Abstract

The potential of mangrove forests in Teluk Lecah Village has yet to be optimized and managed properly. One of the optimization of mangrove forests is that they can be used as a source of environmental conservation and prevent coastal abrasion for the local community. The purpose of this community service is to provide knowledge to the community about the benefits of mangrove forests as environmental preservation and provide economic impacts for the community. The method of implementing the service includes preparation, input, process, output. The process of activities carried out includes socialization of activities, mentoring, and mangrove planting. This service activity was attended by 21 participants from the surrounding community, Teluk Lecah Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. Mangrove forests in the environment around the community provide many benefits. The benefits of mangrove forests can be as carbon sinks and storage, food ingredients, prevent abrasion, as ecotourism, and have an impact on the community's economy. The utilization of mangrove forests presented by the speaker is used as basic knowledge for the surrounding community. The next activity is planting mangroves as a form of preventing abrasion disasters in the surrounding environment. The community service activities carried out ran smoothly.ABSTRAKPotensi hutan mangrove yang ada di Desa Teluk Lecah hingga saat ini masih belum dioptimalkan dan dikelola dengan baik. Satu di antara pengoptimalan hutan bakau adalah dapat digunakan sebagai sumber pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan mencegah abrasi pantai bagi masyarakat setempat. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat mengenai kebermanfaatan hutan mangrove sebagai pelestarian lingkungan hidup dan memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi persiapan, input, proses, output. Proses kegiatan yang dilaksanakan meliputi sosialisasi kegiatan, pendampingan, dan penanaman mangrove. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dihadiri oleh 21 peserta dari masyarakat sekitar, Desa Teluk Lecah, Kecamatan Rupat, Kabupaten Bengkalis. Hutan mangrove yang berada di lingkungan sekitar masyarakat memberikan banyak manfaat. Manfaat hutan bakau bisa sebagai penyerap dan penyimpan karbon, bahan makanan, mencegah abrasi, sebagai ekowisata, dan memberikan dampak terhadap ekonomi masyarakat. Pemanfaatan hutan mangrove yang dipaparkan pemateri dijadikan pengetahuan dasar bagi masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan selanjutnya penanaman mangrove sebagai bentuk pencegahan bencana abrasi di lingkungan sekitar. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and identify the impact of the study program and coaching conducted by STIE Riau in collaboration with the Bangun Bonai Lestari Village Cooperative Unit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This program focuses on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the coaching model that has been implemented in Kuala Lumpur. This study uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observations as data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the study program and coaching of MSMEs has succeeded in increasing the capacity of local entrepreneurs in terms of managerial and technology utilization. In addition, this cross-country collaboration also shows the importance of support from cooperatives in optimizing the potential of MSMEs. This study suggests that similar programs be expanded with an emphasis on digital marketing aspects and better financial management.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi dampak dari program studi tiru dan pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh STIE Riau bekerja sama dengan Koperasi Unit Desa Bangun Bonai Lestari di Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Program ini difokuskan pada pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dengan berbasis pada model pembinaan yang sudah diterapkan di Kuala Lumpur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program studi tiru dan pembinaan UMKM berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas pengusaha lokal dalam hal manajerial dan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain itu, kerjasama lintas negara ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya dukungan dari koperasi dalam mengoptimalkan potensi UMKM. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar program serupa diperluas dengan penekanan pada aspek pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the village government in managing the Ketapang beach tourist attraction in Sungai Cinggam Village, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. With tourism, of course, it will bring various impacts in various aspects including environmental, socio-cultural and economic impacts. In terms of economy, tourism brings various impacts including environmental impacts, indirect impacts, and continued impacts. The direct impact is for workers in the tourist area including the local government. One of the indirect impacts can be in the form of increasing demand for public transportation. And the ongoing impact is certainly related to the government and the community who work in the tourism sector or not directly but get a positive impact. Therefore, the government, both the local government and the village government are required to manage the existing potential for the welfare of the community. This study uses a qualitative research method. The results of the study concluded that so far the quality of service and responsibility by the government in managing tourist attractions is still considered by the community to be lacking, because there are several things that the government needs to pay attention to, such as the facilities available at the tourist attraction location, because the community considers that the process of managing this tourist attraction needs attention. Abstract

Human resources in an organization are a very important determinant of the effectiveness of activities within the organization. Human resources in an organization are people who provide their energy, talent and creativity to the organization. Every organization always tries to improve employee performance, with the hope that the goals of the organization will be achieved. This study aims to determine whether compensation and career development have a significant effect on the performance of private employees in Pekanbaru. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population is 32 employees and all of them are used as samples. The results of the study show that compensation and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and career ladder partially have a significant effect on employee performance. For leaders, further improve the provision of compensation in the organization so that employee performance becomes better. Keywords: Compensation, Career Ladder, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of tourist satisfaction with natural tourist attractions and categorize which attractions need to be maintained, improved, and even reduced to gain efficiency. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method. The population in this study were visitors to the Henferd Land Riau natural tourist attraction. A total of 100 visitors were selected as samples using the accidental sampling technique. To determine the category position of each tourist attraction, the "importance performance analysis" technique was used. The results of the study showed that the average level of visitor satisfaction was in the good category. The attributes of cleanliness, supporting facilities, parking and souvenirs are included in things that need to be improved immediately. The attributes of Beauty, Location, Price, promotional strategy, places to eat and lodging/homestay need to be maintained.

Abstract

Abstrak: From the calculation results obtained indicate that the F-count is greater than F-table. Thus the hypothesis that incentives, training, work experience, facilities and infrastructure are factors that affect labor productivity in the print media company in the city of Pekanbaru accepted. So based on the results of testing on variable incentives can be seen that the t-test bigger than t-table. It can be concluded that the incentive variables have positive and significant influence. Based on the results of testing on training variables can be seen that t count> t-table. It can be concluded that the partial training variables have a strong relationship affect productivity in the workplace. Based on the test results in a variable work experience can be seen that t count> t-table. It can be concluded that the partial work experience variables have a strong relationship affect productivity in the workplace. Based on test results on the variable infrastructure can be seen that t count> t-table. It can be concluded that the variable infrastructure partially have strong relationships in influencing labor productivity at print media company in the city of Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: Laporan kinerja dosen menjadi bentuk tanggung jawab seorang dosen dalam melaksanakan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Hal ini selain menunjukkan prestasi kerja dosen juga sangat menunjang kinerja program studi dan pada gilirannya menunjang perguruan tinggi. Persoalan yang muncul pada perguruan tinggi swasta seperti Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau yang mana sebagian dosen belum optimal dalam pelaporan kinerja dosennya. Tentu banyak faktor yang memperngaruhinya, penelitian ini menggunakan empat faktor penentu keberhasilan prestasi dosen antara lain jumlah kelas mengajar, publikasi ilmiah, pengabdian dan penunjang. Apakah benar keempat variabel tersebut bila dilaksanakan dengan baik maka hasil prestasi kerja dosen ikut baik. Menggunakan penelitian survey yang disebarkan secara online kepada 33 orang dosen dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM melalui program WarPLS diperoleh hasil bahwa dari keempat variabel yang diduga mempengaruhi prestasi laporan kinerja dosen, terbukti hanya tiga variabel yang signifikan dan positif, yakni faktor kelas menagajar, publikasi ilmiah dan penunjang. Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu potensi yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan sebagai sumber pendapatan. Pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat adalah menempatkan masyarakat sebagai aktor utama dengan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan pariwisata sehingga pemanfaatan pariwisata yang maksimal ditujukan untuk masyarakat. Namun, proses pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di Desa Sipungguk Kecamatan Salo menghadapi berbagai kendala, di antaranya masalah sumber daya dan sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tata kelola pariwisata berbasis masyarakat di Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar khususnya di Desa Sipungguk. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang. Pemilihan informan dilakukan berdasarkan hubungannya dengan masalah penelitian dan keberadaannya di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa objek wisata di Desa Sipungguk dikelola langsung oleh masyarakat dengan tujuan menjadikan Desa Sipungguk sebagai desa wisata yang mandiri. Namun dalam pengelolaannya, masyarakat menemukan kendala sumber daya dalam mengembangkan objek wisata serta aksesibilitas terhadap objek wisata. Masyarakat berharap pengelolaan objek wisata berbasis masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat setempat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di objek wisata sungai Gelombang Desa Sipungguk Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana semangat UMKM dibalik Pandemi Covid-19 pada Objek Wisata Sungai Gelombang di Desa Sipungguk Kec. Salo Kabupaten Kampar . Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui semangat UMKM dibalik Pandemi Covid-19 pada Objek Wisata Sungai Gelombang di Desa Sipungguk Kec. Salo Kabupaten Kampar . Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti menggunakan informan atau narasumber sebagai sumber data, penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa UKMK yang berada di Objek Wisata Sungai Gelombang di Desa Sipungguk ini dijalankan secara sederhana, mereka belum ada kemitraan dengan pihak lain, perlu ada pembinaan UMKM yang serius oleh pemerintah setempat yang terintegrasi dengan manajemen pariwisata, fasilitas yang ada di objek wisata ini belum tertata dengan baik, masih perlu pembinaan dari pemerintah setempat agar UMKM kedepan bisa meningkat sejalan dengan perkembangan pengembangan pariwisata yang ada. Sarana dan prasarana serta kuliner wisata perlu dibenahi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut agar objek wisata lebih menarik dan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah ( UMKM ) mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Soccer School (SSB) Tunas Bangsa Tarai Bangun Village Tambang Subdistrict Kampar Regency located at Jl. Like Karya Perum Griya Tarai Asri Blok A4. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of training and motivation to team work partially and simultaneously on the member of School of Football (SSB) Tunas Bangsa and to know which variable is the most significant influence to team cooperation in School of Football (SSB) Tunas Bangsa. The study population was 17 members of Sekolah Tunak Bangsa Football School (SSB) with census model. The research variables used are training and motivation as independent variable and teamwork as dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 20 for windows. The results of this study concluded that the training and motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on teamwork at Soccer School (SSB) Tunas Bangsa. Where the most dominant factor influencing teamwork is the training factor. The research that has been conducted in accordance with the regression test (t test) and (f test) shows the independent variables studied is the team cooperation, training and motivation variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable team cooperation
