Abstract

PT XYZ is a local company that produces Joint Brake Rod KTMY parts whose demand varies every month. The production planning used by the company is often not by the demand so there is an excess of product stock that can trigger losses for the company. This study aims to determine the optimal step in planning the production of Joint Brake Rod KTMY parts in 2022 by comparing the value of the error accuracy rate of the two forecasting methods is exponential smoothing with 0,2; 0,5; 0,9 α value and the linear regression method. Furthermore, the calculation of the error accuracy value with Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) to determine the best forecasting. This resulting study indicates that linear regression is the method with the smallest accuracy, with 341.278 MAD; 185,084 MSE; and 0.11 MAPE. So, in planning production for Joint Brake Rod KTMY parts during the future period, PT. XYZ can use linear regression.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan dan kinerja mesin merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang ada pada sistem produksi suatu industri salah satunya pada industri kopi di kedai Kopi Aceng. Kedai Kopi Aceng merupakan industri UMKM yang bergerak pada bidang penanaman dan pengolahan kopi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektfitas mesin pulper yang ada di kedai Kopi Aceng berdasarkan nilai availability, performance, dan quality pada mesin. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dengan pendekatan overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) menggunakan data yang ada di kedai produksi Kopi Aceng Garut. Berdasarkan penelitian yang didapat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Nilai (OEE) yang didapat dari penggunaan mesin pulper di kedai Kopi Aceng masih berada dibawah 85% dengan faktor utama penyebab kerusakan usia mesin yang sudah usang dan SDM yang kurang terampil sehingga perlu perencanaan perawatan secara berkala, pelatihan pada operator mesin, dan membuat sop penggunaan mesin.

Abstract

Abstract In the current era, Karawang is an Industrial City, this opens up opportunities for transportation service providers one of which is employee shuttle transportation services. PT. Total Auto Mandiri is a company engaged in services and driver development. This company serves employee shuttle requests with requests that tend not to be constant in each period. This study aims to improve the marketing strategy of PT. Total Auto Mandiri so that employee pick-up requests can continue to increase. The analysis carried out in this study starts by determining internal and external factors based on the IFE, EFE, and IE matrices. Then the SWOT and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods are used to get the most appropriate alternative strategy. The results of this study indicate that there are 8 alternative marketing strategy choices from the SWOT method and the most appropriate alternative marketing strategy choices for PT. Total Auto Mandiri with the QSPM method is to make innovations in service to be different from competitors with a TAS score of 6.218.Keywords: SWOT, QSPM, IE, EFE, IFE AbstrakPada era saat ini karawang menjadi kota kawasan industri, hal ini membuka peluang untuk penyedia jasa transportasi, salah satunya jasa transportasi antar jemput karyawan. PT. Total Auto Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan driver devlopment. Perusahaan ini melayani permintaan antar jemput karyawan dengan permintaan yang cenderung tidak konstan pada setiap periodenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran PT. Total Auto Mandiri supaya permintaan antar jemput karyawan dapat terus meningkat. Analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dari menentukan faktor-faktor internal maupun eksternal berdasarkan matriks IFE, EFE, dan IE. Selanjutnya digunakan metode SWOT dan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) untuk mendapatkan pilihan alternatif strategi yang paling tepat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 8 pilihan alternatif strategi pemasaran dari metode SWOT dan diperoleh pilihan strategi pemasaran yang paling akurat untuk diterapkan PT. Total Auto Mandiri dengan metode QSPM adalah membuat inovasi baru dalam pelayanan agar berbeda dengan pesaing dengan skor TAS sebesar 6,218.Kata Kunci: SWOT, QSPM, IE, EFE, IFE

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company operating in the manufacturing industry sector to produce car parking brakes. At this company there are several failures that often occur in the production process, namely bubbles, scratches, bending process failures and press failures. In this study, the aim is to evaluate the failures that occur in the company. The method that will be used in this research is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). FMEA is a method that identifies, analyzes, and prioritizes the failures that occur so that the causes and impacts of each failure will be known. This method produces a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score that starts from the recapitulation results between the severity, occurrence and detection rating values to show the priority level of problems that occur. Based on the RPN calculations carried out in this study, the highest RPN value occurs in the type of bubble defect which is equal to 288. The second rank is the scratch defect type with an RPN score of 180. The third is press failure with an RPN score of 81 and the last is bending failure with a score RPN 40.

Abstract

Alfamart is a minimarket in which there is a service to consumers, therefore services must be considered and taken into account for consumer convenience. The purpose of this study is to see how optimal the service is at the Alfamart branch of Perum Cengkong. Alfamart Perum Cengkong uses a Single Channel-Single Phase queuing system. The results of this study were that by testing the normality of the data using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software, the results of testing using the 1-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov showed that the positive deviation value was 0.215, the negative deviation was -0.167, while the Asymp, Sig values were 0.000. Then the data on the number of buyers is normally distributed because 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Furthermore, the Single Channel-Single Phase queuing model is very appropriate to use because buyers can be served well and get optimal time. This can be seen from the number of individuals or buyers waiting in the queue (Lq), which is 0.003. The average number of buyers in the system (L) totals 0.06. The probability of having no buyers or empty servers (P0) is 94%.

Abstract

Abstract In this day and age, all business sectors are experiencing development, including manufacturing. From this, the competition between companies becomes very tight and each tries to maintain its existence in the eyes of consumers. One way to remain competitive is to maintain productivity by maximizing existing resources such as equipment or machinery. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the machines used in PT. Kujang Fertilizer Plant 1B. The method used in this study is the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The data used in this study is from January to December 2021. From the results obtained, it is known that in general the OEE value obtained is above the world standard by 85%. However, there is still 1 data that is below the world standard so that further analysis needs to be done. The results of the six big losses show breakdown losses to be the highest failure with a value of 67.41%. Based on the results of fishbone analysis, the causes of low OEE values consist of humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. From the kaizen analysis, proposed improvements that can be made include increasing employee awareness, conducting training for employees, conducting periodic evaluations and holding a quality improvement and improvement team..Keywords: OEE, TPM, Six Bog Loses, Downtime, PT. Pupuk Kujang AbstrakPada zaman sekarang ini semua sektor bisnis mengalami perkembangan termasuk manufaktur. Dari hal tersebut, persaingan antar perusahaan menjadi sangat ketat dan tiap berusaha menjaga eksistensi nya di mata konsumen. Salah satu cara untuk tetap dapat bersaing yaitu menjaga produktivitas dengan memaksimalkan sumber daya yang ada seperti peralatan atau mesin. Tujuan peelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi mesin yang digunakan di PT. Pupuk Kujang Plant 1B. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan Overall Equipemnt Effectiveness (OEE). Data pada penelitian menggunakan data pada periode Januari hingga Desember 2021. Adapun pada penelitian ini hasilnya diketahui bahwa secara umum nilai OEE yang diperoleh berada diatas standar dunia dengan 85%. Namun masih ada 1 data yang berada dibawah standar dunia sehingga analisis lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan. Hasil six big loses menunjukkan breakdown losess menjadi kegagalan tertinggi dengan nilai 67,41%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis fishbone penyebab terjadinya nilai OEE yang rendah terdiri dari manusia, mesin, metode, material, dan lingkungan.  Dari analisis kaizen, usulan perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan seperti peningkatan kesadaran pegawai, mengadakan pelatihan untuk karyawan, melakukan evaluasi berkala dan mengadakan tim peningkatan kualitas dan improvement.Kata Kunci: OEE, TPM, Six Big Loses, Downtime, PT. Abstract

In production activities, fulfillment customer demand requires a method of calculating uncertainty the demand prediction in the future period. PT Ciptaunggul Karya Abadi has its own forecasting system, but the results are different from the actual data. One of the productions is Arm Rear Brake KWBF part shows a ± stock difference from actual demand data with forecasting data each month. This study to propose improvements to the forecasting system for Arm Rear Brake KWBF part by comparing three forecasting systems and selecting the lowest error rate. The method used in solving these problems is a results comparison of the moving average method, trend analysis method and company forecasting system with data collection techniques through observation and interview. The data used is in the form of general data such as company identity and special data such as historical production data of the company. The results of this study indicate that the lowest error is found in trend analysis method with MAD of 1811, MSE of 5702679 and MAPE of 0.46. So, the trend analysis method on the Arm Rear Brake KWBF part is feasible to be applied in the company.

Abstract

Research on human resource development have been carried out. With the aim of can be used as parameters to create the development of quality human resources. This research aims to know the influence of opportunities on the assessment of the performance of employees. Opportunities under study is divided into three indicators, namely the environment, the rules and colleagues. Sampling technique in this study using a sampling of saturated. The technique of data analysis was conducted gradually, starting from the editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. In addition, using a likert scale developed by Ransis Likert. While for the development of research using statistical methods, it is necessary to qualify the classical assumption test before the test is conducted multiple linear regression. It aims to determine how much significance of significance testing. The results from the hypothesis t, there is on the value tcount for the partial (sequential) starting from X1 = 2,639, X2 = 3,379 and X3 = 2,210. In addition, the results of the hypothesis F, contained in the value of Fcount simultaneously (together) was 12,597. While the value of R Square (R2) of 0,282, if then the result of 28.2%. It can be concluded from the three independent variables affect the dependent variable by 28,2%.

Abstract

To achieve environmental cleanliness, high awareness of cleanliness and health is required. In terms of keeping the environment clean, one very serious problem is a lack of understanding about the waste problem. This problem can be overcome through an educational approach that provides an understanding of various types of waste, both organic and inorganic waste. Efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding environment must start from an early age. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out to provide education about waste sorting to students at SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan 3 located in Karawang. The purpose of this activity is to increase students' understanding and awareness of the consequences of environmental pollution arising from waste disposal. This activity is carried out with a holistic approach using two main stages, namely socialization and direct practical activities. Through this community service activity, students can not only increase their understanding and awareness of the impacts of waste, but also gain knowledge about the types of waste and the correct way to sort waste.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of socialization regarding the application of low-smoke waste burning equipment in the Malangsari Village community in an effort to reduce the impact of air pollution. Waste is often considered trivial, even though waste is something that humans should pay attention to. Misuse of waste can violate the law regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, observation and documentation. The information collected is then analyzed using content analysis. The results of the research show that the socialization of smoke-free waste burning equipment has succeeded in increasing the awareness of the Malangsari Village community about the importance of environmentally friendly waste management. Socialization activities took place indoors and outdoors on Thursday, January 26 2024. Through counseling, demonstrations and practical training, the community understood how to make and use smoke-free waste burning devices correctly. Apart from that, there was also an increase in the active participation of the Malangsari Village community in the socialization of low-smoke waste burning tools.
