Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kebijakan pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren LPK (Lembaga Pendidikan Keagamaan), yang berupaya menyeimbangkan pelestariantradisi pendidikan Islam dengan tuntutan modernisasi. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang awalnya dikenal dengan metode pengajaran tradisional seperti sorongan dan bandongan, Pesantren LPK telah berinovasi melalui adopsi kurikulum formal, penggunaan teknologi informasi, dan penyediaan fasilitas pendidikan modern. Selain itu, pesantren juga memperkenalkan pelatihan keterampilan praktis, seperti kewirausahaan dan ketrampilan menjahit, untuk membekali santri dengan keahlian yang relevan diera kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi lapangan, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modernisasi pendidikan di pesantren ini merupakan respons terhadap perubahan sosial, tanpa menghilangkan esensi tradisi keislaman. Peran sentral Ustadz dan Ustadzah sebagai pemimpin dalam kebijakan pendidikan terbukti penting dalam menjembatani dunia tradisional pesantren dengan kebutuhan masyarakat modern. Pesantren LPK berhasil mempertahankan kontribusinya dalam pengembangan moral dan intelektual bangsa melalui kombinasi tradisi dan inovasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the accounting information system for cash sales at PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Kolaka Branch. The main focus of the research is on how the cash sales system for spare parts and units is implemented within the workflow involving various internal departments such as the branch head, FAH, workshop head, cashier, part admin/counter, salesman/salesgirl, story department, and treasury. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis from secondary sources. The results show that the cash sales system operates effectively and is well-integrated through the Dealer Management System (DMS), providing benefits in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of transaction processes. Additionally, the accounting information system applied by the company is based on Oracle Financials, a comprehensive accounting software that supports the financial management needs of the company optimally. There are no significant obstacles in the use of Oracle, allowing PT Hadji Kalla Toyota to maintain its operational continuity amidst intense industry competition.

Abstract

Adequacy of nutrition and food is one indicator of the success of a nation's development. The nutritional status of children under five is one of the indicators used to measure the nutritional status of the community. Toddlers and infants are one of the age groups that are vulnerable to malnutrition. Nutrition is very influential on intelligence and work productivity. Malnutrition in toddlers can cause growth disorders and physical development and intelligence. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge about the parenting style of parents of toddlers with nutritional problems in Sampoang Village. This service activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the counseling stage and the closing stage by preparing a community service report. This activity was attended by 37 participants, during the implementation of the counseling, the presenters also conducted an evaluation by conducting a question and answer session with the counseling participants. This counseling gave significant results where there was an increase in knowledge of parents of toddlers by looking at the results of the evaluation given by conducting a question and answer session with counseling participants.

Abstract

Breast Self-Examination (BSE) is an important action in the early detection of breast cancer. Early detection plays a crucial role in increasing the success rate of treatment and reducing mortality from breast cancer. This study aims to determine the effect of leaflet-based health education about BSE on increasing knowledge among Women of Childbearing Age in the Tarailu Health Center Work Area, Mamuju Regency. The research method used is quantitative research with a Quasi-Experimental research design and a "One Group Pretest-Posttest" design using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 40 respondents. The results of the study show a significant increase in the respondents' knowledge after being given leaflet-based health education about BSE. Based on the paired sample t-test, a T value of -5.182 was obtained with a p-value of 0.00 < 0.005. This indicates that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning there is an effect of health education about BSE on increasing knowledge among Women of Childbearing Age in the Tarailu Health Center Work Area, Mamuju Regency, in 2024. This study provides useful information to raise awareness about the importance of breast self-examination as an early detection step for breast cancer among women of childbearing age in the area.

Abstract

This study aims to deltelrminel thel influelncel of work facilitiels, compliancel, and compeltelncel on elmployelel pelrformancel at thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel. Thel samplel useld in this study consists of 39 elmployelels from thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel. Thel sampling telchniquel elmployeld is non-probability sampling, spelcifically celnsus sampling. Thel data analysis telchniquel useld is multiplel linelar relgrelssion analysis. Baseld on thel data analysis relsults, thel relgrelssion elquation obtaineld is as follows: Y = 0.554 + 0.164 X1 + 0.142 X2 + 0.259 X3. Thel relsults of this study indicatel that work facilitiels, compliancel, and compeltelncel havel a significant influelncel on elmployelel pelrformancel at thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel simultanelously. Furthelrmorel, individually, both thel work facilitiels variablel, thel compliancel variablel, and thel compeltelncel variablel significantly affelct elmployelel pelrformancel at thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel. Thel coelfficielnt of deltelrmination shows an R squarel valuel of 0.588, indicating that 58.8% of elmployelel pelrformancel is influelnceld by thel variablels of work facilitiels, compliancel, and compeltelncel, whilel thel relmaining 41.2% is influelnceld by othelr factors not elxamineld in this study.

Abstract

This study investigated the Students’ Perceptions on using instagram in learning english”. A qualitative research design was used in this study. The participants are 15 students from English education at Muhammadiyah University of Enrekang. The instruments used to collect the data were questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of 30 statements. Google Form was used to obtain the data and the result was used to analyze the data. As a result of the study, the researcher concluded that the benefits of online reading in instagram have had a substantial effect on the knowledge of students’, and the students have strongly focused on the educational evaluation they read during learning. The data reported the highest percentage is 47% of the students agreed that instagram media supported their activity in reading during learning. However the lowest percentage is 7% of the students disagreed that instagram media supported their activity in reading during learning. It shows that students' perceptions are considered positive because most of the students agree that learning on instagram helped them to improve their reading comprehensions skills

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini, bahwa pendidikan agama merupakan alat yang penting untukpendidikan karakter pada peserta didik. Selain pembelajaran agama dikelas, tentu banyak faktor yangdapat membantu pembentukan karakter perpeserta didik. Salah satu faktornya adalah lingkungansekolah yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikanrelevansi kebijakan kepala sekolah tentang kultur madrasah dengan pembelajaran Pendidikan AgamaIslam di MIS Poleonro Passapareng. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menekankanpada penelitian lapangan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, untuk membuat deskripsisecara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta dan sifat populasi atau daerah tertentu.

Abstract

Insomnia merupakan gangguan tidur yang sering dialami oleh remaja dan dapat berdampak pada kesehatan serta prestasi belajar. Faktor seperti stres akademik, penggunaan gawai pada malam hari, dan tekanan psikologis menjadi pemicu terjadinya insomnia pada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan efektivitas pemberian aromaterapi lavender dengan terapi musik suara alam terhadap penurunan tingkat insomnia pada siswa SMK Negeri 8 Jakarta Tahun 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pretest-posttest with two groups. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 siswa yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok aromaterapi lavender dan kelompok terapi musik suara alam, masing-masing terdiri dari 15 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuisioner Insomnia Rating Scale (IRS). Berdasarkan hasil Uji Wilcoxon diperoleh nilai p-value sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,05), sedangkan terapi musik suara alam juga menurunkan tingkat insomnia namun dengan efektivitas yang lebih rendah. Hasil uji perbandingan kedua intervensi menggunakan Uji Mann–Whitney U Test memperoleh hasil p-value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,020. Nilai p-value tersebut 0,05 (p < 0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak dengan artian terdapat perbedaan efektivitas pemberian aromaterapi lavender dengan terapi musik suara alam terhadap insomnia siswa SMKN 8 Jakarta Tahun 2025. Di mana aromaterapi lavender lebih efektif dibandingkan terapi musik suara alam dalam menurunkan tingkat insomnia pada siswa di SMKN 8 Jakarta.
