaprodi dalam mengelola data mahasiswa yang mengikuti program MBKM. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian blackbox testing yaitu 90% valid semua fitur dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

In the business world, every business owner can of course experience losses when running their business. These losses can be caused by various kinds of obstacles, one of which is the accumulation of products that are of little interest so that only a few are sold. Therefore, we need a system that can determine the ideal sales product so that it can minimize losses and product buildup and help buyers recommend products to buy. This research uses Tsukamoto's fuzzy approach and the use of MatLab as a computerized computing tool, which allows careful comparison between manual calculations and tools. The results obtained provide a recommendation that the CZ192A Toner Remanufacture product is an Ideal product, the CE255A Toner Remanufacture product is a Non-Ideal product, and the Q7516A Toner Remanufacture product is an Ideal product.ABSTRAKDalam menjalani dunia perbisnisan, setiap pemilik badan usaha tentunya dapat mengalami kerugian ketika menjalankan bisnisnya. Kerugian tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai macam kendala salah satunya adalah penumpukan produk yang sedikit peminatnya sehingga hanya beberapa yang laku terjual. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan produk penjualan yang ideal sehingga dapat meminimalisir kerugian serta penumpukan produk serta membantu pembeli dalam merekomendasikan produk yang akan dibeli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fuzzy tsukamoto dan penggunaan MatLab sebagai alat komputasi terkomputerisasi, yang memungkinkan perbandingan yang cermat antara perhitungan manual dan tools. Hasil yang diperoleh memberikan rekomendasi bahwa produk Remanufacture Toner CZ192A merupakan produk Ideal, produk Remanufacture Toner CE255A merupakan produk Tidak Ideal, dan produk Remanufacture Toner Q7516A merupakan produk Ideal.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal Minang women’s music to find a common thread perspective on Minangkabau matrilineal women. The method used in this research is a women’s perspective research method (feminist perspective). This method produces a very distinctive report, which is obtained from data through feminist ethnography, which is a report on the results of field research. The findings are that women’s music based on Adat Salingka Nagari is a women’s music that blends with Adat (tradition) and provides an opportunity to actualize themselves in the societies; as a result of being a Anak Dendang they get more than enough benefits and as family breadwinners.

Abstract

One of the regions with high earthquake vulnerability is Java Island. The Sabilulungan 99 Tower, located in Bandung Regency, is a tower with a reinforced concrete structure that features a moment-resisting frame system. The structure's period is 2.6 seconds. The mass participation ratio obtained reaches values above 90% in both the x and y directions in the 9th vibration mode. The base shear force obtained when the performance point is reached in the post-elastic analysis is 10,402.90 kN in the x direction and 10,178.88 kN in the y direction. The lateral displacement of the roof in the x and y directions is 568.53 mm and 602.51 mm, respectively, when the structure's performance point is reached. Based on the structural deformation parameters according to FEMA 356 guidelines, the structure's performance level is Life Safety (LS). The structure's ductility in the x and y directions is 1.7 and 2.4, respectively, classifying the structure as having low ductility in the x direction and moderate ductility in the y direction.

Abstract

E-commerce technology enables efficient online transactions, providing customers with a convenient and efficient purchasing experience. In terms of production, e-commerce information systems can be integrated with production management, enabling monitoring of the production process, optimizing production efficiency and reducing the risk of stock shortages. E-commerce technology also opens up opportunities for more sophisticated marketing strategies, as MSMEs can utilize consumer data analysis, increasing customer appeal and ordering and sales. E-commerce technology facilitates direct interaction between consumers, fostering closer relationships and improving customer experience. The development of e-commerce technology has significantly increased the effectiveness and efficiency of MSMEs specifically in the fried chicken sector, enabling them to compete in the digital business era. The purpose of this study is to develop an E-Commerce information system in the "Maju Makmur" Kalasan fried chicken industry center that manages MSMEs fried chicken. The research method is a prototype model. This model starts from data collection, system design and testing. The stages of the prototyping development model consist of: communication, rapid planning, rapid modeling, construction, and delivery. The results of this study are a web-based system to optimize consumer, production, and marketing processes in order to increase operational efficiency and market access through an online platform.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the AdaBoost-SVM model for the classification of chronic kidney disease (CKD), addressing the critical need for accurate and early diagnosis in clinical settings. Using a dataset of 400 instances with 25 clinical features, we implemented rigorous data cleaning to remove rows with missing values, ensuring high-quality input data. The AdaBoost-SVM model achieved remarkable performance, with an overall accuracy of 96%. Precision and recall were notably high for both 'ckd' and 'notckd' classes, reflecting the model’s robustness and reliability. These results underscore the potential of hybrid machine learning approaches in medical diagnostics, providing valuable insights into improving CKD detection. Although the study has several limitations, such as a limited dataset and the exclusion of incomplete data, its findings clearly show the model's usefulness and provide a foundation for future research. Future work should focus on larger, more diverse datasets and alternative data handling techniques to enhance the model's applicability and performance. This research highlights the promise of integrating advanced algorithms into clinical decision-making processes, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes through early and accurate disease detection.
