Abstract

Pengelolaan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) pada Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) di Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan administratif dan koordinatif akibat sistem manual yang digunakan. Dengan optimalisasi melalui pelatihan pengguna, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan integrasi kebijakan akademik, sistem ini berpotensi menjadi model pengelolaan PPL yang lebih modern dan efektif penelitian ini melibatkan mahasiswa PPG, dosen pembimbing, dan guru pamong sebagai partisipan utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis website mampu meningkatkan transparansi evaluasi, mempercepat monitoring mahasiswa, serta mempermudah komunikasi antara pemangku kepentingan. Namun, beberapa tantangan masih ditemukan, seperti kesiapan pengguna dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi, kendala infrastruktur, serta resistensi terhadap perubahan sistem. Dengan optimalisasi melalui pelatihan pengguna, peningkatan infrastruktur, dan integrasi kebijakan akademik, sistem ini berpotensi menjadi model pengelolaan PPL yang lebih modern dan efektif

Abstract

This study developed and evaluated a Child Friendly School Training Center (CFSTC) Model aimed at improving teachers’ skills in managing aggressive behavior in kindergarten children. Utilizing a quasi-experimental design, nine teachers at TK Kemala Bhayangkari 11 Tumpang underwent training and were assessed through pre- and post-tests. The results demonstrated significant improvements in teachers’ understanding of child-friendly practices. Scores for “Introduction to Child Friendly School” increased from 71.5 to 85 (t = 3.923; p = 0.001), “Types of Aggressive Behavior” from 68 to 79 (t = 4.134; p = 0.000), and “Causes of Aggressive Children” from 70 to 83 (t = 3.123; p = 0.025). Validity and reliability tests (r-count > 0.25; Cronbach’s alpha > 0.60) confirmed robust measurement. The CFSTC Model’s structured modules, group discussions, and simulations enhanced teachers’ ability to identify aggression and implement child-friendly interventions. These findings underscore the efficacy of targeted professional development in fostering safe, empathetic learning environments. By integrating child-friendly strategies, educators can more effectively address early aggressive behaviors and support socioemotional growth. This study provides evidence that a structured training approach can be instrumental in reducing aggression and improving the overall classroom climate in early childhood education.

Abstract

Social learning refers to the process of observation through which individuals acquire and refine behaviors. It plays a crucial role in helping individuals differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate actions. Documentary videos can enhance this learning process by providing observational opportunities through the figures depicted in the videos. This article reviews studies on the advantages and challenges of using documentary videos in social learning. A systematic literature review method was employed, incorporating 23 studies—18 focusing on the benefits and 5 addressing the challenges of documentary videos. The studies were collected from Google Scholar, Taylor & Francis, Elsevier, Wiley, and SAGE Journals. The findings indicate that documentary videos contribute to performance improvement and behavioral development. However, a major challenge lies in the lack of standardized guidelines for documentary video production. Future research should explore strategies to address these challenges and optimize the effectiveness of documentary videos in social learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan organizational capabilities ada pemilik UMKM di Klampok Kasri melalui pelatihan Organization Management Based Community (OMC).   Metode penelitian Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan eksperimen yaitu quasi eksperimen. Quasi eksperimen dipilih karena penelitian ini dilkukan tanpa pengacakan (random), namun melibatkan penembatan partisipan kedalam kelompok atau penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memberikan treatment pada kelompok yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Treatmen dilakukan dengan mengobservasi hasil pelatihan OMC terhadap masyarakat terutama UMKM di Klampok Kasri Jaman Biyen. Hasil penelitian bahwa kegiatan pelatihan Organization Management Based Community (OMC) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas organisasi UMKM. Melalui pelatihan OMC, UMKM di Klampok Kasri mendapatkan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial dan operasional, memperkuat kolaborasi antar anggota komunitas, dan mendorong inovasi. Dampak positif tersebut dirasakan baik pada tingkat individu maupun secara kolektif, meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan daya saing, serta kontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Language is an important tool in building children's social skills and plays a role in all aspects of life, especially communication. The golden age is the development of language that requires stimulation through learning that is rich in fun language. The purpose of this research and development is to create a playful creative alphabet board "flash card" media for language skills in children aged 4-5 years. Educators need to provide advice, provide teaching media to create interesting learning so that it is not boring. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method into five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. Playful Creative Alphabet Board media as an effective learning aid can improve children's language skills in understanding instructions, constructing simple sentences, and recognizing and pronouncing letters correctly. Media that has achieved the criteria very well to meet the results of the feasibility test of all material experts at the small group test level and feasibility aspects.

Abstract

Minat kewirausahaan siswa di bidang fashion pada pendidikan vokasi masih tergolong rendah, sementara keterampilan digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak dalam dunia usaha modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas FASHPRENEUR, sebuah platform e-learning interaktif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan siswa di bidang fashion. Penelitian ini merupakan studi Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Platform ini memuat fitur pembelajaran mandiri, simulasi bisnis fashion, serta kuis interaktif yang mendukung pemahaman konsep kewirausahaan secara praktis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 7 Malang dengan subjek berupa siswa program keahlian Desain dan Produksi Busana. Instrumen penelitian mencakup angket minat kewirausahaan, wawancara, validasi ahli, serta uji efektivitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa platform FASHPRENEUR dinilai layak oleh ahli materi (85%) dan ahli media (88%). Implementasi selama empat minggu menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor minat kewirausahaan dari pra- ke pasca-penggunaan, dengan nilai effect size besar (d = 1,58). Sistem dinilai sangat baik oleh pengguna, dengan skor System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 82,5, serta 91% siswa menyatakan bersedia merekomendasikannya. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa FASHPRENEUR efektif dalam meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan digital di bidang fashion serta dapat diadopsi sebagai model pembelajaran vokasi berbasis teknologi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada lingkup sampel dan durasi intervensi, yang membuka peluang bagi replikasi dan pengembangan lebih lanjut di program keahlian sejenis di SMK lain. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi praktis terhadap integrasi teknologi pembelajaran dalam pendidikan kewirausahaan vokasi serta memperkuat literatur tentang inovasi digital dalam penguatan karakter kewirausahaan siswa.

Abstract

Minat baca anak di Indonesia sangat rendah, hanya 0,001% dari populasi menunjukkan minat baca rendah yang signifikan, dapat mengakibatkan generasi yang kurang terdidik dan tidak siap menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat baca buku cerita bergambar pada anak usia dini menggunakan metode PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat anak membaca buku cerita bergambar melibatkan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas, mengadakan proyek baca bersama, kursus parenting literasi, dan kunjungan ke perpustakaan, tekhnik mendongeng yang menarik, menciptakan area bacaan yang menarik dan melibatkan orang tua dalam kegiatan literasi dapat memperkuat pengalaman membaca. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu mengembangkan minat anak dalam hal membaca buku cerita bergambar sejak dini di Indonesia. Implikasi teoritis bahwa buku cerita bergambar dapat digunakan untuk mendukung metode pembelajaran yang bermanfaat

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of the TEKA (Technique for Transferring Patterns to Fabric) instructional video as a learning medium for the Pattern Making subject at SMK Negeri 7 Malang. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The media was validated by subject matter experts and media experts and was tested on a limited scale involving 30 tenth-grade students from the Fashion Design and Production program at SMK Negeri 7 Malang. The validation results from subject matter experts showed an average score of 3.81, categorized as "Highly Feasible," with the material relevance aspect receiving a perfect score of 4.00. Media experts gave an average score of 3.66, with the highest rating on the operability aspect (3.71). The student trial yielded a satisfaction score of 85.7%, demonstrating that the media is suitable as an innovative tool for teaching pattern-transferring techniques onto fabric. The media effectively addressed students' difficulties in visualizing and transferring patterns from paper to fabric. Its strengths lie in the systematic presentation of material, flexible usage, and its function as both an independent learning tool and a classroom supplement. The study recommends regular content updates to align with industry developments and suggests developing similar media for other competencies. These findings emphasize the importance of technology-based media innovation in enhancing the quality of vocational education.

Abstract

One of the most pressing issues in teacher education is the relatively low graduation rate of students enrolled in these programs. This is due to a lack of in-depth knowledge and proficiency in responding to the content and format of teacher certification exams. This study aims to develop a question database and a mobile application-based tryout system to improve student learning outcomes, thereby reducing the graduation rate of teacher education program students. This study employs a development research approach based on the ADDIE model. The research subjects include 120 students for needs analysis, three experts in media, content, and instructional design, and one expert for system feasibility testing. Data collection methods utilize two primary instruments: expert validation and learning outcome tests. The data obtained were then analyzed quantitatively. The research results indicate that the Question Database and Mobile App-Based Practice Test System met validity criteria, with an average score of 94% for media expert validation, 90% for content expert validation, and 93% for instructional design validation. The system feasibility test indicated that the question database application and mobile app-based tryout system were rated “successful” in every application component. This indicates that the application is suitable as a simulation tool for students in the teacher education program. Hopefully, this application can improve learning outcomes and increase the graduation rate among students in the teacher education program.
