Abstract

Teenagers’ behavior problems such as free sex, abortion, pornography, and drug abuse have increased in developing countries. The purposes of this research were to formulate the views of experts, education practitioners, and teenagers about the importance of teaching sex education (SE) in schools and to formulate the prototype of sex education, material, media, and learning strategies. This research was a descriptive research. The data was obtained through interviews to reveal experts’ views. The sources of data in this research were teachers, principals, psychologists, scholars, reproductive experts, and sociologists. The data were analyzed using content analysis. A questionnaire was used to find out the students' opinions. The population of this study was the senior high school students in Surabaya, Indonesia. The samples taken were 171 students. The data taken from the questionnaire were analyzed descriptively. The percentage was obtained from the number of respondents who chose ”Agree” and then divided by the number of ”Disagree” of each statement. The results of this research reveal that sex education is expected to provide an understanding of sexuality, the formation of responsible self-attitudes, society, and religion in overcoming sexual turmoil, as well as the skills to avoid promiscuity. Sex education should be given within an ethical and religious framework. Sex education materials include social ethics, the effects of promiscuity, abortion and its effects, and marriage. The media used were films, multimedia, and other media within the framework of Islamic ethics. This research concludes that sex education is important to students, especially high school students.

Abstract

Inclusive Education is education that is open to all groups of people. Inclusive-based education in Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren) is to serve all students of different backgrounds. Students in Islamic boarding schools are composed of different backgrounds and personal identities, as students with inclusive values. Adaptation with the school environment requires self-efficacy in religiosity and spirituality. Self-efficacy can provide encouragement to students enrolled in Islamic boarding schools. Self-efficacy is a feeling of success through possessed abilities to achieve individual life goals. Self-efficacy gives a positive psychological impact towards a person in their lives. Research results indicated that there is a need for guidance and counseling services that can increase the self-efficacy of students yet allow them to stand firm in their religiosity and spirituality. To respond to this matter, there is the need for an application that students may use in any situation and condition. Therefore, the Islamic Guidance and Counseling Application (IGCA) answers the needs of education in Islamic boarding schools. The utilized method in this research was the qualitative method with observations, interviews, and documentation to examine the religiosity and spirituality of students in Islamic boarding schools. The research results are expected to be able to accommodate the needs of counselors in Islamic boarding schools with an inclusive approach for guidance and counseling of religiosity and spirituality.

Abstract

Abstrak: Aris Decoration dan Rias Pengantin menjalankan usaha yang bergerak pada bidang jasa yang melayani berbagai macam keperluan pernikahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan tata laksana dekorasi pelaminan yang ada di Aris Decoration dan Rias Pengantin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui empat tahap yakni pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji kesahihan data menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah owner, karyawan dan konsumen. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengacu pada teori manajemen dari James A.F Stoner yang menjelaskan bahwa perencanaan merupakan tujuan organisasi dan penentuan prosedur terbaik untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Hasil Penelitian ini diketahui perencanaan tata laksana dekorasi pelaminan di Aris Decoration dan Rias Pengantin meliputi pemesanan layanan dan paket dekorasi, persiapan dan pembagian tugas karyawan, pemesanan bahan, rapat persiapan pernikahan, perencanaan perlengkapan dekorasi, dan pemasangan dekorasi pernikahan pada saat pernikahan diselenggarakan. Pada tahap perencanaan tata laksana ini melibatkan owner, koordinator rias pengantin,koordinator dekorasi pelaminan, karyawan, dan konsumen. Kata kunci : Perencanaan, Tata Laksana Dekorasi, Dekorasi Pelaminan, Jasa Abstract : Aris Decoration and Bridal Makeup are a business engaged in services that serve a variety of wedding needs. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning of the decoration of wedding in Aris Decoration and Bridal Makeup. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were conducted using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of data using source triangulation. Informants in this study are the owner, employees and consumers. The theory used in this study refers to the management theory of James A. F Stoner explaining that planning is the goal of the organization and the determination of the best procedures to achieve that goal. The result of this research is to know the planning of decoration of wedding in Aris Decoration and Rias Pengantin include ordering service and decoration package, preparation and division of employees job, material ordering, wedding preparation meeting, decoration equipment planning, and wedding decoration installation at wedding time. At this stage of management planning involves the owner, bridal makeup coordinator, decorator coordinator pelemanan, employees, and consumers. Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas siswa kurang memperhatikan ketika guru menerangkan pembelajaran karena proses pembelajaran masih bersifat teacher centered atau pembelajaran hanya berpusat pada guru, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran inovatif berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yaitu dengan menggunakan media video dan prezi, yang akan membuat siswa lebih tertarik untuk memperhatikan pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Tata Kecantikan Rambut 1 di SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya sebanyak 22 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian media termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, karena media pembelajaran sesuai dengan tujuan npembelajaran yang akan dicapai, media sesuai dengan ketersediaan bahan media, dan media dapat lebih menarik perhatian siswa. Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran Video Dan Prezi, Kelayakan Media Pembelajaran, Pewarnaan Artistik. Abstract: In the learning process in class students pay less attention when the teacher explains learning because the learning process is still teacher centered or learning is only teacher-centered, therefore this research was aimed to apply learning media by using innovative learning media based on information and communication technology, namely by using media video and prezi, which will make students more interested in paying attention to learning. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of the study consisted of 22 twelfth-grade students of Tata Kecantikan Rambut 1 class of SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya. The data collection method used observation, tests, and questionnaires. The data analysis used average formula and percentage. The research shows that media assessment included in the excellent category, because learning media are in accordance with the objectives of learning to be achieved, the media are in accordance with the availability of media materials, and the media can attract students attention.Keywords: Video And Prezi Learning Media, Feasibility of Learning Media, Artistic Coloring.

Jenis penelitian adalah penlitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data angket. Analisis data menggunakan rumus rata-rata dan persentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukan penilaian media termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dengan rata-rata 3,8 aspek yang dinilai pada mediapowtoon antara lain penilaian terhadap keterangan teks, tempo atau kecepatan penyampaian materi, kualitas gambar, pencahayaan, keseuaian media powtoon dengan isi materi, kesesuaian dalam menjelaskan alat dan bahan, kesesuaian isi media powtoon membantu siswa memahami materi, keseuaian media powtoon terhadap pemahaman siswa tentang cara pengeritingan. Dengan demikian pembelajaran menggunakan media powtoon dapat terlaksana dengan baik.Kata kunci: media pembelajaran powtoon, kuantitatif, Pengeritingan Rambut Dasar Abstract: This study aims to determine the feasibility of powtoon learning media in the sub competency of hair curling basic techniques of grade XI hairstyling students. This type of research is quantitative research. The method of collecting data uses questionnaire data. Data analysis uses the average formula and percentage. The results showed that the assessment of the media included in the excellent category with an average of 3.8 aspects assessed in mediapowtoon, including an assessment of the text description, tempo or speed of material delivery, image quality, lighting, Powtoon media compatibility with material content, suitability in explaining tools and materials, the suitability of powtoon media content helps students understand the material, the powtoon medias compatibility with students understanding of how to curl. Thus learning using powtoon media can be done well.Keywords: Powtoon learning media, Quantitavtive , Basic Hair Curling

Abstract

Abstrak: Teknikkaplikasi eyeshadow bold eyes dipadu dengan eyesshadow gliter untuk koreksi mata pseudoptosis adalah tata rias korektiffyang menutupi suatu kekurangan dengan ilmu tata rias yang mengalami inovasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1.) Pengaplikasian aplikasi eyeshadow bold eyes dipadu dan eyesshadow gliterruntuk koreksi mata pseudoptosi. 2.) Untuk mengetahui penilaian ahli terhadap hasil jadi tata rias wajah dengan teknik aplikasi eyeshadow bolddeyesk dipadu dan eyesshadowngliter untuk koreksi mata pseudoptosi. Jenis penelitian ini diskriptiffkualitatif data yang didapat berupa hasil pengaplikasian aplikasi eyeshadow bold eyes dipadu dan eyesshadow gliter untuk koreksi mata pseudoptosi yang digunakan pra penelitian dengan rekayasa desain, pendapat ahli, pelaksanaan penelitian, penilaian ahli terhadap hasilm tata riasswajah aplikasi eyeshadow bold eyes dipadu dengan eyesshadow gliter untuk koreksi kelainan mata pseudoptosis.,.Metode pengumpulan data wawancara, dan observasi.Hasil penilaian observer terhadap tata rias wajah dengan aplikasi eyeshadownbold eyes dipadu eyeshadow glitter untuk koreksi kelainan mata pseudoptosis menyatakan bahwa keseluruhan pengaplikasianmini sesuai diterapkan di pengantin Sunda Siger muslim ditinjau dari hasil eksperimen yang pernah dilakukan dan dinilai dengan para ahli. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi Eyeshadow Bold Eyess Dipadu Dengan EyesshadowwGliter Untuk Koreksi Mata Pseudoptosis. Abstract: Bold eyes eyeshadow application techniques combined withheyesshadow eye correction to gliter pseudoptosis is corrective makeup that covers a lack with the science of Cosmetology who experience innovation. This research aims to find out: 1.) Application Deployment) eyeshadowwbold eyes combined and gliter eyesshadow pseudoptosi eye for correction. 2.) To find out the results of the expert assessment against so makeup eyeshadow application techniques with bold eyes combined and gliter eyesshadow pseudoptosi eye for correction. This type of research is qualitative diskriptif the data obtained in the form of bold eyeshadow application deployment results eyes combined and eyesshadow eye pseudoptosi correction to gliter used pra research with engineering design, expert opinion, implementationnof research, expert assessment against the results of the application of eyeshadow makeup bold eyes combined with eyesshadow for the correction of the eye disorder gliter pseudoptosis on Sunda Siger muslim bride. Methods of data collection, interview and observation. The results of the assessment of the observer towards the makeup with bold eyes eyeshadow application combined eyeshadow glitter for the correction of eye disorders pseudoptosis stated that overall this deployment applied in Sundanese Siger muslim bride reviewed the results of experiments ever conducted and assessed by the experts.
