Abstract

Kenyataan di lapangan memberikan gambaran bahwa selama pembelajaran berlangsung sebagian besar siswa kurang aktif, mereka akan aktif apabila diberikan tugas, tidak memperhatikan penjelasan guru, banyak siswa yang tidak selesai dalam mengerjakan soal sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Siswa juga tampak tidak bermotivasi pada pelajaran matematika. Selain tumbuhnya motivasi, guru juga harus membangkitkan motivasi yang ada dalam diri siswa agar terangsang untuk mempelajari materi serta ingin memahami pelajaran lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa kelas VIII 2 SMPN 12 Pekanbaru pada materi lingkaran melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS. Dari hasil analisis data dan pembahasannya, diperoleh kesimpulan Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada materi lingkaran terbukti meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VIII 2 SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru, Penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share pada materi lingkaran terbukti dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas VIII 2 SMP Negeri 12 Pekanbaru

Abstract

Patients with schizophrenia may experience an indirect social exclusion, leading those in their immediate vicinity to grow intolerably intolerant of their abnormal conduct and viewpoints. This can exarcebate mental health issues that may lead to relapses, so therapy is necessary, including the use of relaxation techniques such as guided imagert, The purposes of this study was to ascertain how relaxing methods affected the mental state shifts in the number of schizophrenia patients at the Limboto Health Center’s operational region. A single-group pre-post test design was used in this pre-experimental study, which included 88 schizophrenia patient in total. Purposive sampling was used to choose a total of 19 patients for the sample and the Wilcoxon statistical test was used to evaluate the data. According to the study findings, most schizophrenia patients (73.7%) had a severe mental state prior to receiving relaxation technique; afterward, most were classified as moderate (52.6%); the p-value was 0.000 (<α0.05). The Limboto Community Health Center’s working area’s schizophrenia patient’s mental status alterations were found to be influenced by relaxing techniques.

Abstract

Chronic kidney failure patients' knowledge of hemodialysis can affect a person's psychological condition. A patient's lack of knowledge about hemodialysis can cause anxiety. This anxiety will have an impact on the psychological threat to the patient, if it occurs continuously, it will cause the patient's psychiatric disorders or other diseases such as the heart. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of anxiety of chronic kidney failure patients in hospitals in Gorontalo Province. The design of the analytical survey research with a cross-sectional study approach, the population of chronic kidney failure patients who underwent hemodialysis was 48 people at Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Hospital and Toto Kabila Hospital, the number of samples was 48 people using the total sampling technique and the statistical test used, namely chi-square. The results of the study were obtained from patients with good knowledge who experienced mild anxiety in as many as 12 people and moderate anxiety in as many as 3 people. Meanwhile, patients with sufficient knowledge experienced mild anxiety in as many as 4 people, moderate anxiety in as many as 8 people, and severe anxiety in as many as 3 people. In patients with less knowledge, 5 people experienced moderate anxiety and 13 people experienced severe anxiety. They were known as p-value=0.000<0.05. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the level of anxiety in patients with chronic kidney failure in hospitals in Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a clinical condition characterized by an irreversible decline in kidney function to a degree that requires permanent renal replacement therapy, in the form of dialysis or kidney transplantation. One of the clinical syndromes that occurs in kidney failure is uremia. This is caused by decreased kidney function. CKD disease will cause kidney function and role to continue to decline (progressive) and cannot return (irreversible) (Sherwood, 2016). This study aims to determine the effect of Murotal Al-Qur'an distraction therapy on reducing anxiety levels in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Toto Kabila Regional Hospital. This research uses a quantitative research design with a Quasy Experimental research design involving an intervention group and a control group. The population in this study were all CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Toto Kabila Regional Hospital. The sample in this research consisted of 15 respondents, the data collection technique was making observations and using a questionnaire sheet. Based on the results of the analysis in the treatment group, the results showed that the level of moderate anxiety was 5 respondents (62.5%), and mild anxiety was 3 respondents (37.5%). In the control group, the results showed that the level of moderate anxiety was 5 respondents (71.4%), and the results of severe anxiety were 2 respondents (28.6%). The results of statistical tests in the treatment group obtained a P-value of 0.01 and in control group 0.03 which means <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted which means there is an effect of Murotal Al-Quran Distraction Therapy on reducing anxiety levels in CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis at Toto Kabila Regional Hospital.

Abstract

Dampak yang diakibatkan oleh bullying sangat luas cakupannya antara lain depresi, kegelisahan dan masalah tidur yang mungkin akan terbawa hingga dewasa, keluhan kesehatan fisik, seperti sakit kepala, sakit perut dan ketegangan otot, rasa tidak aman saat berada di lingkungan sekolah dan penurunan semangat belajar serta prestasi akademis. Perilaku bullying pada siswa terjadi karena beberapa faktor seperti kepribadian siswa, trauma masa kecil dan lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan penelitian untuk meganalisis faktor kepribadian, trauma masa kecil dan lingkungan sekolah dengan terjadinya perilaku bullying. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi siswa kelas X sebanyak 250 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan faktor kepribadian remaja, trauma masa kecil dan lingkungan sekolah masing-masing memiliki nilai pValue=0.000<0.05. Sedangkan pada nilai OR diperoleh trauma masa kecil memiliki resiko sebesar 416 kali lipat, lingkungan sekolah memiliki resiko sebesar 34 kali lipat dan kepribadian memiliki resiko sebesar 27 kali lipat terjadinya perilaku bullying. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh faktor kepribadian remaja, trauma masa kecil dan lingkungan sekolah dengan resiko terjadinya perilaku bullying di SMA Negeri 2 Limboto. Saran diharapkan menjadi masukan untuk pihak sekolah agar membuat aturan yang tegas bagi pelaku bullying serta untuk siswa agar tidak melalukan bullying pada teman.

Abstract

Abstract: Genes contribute around 37 percent of the risk of developing mental disorders, compared to other factors because individuals who have family members who experience mental disorders have a higher tendency. The cause of the disorder can also be influenced by drug abuse and chronic disease. Drug abuse can have long-term consequences to serious mental disorders such as psychosis. The aim of this research is to identify genetic factors, drug abuse and chronic diseases with the occurrence of mental disorders in the Limboto Community Health Center Work Area. Quantitative research design with a cross sectional study approach, a population of 123 mental disorder patients, a sample size of 55 people using accidental sampling technique in this study. The research results showed that 43 respondents (78.2%) had a genetic history, 6 respondents (10.9%) had drug abuse, 17 respondents (30.9%) had a history of disease and 29 respondents (52%) had neuroses mental disorders. .7%). The results of the simple linear regression test showed that there was an influence of genetic factors (p=0.005), drug abuse (p=0.009) and history of illness (p=0.042) on the occurrence of mental disorders in the Limboto Health Center Working Area. Abstract

Bullying adalah aksi tindakan kekerasan fisik dan verbal saat pelaku bullying merendahkan dan mengancam korban sehingga korban tidak sanggup untuk melawan. Perilaku bullying memiliki dampak yang negatif sangat mengganggu dan membahayakan bagi remaja apabilia tidak segera di tangani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor resiko terjadinya bullying pada remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain survey analitik, populasi 191 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru, sampel yaitu 129 siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru, jenis sampel purposive sampling, instrument yang di gunakan adalah kuisioner, uji statistik yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi logistik dan menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil yang di peroleh adalah faktor resiko yang paling mempengaruhi perilaku bullying yaitu lingkungan sekitar dengan nilai R Square 60%, selanjutnya teman sebaya dengan nilai R Square 42%, serta korban bullying dengan nilai R Square 19%. Kesimpulannya bahwa lingkungan sekitar adalah faktor yang paling beresiko terhadap kejadian bullying dengan nilai R square tertinggi, saran dari penelitian ini adalah semakin baik pengaruh lingkungan terhadap remaja maka resiko perilaku bullying terhadap remaja akan semakin berkurang.

Abstract

Masalah indisipliner siswa di sekolah menengah atas semakin mengkhawatirkan. Perilaku seperti keterlambatan, pembolosan, dan tidak mengerjakan tugas menjadi fenomena yang umum terjadi. Riset ini bertujuan guna menggali lebih dalam mengenai peran guru bimbingan dan konseling  dalam upaya membentuk karakter disiplin siswa, khususnya di SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh yang memiliki sistem boarding school. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan guru BK dan siswa, serta observasi partisipatif terhadap kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwasanya guru bimbingan dan konseling memiliki peran yang sangat strategis dalam membentuk karakter disiplin siswa. Beberapa temuan penting antara lain Bimbingan Individual, diman guru bimbingan dan konseling memberikan perhatian individu kepada siswa melalui konseling pribadi guna mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi, baik yang berkaitan dengan akademik maupun sosial-emosional. Pengembangan Program Bimbingan, dimana guru mengembangkan berbagai program bimbingan, seperti kelompok diskusi, pelatihan keterampilan sosial, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter. Guru bimbingan dan konseling menjalin kerjasama yang baik dengan guru mata pelajaran, orang tua, dan pihak sekolah guna menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter disiplin. Guru BK secara aktif menanamkan nilai-nilai positif seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan kerjasama melalui berbagai kegiatan dan model peran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spritual keluarga dengan cara keluarga merawat pasien Skizofrenia di rumah di Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo. Metode yang digunakan adalal deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 68 responden. Hasil penelitian nilai ? = 1.906 dan positif artinya nilai variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spritual dianggap konstan atau sama dengan nol, maka cara merawat pasien Skizofrenia di Rumah akan semakin baik. Nilai koefisien X1 = 0,200 dan positif artinya hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan cara merawat pasien Skizofrenia di Rumah bersifat positif dan cukup kuat. Nilai koefisien X2 = 0,288 dan positif artinya hubungan kecerdasan spritual dengan cara merawat pasien Skizofrenia di Rumah bersifat positif dan cukup kuat. Berdasarkan hasil uji R2 Square variabel kecerdasan emosional (X1) = 0,820 atau 82,0% yang artinya nilai koefesien korelasi sangat kuat, sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh nilai R2 Square variable kecerdasan spritual (X1) = 0,100 atau 100,0% yang artinya nilai Koefesien korelasi sempurna. Nilai p value = 0,014 < ? = 0,05. Ada hubungan kecerdasan emosional yang signifikan dengan cara merawat keluarga pasien keluarga Skizofrenia di Rumah. Diperoleh nilai p value = 0,000 < ? = 0,05. Disarankan terhadap pemerintah khusunya dinas kesehatan dalam menangani keluarga pasien Skizofrenia.

Abstract

Anxiety problems experienced can be caused by situations or conditions that a person will face that are considered threatening and endangering themselves so that pharmacological treatment is needed, namely in the form of antianxiety and non-pharmacological. Nonpharmacological therapy in generalist nurses that can be given to anxiety patients includes slow deep breathing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of slow deep breathing relaxation therapy on anxiety scores in anxiety patients in the Limboto Health Center working area. The research method used pre-experimental with one group pre-post test design. The study population was patients with anxiety who were in the Limboto Puskesmas working area. The sample in this study was the total population of 15 people. Based on the results showed that the average score of symptoms before slow deep breathing relaxation was 25.73 with a standard deviation of 1.668 and the average score after slow deep breathing relaxation was 15.33 with a standard deviation of 3.222, and the p-value obtained was 0.001 (<α 0.05), meaning that there was an effect of slow deep breathing relaxation therapy on anxiety scores in anxiety patients in the Limboto Puskesmas Working Area.
