Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui, pertama mengetahui dan menganalisis gambaran kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Kedua, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompetensi secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Keempat, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi secara parsial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan termasuk pada kategori baik, kompetensi termasuk pada kategori baik, dan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis termasuk pada kategori baik. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan kepemimpinan dan kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial kepemimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Syahdan Dwi Asia Ciamis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Sensus pada Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan di Kota Tasikmalaya). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 58 responden dari pegawai Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan di Kota Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan pendidikan, pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial pendidikan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai

The research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work experience on the performance of CV employees. Nuri Tasikmalaya. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents using a saturated sampling technique, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of simultaneous research work environment and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance, and work experience variables also have a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of work discipline and work experience on teacher performance at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a census approach. The population in this study amounted to 40 teachers at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance of the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency, and work experience partially has a significant effect on the Teacher Performance of the Mas Athoriyah Cikatomas Foundation, Tasikmalaya Regency.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially leadership and work conflict on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with an employee survey approach with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City.

: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of Production Section employees at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The population in this study is 45 respondents who are employees of the Production Department at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and compensation simultaneously affect work productivity. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation partially has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity.

This study purposse to identify and analyze the description of Work Schedule Flexibility, Work-Life Balance, and Employee Performance at PT PERNAS in Tasikmalaya Regency. It also aims to examine the simultaneous effect of Work Schedule Flexibility and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance at PT PERNAS in Tasikmalaya Regency, as well as the partial effect of Work Schedule Flexibility and Work-Life Balance individually on Employee Performance at the same company. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, with a sample of 140 employees of PT PERNAS in Tasikmalaya Regency serving as respondents. The data used includes both primary and secondary data. The analytical tool applied in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application for data processing. The results of the study indicate that Work Schedule Flexibility among employees at PT PERNAS is classified as good, Work-Life Balance is also classified as good, and Employee Performance is classified as high. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that Work Schedule Flexibility and Work-Life Balance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PERNAS in Tasikmalaya Regency. Furthermore, the study also concludes that both Work Schedule Flexibility and Work-Life Balance have significant partial effects on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Facilities and Non-Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Tasikmalaya District Transportation Office. This study uses a causality quantitative method. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, with a sample of 87 respondents from the Tasikmalaya District Transportation Office employees, and using the saturated sample method. The data analysis tool used in this study was SPSS Version 25. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Work Facilities and Non-Physical Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Work facilities partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Non-Physical Work Environment partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the relationship between the cost of raw material variables in increasing production volume. The research method used is a qualitative method and the data used is secondary data obtained directly through interviews with company owners. In this study, sampling used a periodic data approach on a monthly scale, namely 36 months. What the writer examines consists of one independent variable and one dependent variable, so the most appropriate analysis tool is simple linear regression. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the cost of raw material has a significant effect on production volume. This can also be seen from company data that each increase in the cost of raw material, the production volume also increases. The calculation results show that there is a very close relationship between the variable costs of raw material in increasing production volume.

The reseach aim to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the promotion and brand image to the purchasing decision product yaki bread of tasikmalaya city. The methods used in this study is a quantitative methods with a survey.analysis of the data in this study used SPSS Version 26 software. The result showed that the simultaneous promotion and brand image had a significant role in the consumer purchasing decision yaki bread. Partially, the promotion has significant effect on the consumer purchasing decision yaki bread. Partially, the brand image has significant effect on the the consumer purchasing decision of yaki bread.
