Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru International Midwifery Academy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial satisfaction and supervision on employee work discipline at the Pekanbaru International Midwifery Academy. To achieve these objectives, research was conducted using a sample of 35 people, using the Census method. Data analysis method uses simultaneous tests and partial tests. The results of this study produce the influence of satisfaction and supervision on employee work discipline at the Pekanbaru International Midwifery Academy contributing a large influence on employee work discipline. Simultaneously and partially the test results are influential. Recommendations that can be submitted by the author are agencies to further enhance satisfaction and supervision because this variable greatly influences employee work discipline which of course has an impact on the performance of the employees themselves in carrying out their activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to assist local governments in realizing village development planning, governance, and a good village financial management system through activities in providing organizational training and motivation of village officials in the field of village governance generally in Pauh Angit Village and especially in Pangean District. Kuantan Singingi Regency. This activity was carried out in the form of training and motivation for village officials regarding the Village Government System to improve Village capabilities in realizing village community empowerment. The results of this training and motivational activity can be said to have been successful in the presence of government officials from the Pauh Angit village in Pangean District. This can be seen from the percentage of participants' attendance and the enthusiasm of the participants during the activity.

Abstract

This article was created as one of the results of Community Service activities in the assisted village of STIE Riau as a partner, namely Talang Sungai Limau Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, which is a settlement of the Talang Mamak tribe, one of the indigenous people of Riau. Held on 24 - 25 September 2022 after a series of preparatory activities. This activity aims to increase the management capacity and motivation of village officials including village office staff, hamlet heads, RT and PKK women. Activities carried out in the form of lectures, discussions and games. From the discussions that developed with the training participants, it was revealed that village officials received little attention from universities or community social organizations around the district, let alone the province. villages and residents in general can be carried out in a sustainable manner, and are able to provide solutions for regional development both in terms of the quality of human resources and as mediators to establish cooperation or get attention from government agencies and other private institutions. Keywords: Community Service, Management Training, Motivation, Village Apparatus, Talang mamak

Abstract

Terciptanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat tidak terlepas dari andil UMKM dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Mentransfer pengetahuan tentang penyuluhan dan motivasi pengembangan UMKM, tips-tips membangun bisnis UMKM, dan memberikan ide-ide kreatif usaha kecil dan menengah diharapkan dapat membantu ibu-ibu Masyarakat Suku Sakai desa Libo Jaya kecamatan Kandis dalam upaya menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha guna dapat meningkatkan penghasilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode pendidikan masyarakat dimana metode ini digunakan untuk kegiatan-kegiatan dalam bentuk penyuluhan yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan motivasi pengembangan UMKM di desa Libo Jaya ini dapat memberikan kontribusi positif berupa 1) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman ibu-ibu PKK desa Libo Jaya tentang arti UMKM, 2) semakin termotivasi untuk membangun UMKM, 3) mengetahui tip-tip membangun bisnis UMKM, 4) menambah pengetahuan tentang ide-ide usaha kecil menengah. Mengingat besarnya manfaat kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, maka selanjutnya perlu mengadakan penyuluhan serupa dengan khalayak sasaran yang berbeda dan adanya kesinambungan dan monitoring program pasca kegiatan pengabdian ini sehingga ibu-ibu Masyarakat Suku Sakai desa Libo Jaya dapat mengembangkan dan mempraktekkan ide-ide bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development and attractiveness of the natural baths of Sulem flora in terms of developers and tourists, the factors that support and the impact of developing Sulem flora natural baths as a tourist destination in Kampar Regency. This study uses the theory of Social Practices from Bourdieu. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Source of data from interviews with informants and related documents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation. Data analysis using an interactive model. The results showed that the development of the Sulem Flora Natural Bath has improved the quality of tourism management and services, marked by an increase in the number of tourist visits to the Sulem Flora Natural Bath. The development of the Sulem Flora Natural Baths was also accompanied by the habitus of the people of Pantai Cermin Village from their participation as food selling tours in tourist areas, parking area managers, workers at the Sulem Flora Natural Baths by using economic capital, social capital, cultural capital and symbolic capital. The participation of the people of Pantai Cermin Village to develop tourism can be seen in the decisions they fought for and fought for in their area as a tourist area, in the production of practices that could support the development of the Flora Sulem Nature Bath and also in improving the welfare and quality of life of the community. local community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and training on the performance of tourism object managers. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS 25 to process data. This research was conducted on tourism objects in Kampar Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling technique. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula where 48 respondents were selected. The results showed that from the results of the partial test (t test), there were two variables, namely work motivation and training had a positive and significant effect on the performance of tourism object managers. also that 52.8% the influence of independent variables (motivation and training) on ​​the performance of managers is 52.8% and the remaining 47.2% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) merupakan salah satu pilar kekuatan ekonomi masyarakat, baik dalam menyediakan sarana produksi, tenaga kerja maupun rantai pemasarannya. Namun demikian tidak sedikit UKM harus gagal ditengah jalan ataupun tidak mampu berkembangan, kondisi ini juga terjadi pada BUMDes Talang Sei Limau. Tujuan pelaksanaan program ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas usaha baik dari aspek produksi maupun aspek manajemen. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan dan mencapai tujuan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan secara langsung. Semua kegiatan dilakukan bersama oleh pengelola dengan dibimbing oleh tim pelaksana. Hasil kegiatan adalah : (1) Dimilikinya pemahaman dan kemampuan BUMDes dalam melakukan perencanaan usaha; (2) Dimilikinya kemampuan dalam melakukan efektifitas dan efisiensi usaha; (3) Dipahaminya pentingnya kebersihan dan sanitasi kandang; dan (4) Meningkatnya kesehatan ayam, produksi telur dan pendapatan peternak. Kesimpulan dari hasil pelaksanaan program adalah usaha ternak ayam ras petelur BUMDes Talang Sei Limau mengalami peningkatan produksi sebesar 15% dan peningkatan efisiensi usaha 12% sebagai dampak dari perbaikan aspek produksi dan manajemen usaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetemsi knowledge, Skill dan Ability sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kampar. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melakukan survei pada 100 pengelola usaha mikro kecil menengah di Kabupaten Kampar, dengan metode sampling purposive. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert, dan teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan PLS SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, a) p value knowledge terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,000 < α = 0,05; b) p value Skill terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,035 < α = 0,05; c) p value Ability terhadap kinerja UMKM yaitu 0,014 < α = 0,05. Simpulan, kompetensi knowledge, Skill dan Ability sumber daya manusia dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah di Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of management information systems in improving the performance of tourism object managers in Riau Province. This research method is quantitative descriptive. This study was conducted by conducting a survey of 100 tourism object managers in Riau Province, using a purposive sampling method. The collection of research data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale, and the data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the SIM obtained a t-count greater than the t-table (10.637> 2.023). Thus, it can be concluded that the SIM variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of tourism object managers in Riau Province.
