Abstract

Anaemia in pregnant women is still a problem despite the government's efforts to provide at least 90 iron tablets during pregnancy. Data from DKI Jakarta shows that the coverage of iron tablets reached 99% in 2021. Kalideres Community Health Center is one of the Community Health Centers in DKI Jakarta, and the percentage of anemia incidence among pregnant women was about 11.08%. This figure was the highest in West Jakarta. The preliminary study showed that 80% of mothers had low knowledge, and around 60% had a negative attitude towards anemia and fe tablets. Health education must be conducted to improve pregnant women's knowledge and attitude toward anemia and Fe tablets. This study used an experimental study design with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. This research was conducted from March 2023 to July 2023. The total sample consisted of 54 pregnant women in the first trimester. The sampling was using a purposive sampling technique. Data was analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with dependent/paired t-tests. Univariate results showed that the mean knowledge before and after health education was 3.59 and 12.65, while the mean attitude before and after health education was 39.38 and 56.56. Bivariate analysis showed a significant difference between the knowledge and attitude of pregnant women before and after health education in the Kalideres District Health Centre in 2023. To obtain the information while waiting their turn for obstetric examinations, Community health centers need to provide information exposure to pregnant women on anemia and Fe tablets using print media so that pregnant women can obtain.

Abstract

Work accidents remain a significant issue in the construction sector and can be caused by various factors, including basic causes (knowledge and length of service), lack of control (supervision), and immediate causes (housekeeping). A preliminary study indicated that 53% of respondents had experienced accidents of varying severity. This study aims to analyze factors related to work accidents in the mal construction project at PT X in 2025. The research employed an analytic cross-sectional design with 84 workers selected using simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through univariate and bivariate methods with the chi-square test. The study was conducted from May to July 2025. Univariate results showed the highest proportion in workers who had experienced accidents (57 respondents; 67.9%), had high knowledge (52 respondents; 61.9%), long work experience (51 respondents; 60.7%), high supervision (52 respondents; 61.9%), and conducive housekeeping (49 respondents; 58.7%). Bivariate analysis revealed significant relationships between knowledge (p=0.000), supervision (p=0.043), and housekeeping (p=0.044) with work accidents, while length of service (p=0.596) showed no relationship. These findings are expected to serve as a basis for preventing work accidents at PT X.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Long waiting times for medication have led to long queues and increased patient complaints about pharmaceutical services. This issue has resulted in low patient satisfaction with pharmaceutical services at Balaraja Regional Hospital, as reflected in public satisfaction surveys conducted in the second half of 2024 and the first half of 2025which showed poor results.. Drug delivery services are a form of digital innovation in pharmaceutical services that aims to reduce the density of pharmacy queues and increase patient accessibility to drugs.. Balaraja Regional General Hospital, Tangerang Regency, has collaborated with JNE in providing home drug delivery services since March 2025, but the utilization rate is still low (7%) of the target of 20%. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the utilization of drug delivery services at Balaraja Regional General Hospital, Tangerang Regency in 2025. A quantitative approach was used in this study using a Cross Sectional study design. A sample of 150 respondents was selected using Purposive Sampling techniques from the entire population, namely outpatients who received prescription services, amounting to 9448. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and electronic medical records. Data analysis used Chi-Square and Prevalence Ratio (PR) statistical tests. The results of the study showed that 60.7% of respondents did not utilize the service. Variables showing significant relationships were income (p=0.029; PR=1.475), information exposure (p0.001; PR=3.017), and perception of estimated time of arrival (p=0.04; PR=1.521). Other variables, such as gender, education level, perceived cost, perceived distance, and chronic disease status, did not show significant relationships. Information exposure was the strongest factor associated with service utilization. Balaraja Regional General Hospital, Tangerang Regency, needs to improve its service socialization strategy, reduce service fees, and accelerate estimated delivery times. Keywords: Drugs Delivery Services, Healthcare Utilization, Information Exposure, Income, Perception of Estimated Time of Arrival.
