This study aims to determine work discipline and work supervision on the performance of Karangresik tourism park employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an employee survey approach with a sample of 58 respondents. The data collected in the form of data was carried out using a questionnaire technique. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 26 software. The results show that work discipline and work supervision simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and leadership on job satisfaction of members of the WO Squad.id association. The method used is causal associative with a reserch sample of 50 respondents from members of the WO Squad.id association. The data used is primary data. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the communication felt by the members of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Leadership of the WO Squad.id association members has very good criteria. Simultaneously, communication and leadership have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially comunication has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially, leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction.

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing employee performance in terms of Work Discipline and Communication at the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The method used in this study is a case study method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 61 respondents who are employees of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance of the Tasikmalaya City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Competence and Work Environment on the morale of BPBD members in Tasikmalaya City. In this study, the three variables used an ordinal measuring scale. The method used is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is based on the purposive sampling technique. The object of this research is the work spirit of the BPBD Tasikmalaya City (BPBD task force) members, totaling 32 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect, competence partially has a significant effect and the work environment partially has no significant effect on the Work Spirit of BPBD Members in Tasikmalaya City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perception of price and pacilities simultaneously or partially on consumer statisfaction of Mini Soccer Indosoccernesia in Tasikmalaya City. Survey of Indosoccernesia consumers in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used is descriptive and verification method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that perception of price and pacilities simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer statisfaction. Partially, perception of price has a significant effect on consumer statisfaction. Partially, the pacilities has a significant effect on consumer statisfaction.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of training and the work environment on employee performance at the Tasikmalaya City Regional Revenue Agency. This research uses a quantitative approach using the method in this study is the associative method (causality) using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents who are employees and have attended training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on work performance at PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya in the Polyester Division and to determine the effect of training and compensation on work performance at PT. Bineatama Kayone Lestari Tasikmalaya in the Polyester Division. The sample taken was 120 respondents, the research was conducted by collecting data using a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at Skin Crackers Sadulur Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative and quality methods with a survey approach. With a total sample of 100 consumers as respondents, the data collected was primary data, data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that product quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. And also partially promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of work behavior and work discipline on employee performance in the Purbaratu District Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study was a survey method using data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to 55 respondents who were employees in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that work behavior and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City. Work behavior partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Purbaratu District, Tasikmalaya City.
