This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV. Sri Rasa. Respondents in this study were employees of CV. Sri Rasa. Based on the sample method, the total sample in the study was 37 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed was 37 copies and which could be returned and processed were 37 copies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that compensation had no a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance and compensation and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that when compensation and work discipline are high, employee performance increases.

The problem of human resources is still in the spotlight for companies to survive in the era of globalization, because they have control factors that can determine the sustainability of a company. By improving the quality of human resources, it is expected that employees can work productively and professionally so that the performance they achieve will be more satisfactory according to the existing work standards in the company. The factors that influence employee performance include job training and work motivation. This study aims to determine the conditions and influence of job training and work motivation on employee performance at PT R.TRI Cahya Agatha Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaires distributed to 32 employees of the Field Division. The data processing analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis, Job Training and Work Motivation both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. This research is a quantitative research through causality method with survey approach. The research sample taken was 60 employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that work motivation had a very good assessment classification, organizational culture had a very good assessment classification, while job satisfaction had a good classification for employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City. Together, work motivation and organizational culture have a significant influence on job satisfaction for employees at Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction for employees of Hotel Santika, Tasikmalaya City. Partially, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction on Employees of Hotel Santika Tasikmalaya City

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance (a case study on employees at Pamungkas Collection Tasikmalaya). The method used in this research is causality through a case study approach. With a research sample of 57 employees of Pamungkas Collection Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results of the study show that together, Organizational Culture and Leadership have a significant influence on Employee Performance at the Tasikmalaya Pamungkas Collection Employees. Partially, organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at Pamungkas Collection Tasikmalaya employees.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of positioning and location on purchasing decisions at cafe shops. This study used a sample of 100 respondents from cafe shop consumers. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that positioning and location have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions with an R-Square value of 68%. This shows that when the location and positioning partially effect are good and supportive, it will be able to increase the number of sales.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of price perceptions and service quality onpurchase intention (a survey of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya company users). The method used in this research is causality with a quantitative approach. With a research sample of 49 Users of the Tasikmalaya RedDoorz Company. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that Price Perception has a very good rating classification, Service Quality has a very good rating classification while Purchase Intention has a Good classification for RedDoorz Tasikmalaya Company Users. Taken together, Perceived Price and Service Quality have a significant influence on Purchase Intention of Company Users of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya. Partially Perceived Price has a significant influence on Purchase Intention of Company Users of RedDoorz Tasikmalaya. Partially, Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Interest in RedDoorz Tasikmalaya Company Users.

The formulation of the problem in this research is How do workload and work facilities influence the employees performance at Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Tasikmalaya City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and work facilities on employee performance. The method used in this study is quantitative with a census approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling with samples taken as many as 47 respondents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and study literature. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25. The result showed that Workload and Work Facilities simultaneously have a significant influence on Employee Performance. Workload partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Work facilities partially has a significant influence on Employee Performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The method used is a quantitative approach with a reserch sample of 51 respondents from employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the leadership style felt by employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya had very good criteria. Organizational culture on employees PR. Hm Putra Tasikmalaya has good criteria. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Partially leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Sampel yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya di Bagian Divisi Promotor yang berjumlah 39 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data dengan teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner, kemudian melakukan pengujian data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya. Ada pengaruh kompensasi dan pengawasan secara simultan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada Divisi Promotor CV. Lentera Galuh R Leuwidahu Tasikmalaya.

This purpose of this study to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence on non-manager employees performance at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City (Case Study on non-manager employees at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 32 respondents who are a non-manager employee at Amaris Hotel on Tasikmalaya City. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially intellectual intelligence has an unsignificant influence on employee performance. Partially spiritual intelligence has a significant on employee performance.
