Abstract

Kematangan karir merupakan kesiapan siswa dalam menentukan keputusan arah karir yang diinginan dan sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki. Tingkat kematangan karir yang rendah membuat siswa kesulitan menentukan keputusan arah karir setelah tamat dari pendidikan di SMA. Kematangan karir pada siswa meningkat jika mendapat layananinformasi karir yang berkualitas. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan terobosan pada pelaksanaan layanan informasi karir. Salah satu terobosan dalam meningkatkan tingkat kematangan karir yakni dengan mengembangkan layanan informasi tentang karir digital dengan model Dick and Carey. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi model Dick and Carey pada layanan informasi tentang karir digital untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan karir melalui sepuluh langkah yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan menyeluruh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan setiap langkah-langkahimplementasi model Dick and Carey pada pelaksanaan layanan informasi tentang karir digital untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan karir. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini berupa gambaran konseptual implementasi model Dick and Carey pada layanan informasi karir digital untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir

Abstract

This research is intended to find out aspects of students' problems in speaking English at Torsina Sanggau Christian Vocational School. This is a descriptive research by means of a survey. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire containing 27 closed questions. The population in this research were 190 students of Torsina Sanggau Christian Vocational School and the sample in this research were students of English class X Accounting, X TKJ, XI Accounting, XI TKJ, XII Accounting and XII TKJ at the Christian Torsina Sanggau Vocational School in odd semesters. teaching 2022/2023. The number of samples is 90 students. The information that has been collected is analyzed using a Likert ratio to identify problems faced by students in dialogue using English in class. The results of data analysis prove that there are 2 aspects of students' problems in dialogue using English. The first is the language factor, namely: pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. The second factor is psychological factors, namely: lack of confidence, shyness, anxiety and motivation. One of the problems students have in having dialogue using English is the worry of being laughed at when making mistakes in articulation, the complexity of making a sentence and the use of tenses, the difficulty of using appropriate vocabulary and the worry of being embarrassed in public. It can be concluded that language aspects and psychological aspects contribute to students' problems in having dialogue using English in English at Torsina Sanggau Christian Vocational School.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis website untuk literasi pembelajaran tematik kelas V. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dan model pengembangan ADDIE melalui tahap-tahap (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Implementasi, dan (5) Evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan partisipan 64 orang siswa SDIT Al Mumtaz dan 5 orang validator diantaranya ahli desain, ahli media, dan ahli materi. Data dari instrumen penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen angket menggunakan skala Likert dengan rentang nilai 1-5. Hasil analisis data validasi oleh ahli terhadap media pembelajaran memperoleh skor 4,5 dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis uji empiris ke siswa melalui prosedur uji perorangan dengan skor 4,1; uji kelompok kecil dengan skor 4,4; dan uji lapangan dengan skor 4,2, menunjukkan respon siswa sangat baik terhadap media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Pemberian tes literasi kepada siswa dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas media pembelajaran. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari nilai tes siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media dengan ???????? ≥ ????????????????????????, yaitu ????????=9,66 dan ????????????????????????=1,699. Penghitungan n-gain memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,35 dengan kategori sedang, yang berarti adanya peningkatan hasil belajar setelah penggunaan media pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis website efektif untuk literasi pembelajaran tematik kelas V

Abstract

The focus of this research is how Islamic Religious Education in the Family, Digital Parenting in the Era of Generation Alpha. The problems that will be raised in this study are, First, the Perceptions of PAI FTIK IAIN Pontianak Students About the Importance of Islamic Religious Education in Families in Generation Alpha. Second, why do PAI FTIK IAIN Pontianak students view that digital parenting in families in Generation Alpha is important. Third, What are the Challenges of Islamic Religious Education in the Alpha Generation of Digital Parenting Families According to the Perceptions of PAI FTIK IAIN Pontianak Students.This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using a qualitative approach, the data sources are obtained from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out by means of inductive analysis. Abstract

Pengantar : Peranan  akan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam suatu perusahaan sebagai kunci untuk menunjang keberhasilan perusahaan. Untuk menunjang keberhasilan diperlukan kesepakatan bersama. Jadi etos kerja sangat melekat dengan perilaku dan karakter pada setiap individu untuk mencapai keberhasilan, Begitu juga dengan Performa kinerja dapat diperoleh dari beberapa dimensi kualitas, jam kerja serta kerja sama agar tercapainya suatu tujuan yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Latar Belakang Masalah : dengan target yang sangat tinggi dan hasil kerja sesuai standar ISO dituntut peran serta karyawan dalam menunjang keberhasilan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu perlu ditata akan disiplin kerj, compensasi yang menarik dan Pengembangan Karir untuk menunjang performa kinerja karyawan PT. Cakra Jasa Pasific. Metode Penilitian :  Penulis menggunankan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan obyek penelitian karyawan PT Cakra Jasa Pasific,begitu pula untuk subjek penelitian ini yaitu Karyawan PT Cakra Jasa Pasific sebanyak 25 orang responden dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3.0. Kesimpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa suatu etos kerja,pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh secara relavan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

One of the tools used to generate employee performance against a company is the leadership style of the company itself. Basically, employees should be treated properly, justly and healthily in caring, giving the duties and responsibilities of a leader, so they can feel comfortable in an organization or company itself. This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership style of managers on employee performance in PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia especially at outlet Gandaria City Jakarta. Research method in this research is method of purposive sampling method. The results showed that leadership style in PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia especially at Gandaria City Jakarta outlet is charismatic and assertive, and employee performance is included in good / high category. The result of statistical analysis shows that there is influence of store manager's leadership style to employee performance in PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia especially at Gandaria City Jakarta outlet is 23.8% while the rest of 76.2% (100% - 23.8%) is explained by other variables outside the regression model in this study. Suggestions that can be conveyed by the writer is considered Store Manager need to pay more attention to the performance of each employee, because there are still employees who throw an error to other co-workers, if things are not immediately followed up feared may affect employee performance going forward. Abstract

The research aims to answer the formulation of the problem of what motivates and what the village head does in economic development?This research is a literature study of the Motivation of Village Heads in Economic Development in the Hargomulyo Village.The method used is to use descriptive qualitative research.The results of the study show that in economic development it can be carried out well because of coordination with superiors and subordinates and program regularly, facilitating education, reducing the cost of developing Early Childhood Education (ECED). Building traditional markets, increasing family planning (KB) programs, forming small business groups, making it easy for information businesses to enter the village, improving Intellectual Quation (IQ), Emotional Quation (EQ), Spiritual Quation and Creativity Quation (CQ), conducting counseling and Holding a Joint Farmers Group (GAPOKTAN) and increasing the selling price of agriculture also made tofu factories and tempe factories.Suggestions are aimed at improving education for citizens in general and Hargomulyo village officials in particular, Hargomulyo village officials and their citizens are always vigilant and prevent the arrival of miransantika and diligent worship according to the provisions of each religion, in the sense not to deviate from the religious teachings that have been adopted, because the deviation of religious teachings will hamper worship and the economy.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the profitability ratio, namely Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a simultaneous and quotient effect on prices shares in PT Bank BCA Tbk for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical techniques used in this study are classical assays and multiple linear regression. The population and sample in this study are the financial statements of Bank BCA Tbk registered with the OJK (Financial Services Authority) for 2016-2020. The data used is secondary data. The results of the test can be concluded that Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously and parsilan did not have a positive and negative effect and did not have a positive and negative effect. significant to the shares of PT Bank BCA Tbk for the period 2016-2020.Keywords: ROA, ROE, NPM, EPS, Share Price

Abstract

Abstract: The general aim of the research is to produce 4D design collaboration and group counseling using bibliocounseling techniques and to increase students' scientific literacy. The specific objectives of the research are to describe students' initial scientific literacy abilities, produce a 4D collaborative conceptual design model with group counseling using biblio-counseling techniques to increase scientific literacy and find out students' responses regarding the conceptual design of group counseling to increase scientific literacy using biblio-counseling techniques. Data collection methods through scientific literacy questionnaire instruments for students, expert validator questionnaires and student responses; interviews with guidance and counseling teachers and homeroom teachers, RPL documentation. The research respondents were 106 students who filled out the scientific literacy questionnaire, 65 students were involved in the development, three validators, one guidance and counseling teacher and the homeroom teacher. The research results showed that students' scientific literacy was generally less (35.20%) than 106 students. The results indicated five aspects of science literacy: (1) the role of science (32.78%/ 35 people) was not good; (2) scientific thinking and action 41.04% is quite good. (3) Science and Society 17.69% very less; (4) science media literacy 44.58% quite good, (5) Mathematics and science 41.51% quite good. Bibliocounseling techniques to increase scientific literacy in the form of aspirational story reading materials according to student problems. Design validation results (4.25) are good; material expert (3.85) good; media expert (3.95) is good. This means that in theory it is valid/suitable for use by student users. The results of empirical trials with individual groups of 3 people, small groups of 6 people and large groups of 26 people, group counseling using bibliocounseling techniques makes it easier and aspirational for students to increase scientific literacy. The results of 90% of students responding with 30 respondents were very good. This finding suggests that 4D collaboration and biblio-counseling technical group counseling aspire to increase scientific literacy. Key words: 4D model, scientific literacy, group counseling, bibliocounseling Abstrak: Tujuan umum penelitian untuk menghasilkan kolaborasi desain 4D dan konseling kelompok dengan teknik bibliokonseling dan untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa. Tujuan khusus penelitian yaitu, mendiskripsikan  kemampuan awal literasi sains siswa, menghasilkan model desain konseptual kolaborasi 4D dengan konseling kelompok dengan teknik bibliokonseling meningkatkan literasi sains dan mengetahui respon siswa tentang desain konseptual konseling kelompok untuk meningkatkan literasi sains dengan teknik bibliokonseling.   Metode pengumpulan data melalui Instrumen angket literasi sains untuk siswa, angket validator ahli dan respon siswa; wawancara dengan guru BK dan wali kelas, dokumentasi RPL. Responden penelitian 106 siswa mengisi angket literasi sains, 65 siswa terlibat dalam pengembangan, tiga validator, satu guru BK dan walikelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan literasi sains siswa secara umum kurang (35,20 %) dari 106 siswa. Hasil ditandai lima aspek lierasi sains: (1) peran sains (32,78 %/ 35 orang) kurang baik; (2) pemikiran dan tindakan ilmiah 41.04% cukup baik. (3)  Sains dan Masyarakat 17,69% kurang sekali; (4) literasi media sains 44,58% cukup baik, (5) Matematika dan sains 41,51% cukup baik. Bibliokonseling teknik untuk meningkatkan lierasi sains dalam bentuk bahan bacaan cerita aspiratif sesuai masalah siswa. Hasil validasi desain (4,25) baik; ahli materi (3,85) baik; ahli media (3,95) baik. Artinya secara teori valid/layak digunakan oleh pengguna siswa.  Hasil uji coba empiris dengan kelompok perorangan 3 orang, kelompok kecil 6 orang dan kelompok besar 26 orang, maka konseling kelompok dengan teknik bibliokonseling mempermudah dan mengaspirasi siswa untuk meningkatkan lierasi sains. Respon siswa dengan responden 30 orang diperoleh hasil 90 % memberikan   respon    baik sekali, temuan ini mengisyaratkan kolaborasi 4D dan konseling kelompok teknik bibliokonseling mengaspirasi meningkatkan literasi sains. Kata kunci: model 4D, literasi sains, konseling kelompok, bibliokonseling

Abstract

Abstract.  This research aims to develop E-Module teaching material products for Class X Energy and Business Materials at SMKN 1 Batu Ampar. Energy and work material is the main subject matter in the E-Module teaching materials developed by researchers. The research method used is research and development (Research and Development) with the Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation Evaluation (ADDIE) development design model. This research is divided into two, namely the development subject, the first is an expert to measure the feasibility of the product in terms of design, materials and media and the second is the subject of student learning outcomes to determine the effectiveness of the product being developed. A total of 30 class X vocational school students were included in the evaluation of the products being developed. Collecting data using a questionnaire looks at learning outcomes through pretest and posttest. The research results obtained: (1) The design of the E-Module for Energy and Business teaching materials was developed using the ADDIE design model. The E-Module design was validated by three experts including validation of design, materials and media. The validation results obtained an average score of 4.05 which was categorized as very valid; material 4.11 which is categorized as very valid; and media 3.7 which is categorized as valid. (2) The media profile developed is the E-Module teaching material for Energy and Business Materials for Class Cohen found that the effect size value was 1.8, which means it is relatively high. Keywords: ADDIE models; E-Module; Energy and Work  Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk bahan ajar E-Modul Materi Energi dan usaha Kelas X di SMKN 1 Batu Ampar. Materi energi dan usaha menjadi materi pokok utama dalam bahan ajar E-Modul yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model desain pengembangan Analysis-Desain-Development-ImplementasiEvaluasi (ADDIE). Dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu subjek pengembangan yang pertama adalah ahli untuk mengukur kelayakan produk dari sisi desain, materi dan media serta yang kedua adalah subjek hasil belajar siswa untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari produk yang dikembangkan. Sebanyak 30 peserta didik SMK kelas X diikutsertakan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi produk yang dikembangkan. Mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dilihat dari hasil belajar melalui pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) Desain media bahan ajar E-Modul Materi Energi dan usaha dikembangkan menggunakan model desain ADDIE. Desain E-Modul divalidasi oleh tiga orang ahli mencakup validasi desain, materi dan media. Hasil validasi diperoleh rata-rata skor adalah 4,05 yang dikategorikan sangat valid; materi 4,11 yang dikategorikan sangat valid; dan media 3,7 yang dikategorikan valid. (2) Profil media yang dikembangkan adalah bahan ajar E-Modul Materi Energi dan usaha Kelas X. (3) Efektivitas E-Modul diambil dari hasil evaluasi pengguna yaitu hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai nilai ratarata posttest yaitu 73,33 serta diuji menggunakan effect size Cohen didapati nilai effect size adalah 1,8 yang artinya tergolong tinggi.  Kata Kunci: Model ADDIE; E-Modul; Energi dan Usaha
