Abstract

Pada hakikatnya bahan ajar merupakan seperangkat materi pembelajaran yang dalam penyusunannya harus sistematis sehingga dapat menciptakan suasana yang dapat memotivasi peserta didik untuk melakukan pembelajaran. Namun, berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan, peserta didik merasa masih kurang terbantu proses pembelajarannya karena bahan ajar tidak mudah dipahami serta tidak cukup interaktif dalam menyampaikan materi yang dimuatnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakuan dengan tujuan untuk membuat suatu bahan ajar yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik terkait bahan ajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mengadaptasi pada model pengembangan Plomp dengan empat fase pengembangan yaitu (1) fase investigasi awal, (2) fase desain, (3) fase realisasi, dan (4) fase tes, evaluasi dan revisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahan ajar berupa e-book interaktif khususnya pada materi gelombang cahaya sudah sangat layak untuk digunakan dari segi penilaian konten, sudah interaktif dan mampu menyampaikan materi yang dimuatnya ditunjukan dengan hasil rata-rata peserta didik yang berada diatas KKM. Kata kunci: E-book Interaktif, Gelombang Cahaya  ABSTRACT In essence, teaching materials are a set of learning materials which must be systematic in their preparation so as to create an atmosphere that can motivate students to learn. However, based on the results of the needs analysis, students felt that the learning process was still inadequate because the teaching materials were not easy to understand and were not interactive enough in conveying the material they contained. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of making a teaching material that can meet the needs of students related to teaching materials. The research method used is adapting the Plomp development model with four development phases, namely (1) the initial investigation phase, (2) the design phase, (3) the realization phase, and (4) the test, evaluation and revision phases. The results showed that the teaching material in the form of interactive e-books, especially on light wave material, was very feasible to use in terms of content assessment, was interactive and was able to convey the material it contained, indicated by the average results of students who were above the standard.   Keyword : Interactive E-book, Light Waves

Abstract

Current learning aims to improve students' skills to face 21st-century life. Creative thinking skills include 21st-century skills in innovation and technological development. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' creative thinking skills in the pandemic era using inquiry-based learning. This study uses a mixed method with an embedded design. The creative thinking skills test instrument is in the form of 14 open-ended questions developed based on the Scientific Creativity Structure Model compiled by Weiping Hu and Philip Adey. The analysis data using paired t-test. The results of statistical tests using paired t-tests showed a significant value of 0.000. Based on the decision-making criteria, if the significance value is less than 0.005, then Ho is rejected. The result can be interpreted as a significant difference between the pre-and post-test results. In addition, the increase in pretest-posttest scores was tested using n-gain and obtained a score of 0.55 in the medium category. Therefore, implementing levels of inquiry with blended learning on the light wave concept can improve the creative thinking skills in the medium category.

Abstract

Today, the using of mobile learning tools are much needed. One of those mobile learning is physics mobile learning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using physics mobile learning in physics learning in generation z students. The analysis was carried out on journal articles that have implemented physics mobile learning. The research subjects consisted of twenty five journal articles selected from the Scopus Index database, Web of Science (WOS), Google Scholar, or ERIC from 2012 to 2022. The data have already been analyzed related to improved orientation aspects, and research methods. The results of data analysis indicate that the use of mobile physical learning can have a positive impact on enhancing the different abilities of students, such as HOTS abilities, diagrammatic and argumentative representation skills, and students' conceptual understanding. According to our analysis of the development of physics mobile learning, students consider these apps to be an interesting and useful addition to traditional teaching, as they allow them to easily access multimedia resources and learn almost anywhere and anytime. This means that more research is needed to develop mobile learning physics in other physics concepts used and improved orientation aspects.

Abstract

Pengujian dan diagnosis non-destruktif sangat populer, karena efektif untuk investigasi atau inspeksi bawah permukaan untuk dapat melakukan pemantauan, prediksi, dan pengelolaan dengan lebih tepat seperti halnya pemantauan kualitas dan kondisi jalan dan jembatan, hingga prediksi kestabilan, dan potensi longsor pada lereng. Pada penelitian ini banyak penelitian menggunakan metode Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) karena kehandalannya dalam mencitrakan struktur lapisan dengan resolusi tinggi sesuai dengan frekuensi yang dibutuhkan. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji penerapan metode GPR dan Geoteknik untuk dapat mendeteksi kerusakan infrastruktur dan potensi longsor dengan berfokus pada penelitian terbaru dari tahun 2012 – 2022 yang dipublikasikan di jurnal internasional. Dalam dekade terakhir ini telah banyak dilakukan penelitian tentang evaluasi infrastruktur publik dengan karakteristik struktur lapisan jalan dan jembatan, deteksi retakan, dan stabilitas potensial, sedangkan pada penelitian longsor telah ditentukan parameter fisik dan bidang gelincir untuk menghitung faktor keamanan dan jangkauan jarak menggunakan metode geofisika, geoteknik dan kombinasi keduanya. Dalam studi kasus terbaru, para peneliti telah menggunakan kombinasi metode untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal, karena metode yang digunakan akan saling melengkapi. Salah satunya menggunakan metode geoteknik dengan menggunakan data bor serta uji laboratorium berupa uji kuat geser, uji oedometer IL, uji triaksial CIU, dan CID untuk mendapatkan potensi longsor yang baik. Sedangkan untuk penilaian infrastruktur publik digunakan metode geoteknik berupa analisis numerik dan uji laboratorium sebagai data pendukung hasil yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Tim pengabdi memperkenalkan suatu paket pembelajaran IT berkala untuk anak-anak yang dinamakan Rumah Pangsit (Pengajaran sareng IT). Program ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lembang, Jawa Barat untuk dijadikan salah satu kegiatan rutin Karang taruna. Program ini menggunakan pendekatan pengabdian dengan menyusun kurikulum IT sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan anak2 umur 5-13 tahun, mensosialisasikan program dan kurikulumnya beserta pengajarannya kepada pemuda karang taruna, dan tidak lupa memberikan instruksi kepada pemuda/i karang taruna untuk program pembelajaran selanjutnya. Pada implementasi ini diikuti oleh 24 anak dengan kriteria penguasaan IT pada perangkat keras mouse, keyboard, dan monitor serta perangkat lunak Microsoft Word dan Paint. Setelah diadakannya program ini, anak-anak sudah familiar dan dapat mengoperasikan perangkat laptop, mouse, keyboard, dan monitor serta sudah dapat menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Paint.

Abstract

The peak of the rainy season in 2022/2023 has caused many disasters, especially landslides in Indonesia, which have claimed many victims and caused damage to settlements and infrastructure. Various geophysical methods have been widely applied to identify slip fields. In addition, geophysical methods are used to determine the type and characteristics of landslides. The slip field has a lithology of 2 subsurface layers of soil or contrasting rocks, namely soft and hard soil layers. Therefore, one of the geophysical methods that is effective in identifying slip planes is the geoelectric method because of the stark contrast in resistivity in the two soil layers. This article will review research that uses geoelectric data to survey landslide potential in the last ten years. In addition, this article also reviews the latest research related to geoelectricity, namely Time-Lapse Electrical Resistivity Tomography (TL-ERT), starting from studies that have used this method and the potential and direction of using this method in the future.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine students' attitudes towards the use of CCT and TBA in changing the conceptions of electrical circuits. This type of research is a qualitative research that uses non-test instruments with a Likert scale of two response categories, namely strongly agree (S) and disagree (TS). The sample was selected purposively, namely 48 students who had studied the electrical circuit material and were detected in a state of misconception about the Electrical Circuit material. The results of the student's attitude response were obtained, then the approval was determined by the level of the category. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that in general students gave positive responses regarding the role of TBA as a learning tool that could provide understanding so that they could change their wrong conceptions (misconceptions) into scientific conceptions when compared to CCT. This can be seen with 95.3% of respondents who gave positive attitudes for TBA and only 62% of respondents who gave positive attitudes for CCT, so that the category was very positive for TBA and positive for CCT in changing students' conceptions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tingkat motivasi siswa kelas VII SMPN 4 Lembang dalam mengembangkan projek P5 kurikulum merdeka. Senam pagi telah menjadi bagian penting dari pendidikan jasmani di sekolah untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan siswa. Untuk mengetahui lebih jelas motivasi siswa SMPN 4 Lembang dalam melakukan kegiatan senam pagi, dilakukan pengumpulan data terhadap 153 siswa kelas 7 dengan metode survei analisis dan sebuah quisioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa menunjukkan motivasi positif terhadap program senam pagi dan berhasil membangkitkan motivasi tinggi siswa kelas 7 dengan hasil (60,78 %) pada sebaran persentase siswa tersebut termasuk dalam kategori “tinggi”, siswa dengan tingkat motivasi (30,07%) tergolong “sangat tinggi” dan (9,15%) tergolong “cukup tinggi”, yang juga cukup signifikan. Faktor-faktor seperti dukungan sekolah, interaksi social siswa, dan persepsi efektivitas program semuanya mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap tingkat motivasi siswa. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya dukungan sekolah dan interaksi social siswa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam program olahraga pagi.

Abstract

The advancement in science and technology in the 21st Century necessitates improving critical thinking skills in students. Implementing digital technology such as interactive multimedia in the learning process can encourage quality learning and teaching. This study aims to create Android-based interactive multimedia that will help students improve their critical thinking skills in learning matters. This research aims to develop android-based interactive multimedia to enhance critical thinking skills in learning matters. This research employed a developmental method that included analysis, design, development, implementation, and one group pretest-posttest to assess students' critical thinking skills. The participants were 30 students from Private Junior High schools in Bandung Barat. The instruments used were the expert's judgment rubric, students' questionnaire, and objective test. With an overall score of 88.25%, the experts' judgment score was classified as very good. Moreover, the average score of students' impressions was 84.56%, classified as very good. Based on the data analysis, the value of g is 0.52, which is classified as a medium enhancement. This finding indicates that students' critical thinking skills improve after applying Android-based interactive multimedia.

Abstract

In education, “Industrial Revolution 4.0” refers to utilizing technology to present students with complex situations that will develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The use of technology in the science curriculum should be designed according to established learning models. This study aimed to investigate the effect of implementing a discovery learning model, supported by the Solar System Scope computer application, on the ability of students to master essential concepts. This research used a One-Group Pre-test-Post-test design. Participants were 31 7th-grade students at one school in Bandung, Indonesia. The results showed a medium enhancement of concept mastery in students from pre-test to post-test (N-Gain=0.48). No gender difference in outcomes after the implementation of discovery learning with the Solar System Scope application was found. Based on these results, discovery learning supported by the Solar System Scope application could be an alternative teaching approach to enhance students' skills in mastering concepts.
