Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect ofcommitment and rewards on the effectiveness of learning mediatedby learning motivation at the NCO Students of Army Polytechnic.Based on the data analysis by path analysis, the independentvariable that has the strongest influence on Learning Effectiveness(Y) is Commitment (X1) which is equal to 0.293. Towards LearningEffectiveness through Learning Motivation (Z), Commitment (X1) alsohas a stronger influence than the Reward (X2) of 0.2211. So that theCommitment variable (X1) is the variable that most influences theLearning Effectiveness (Y) both directly and through intermediariesLearning Motivation (Z). Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to prove and analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline and work environment both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at the Batu City Food Security Service.The sample used in this study was 40 employees in the Batu City Government Food Security Department with the questionnaire distribution method. The results of this study indicate that 1) the simultaneous influence between motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Batu City Food Security Service, 2) there is a partial influence between motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Food Security Service Batu City, 3) there is a dominant influence among the variables of motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of employees at the Batu City Food Security Service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership style and communication onemployee performance, examine the effect of transformational leadership style on communication, andcommunication strengthens the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance. Thepopulation of this study were 45 employees of the Bapenda Mojokerto Regency so that all of them were taken assamples or used total sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey techniques anddocumentation. The data analysis of this research used descriptive data analysis technique of percentage andPartial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that there was a significant positive effect of transformationalleadership style and communication partially on employee performance. There is a significant positive effect oftransformational leadership style on employee communication. Communication does not strengthen theinfluence of transformational leadership style on employee performance, meaning that communication cannotmediate the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of each local tax to local revenue, as well as the potential and effectiveness of each local tax. The design of this research is descriptive quantitative research. The results showed during the research period that the Street Lighting Tax, BPHTB, and PBB made a major contribution to Regional Original Revenue for Malang Regency, and for the City of Malang the major contributors were Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Street Lighting Tax, BPHTB and PBB. In the Overlay Analysis, the potential for local taxes in Malang Regency has potential in its contributions, namely Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Advertising Tax, Street Lighting Tax, BPHTB and PBB. Malang City includes Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Advertising Tax, Street Lighting Tax, Parking Tax, BPHTB and PBB which contribute to Regional Original Income. From the analysis that all local taxes are less potential than the overall Regional Original Income, but have a high effectiveness in fulfilling the Regional Revenue Target. It is hoped that the Regional Government can see the Potential and Effectiveness of each Regional Tax to be increased and maximized to contribute to Regional Original Income. Keywords: local tax, potential, effectiveness

Abstract

Education and training is one of the important factors in the placement of educators in the Army Polytechnic, because the implementation of education and training will make the performance of educators in the Army Polytechnic to be increased or better than before implementing education and training. The results of this study indicate that: i) Education has a significant influence on the performance of educators in the Army Polytechnic; ii) Training has a significant influence on the performance of educators in the Army Polytechnic; iii) Performance has a significant influence on Job promotion for educators in the Army Polytechnic; iv) Education has a significant influence on promotion for educators in the Army Polytechnic; v) Training has a significant influence on promotion for educators in the Army Polytechnic; vi) Education has a significant influence on job promotion through performance for educators in the Army Polytechnic; vii) Training has a significant influence on job promotion through performance for educators at the Army Polytechnic. Abstract

Creativity and innovation is a topic that is relevant not only for the entrepreneurs who are just starting, but also for business activities in general. The concept of entrepreneurial marketing is a scientific discipline that studies about the value, capabilities and a person's behavior in dealing with various issues related to business opportunities in an effort to get done. The purpose of this study are: first, to determine and analyze creativity and innovation have a significant effect simultaneously on entrepreneurial marketing. Second, to identify and analyze creativity and innovation have a significant effect partially towards entrepreneurial marketing. Third, to identify and analyze between creativity and innovation are the dominant influence on entrepreneurial marketing. The research location is determined at small business centers Ceramic Dinoyo Malang. The number of small businesses as respondents: 34 business units. Data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using the F test and T test. Based on the results of data analysis using multiple linear regression, the results of the study are as follows: First, creativity and innovation have a significant effect simultaneously on entrepreneurial marketing. Second, creativity and innovation have a significant effect partially towards entrepreneurial marketing. Third, creativity is the dominant influence on entrepreneurial marketing. Abstract

Pelaku ekonomi UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) di Indonesia harus mengikuti perkembangan Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, termasuk pula UKM Makanan di Kota Malang. Tidak ada jalan pilihan lain bagi UKM Makanan di Kota Malang untuk aktif dalam ekonomi digital. Hanya dengan itu UKM Makanan di Kota Malang akan bisa bertahan dan melakukan akselerisasi ekonomi yang luas. Karenanya yang dibutuhkan UKM Makanan di Kota Malang, adalah bagaimana mereka memiliki pengetahuan terkait dengan ekonomi digital. Untuk itu penguasaan terhadap internet, kemampuan penggunaan media sosial, hingga kemampuan membangun jaringan harus diberikan. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pada dimensi Social Media Markerting sebagaimana dijelaskan Kim & Ko, UKM Makanan di Kota Malang menggunakan media sosial pada variabel entertainment, interaction, trendiness, dan customization dengan baik. Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai bagian dari media promosi dan pemasaran, menjadi pendukung peningkatan penjualan produk UKM di Kota Malang. Pada kenyataannya, UKM Makanan di Kota Malang yang telah memiliki nama besar dan terkenal, tidak serta- merta mengutamakan media sosial sebagai alat promosi. Hal itu disebabkan oleh keberadaan mereka telah dikenal dnegan baik oleh pelanggan maupun calon pelanggan baru. Penggunaan media sosial, diutamakan pada variabel trendiness,dan interaction saja. Sementara variabel konvensional word of mouth, masih menjadi andalan.

Abstract

Merek merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dari suatu produk. Merek dapat menjadi suatu nilai tambah bagi produk baik itu produk yang berupa barang maupun jasa. Produk dengan citra merek yang baik secara tidak langsung akan membantu kegiatan perusahaan dalam mempromosikan produk yang dipasarkan selanjutnya dan hal tersebut juga akan menjadi kekuatan bagi perusahaan dalam menghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik, marketing, customer service, dan konsumen Batik Satrio Manah dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analysis interactive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: untuk membangun citra perusahaan yang positif, langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara menjaga kebersihan ruangan dan fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada. Selain itu, dalam menciptakan citra produk di mata konsumen agar konsumen loyal, maka Batik Satrio Manah menekankan pada kualitas pembuatan produknya dan proses pelayanan dalam pemasaran batiknya pada konsumen serta pelanggan. Disarankan bagi Batik Satrio Manah harus mempertahankan desain batik yang etnik modern agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan baik di dala negeri maupun di luar negeri, serta mempertahankan ciri khas dari Batik Satrio Manah yang terletak pada buketan pada setiap motif batiknya, serta konsumen bisa memberikan desain motif sendiri.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: i) untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh knowledge terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan; ii) pengaruh skill terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan; iii) pengaruh kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja; iv) pengaruh knowledge terhadap kinerja; v) pengaruh skill terhadap kinerja; vi) untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh total knowledge melalui kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja dan; vii) pengaruh total skill melalui kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research). Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i) knowledge berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan. (ii) skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi kewirausahaan. (iii) kompetensi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. (iv) knowledge berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. (v) skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. (vi) pengaruh tidak langsung knowledge terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi kewirausahaan menunjukkan hubungan positif serta pengaruh total > pengaruh langsung (knowledge terhadap kinerja) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh mediasi dari kompetensi kewirausahaan. (vii) pengaruh tidak langsung skill terhadap kinerja melalui kompetensi kewirausahaan menunjukkan hubungan positif serta pengaruh total > pengaruh langsung (skill terhadap kinerja) yang artinya terdapat pengaruh mediasi dari kompetensi kewirausahaan. The objectives of this study are: i) to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of knowledge on entrepreneurial competency; ii) the influence of skills on entrepreneurial competency; iii) the effect of entrepreneurial competency on performance; iv) the influence of knowledge on performance; v) the effect of skills on performance; vi) to obtain empirical evidence of the total effect knowledge through entrepreneurial competency on performance and; vii) the total effect skills through entrepreneurial competency on performance. This research is a survey research using explanatory research type. The statistical analysis used is the Path Analysis approach. The results showed that: (i) knowledge has a positive and not significant effect on entrepreneurial competency. (ii) skill has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial competency. (iii) entrepreneurial competency has a positive and not significant effect on performance. (iv) knowledge has a positive and not significant effect on performance. (v) skill has a positive and significant effect on performance. (vi) the indirect effect of knowledge on performance through entrepreneurial competency shows a positive relationship as well as the total effect > direct effect (knowledge on performance) which means there is a mediating effect of entrepreneurial competency. (vii) the indirect effect of skills on performance through entrepreneurial competency shows a positive relationship as well as the total effect > direct effect (skills on performance), which means there is a mediating effect of entrepreneurial competency.

Abstract

The role of SMEs in the national economy has involved the government, it is appropriate in the Program of the National Medium Term Development Plan 2004-2009. One small problem is the marketing and generally focused on three things: (1) product market competition, (2) access to market information, and (3) support the institutional business. To overcome the problems of marketing, human resource needs in conducting marketing activities to have a high entrepreneurial spirit. The study population is small businesses: industrial clothing, embroidery, batik, shoes, sandals, handbags, and luggage, furniture, ceramics and printing. The number of samples in this study is set at: 100 respondents including Javanese and Madurese 50% Ethnic 50%. Data analysis techniques used are grouped into two categories, namely descriptive statistics and structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling). Descriptive statistics were used to analyze data in ways that explain or describe the data have been collected and are not intended to create a generally accepted conclusions or generalizations. The results showed that: Traditional Marketing significantly influence with entrepreneurship. Traditional marketing significant effects on business performance. Entrepreneurship significantly effects on entrepreneurial marketing. Entrepreneurship significant effect on business performance. Marketing Entrepreneurship significant effect on business performance. There are differences between ethnic entrepreneurs and ethnic Javanese Madura, when viewed in terms of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial marketing and business performance. However, if viewed in terms of traditional marketing, there is no difference between ethnic Madurese and Javanese businessmen.
