Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of XYZ gas station employees. To achieve this aim, research was carried out using a sample of 42 people, using the census method (saturated sampling). The data analysis method uses simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the compensation variable (X), the t-count was greater than the t-table (3,151 > 2,021). Thus, it can be concluded that the compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on the performance of XYZ gas station employees. The R. Square (R2) value of 0.557 (55.7%) explains that the compensation variable contributes to the influence on the performance of XYZ gas station employees by 55.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 44.3% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. The recommendation that can be put forward from the recapitulation of the results of respondents' answers to the compensation variable is that it is hoped that the company can provide benefits that are appropriate to the employee's position, because this received the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of supervision in improving the performance of harvest employees in the plantation sector, a case study at PT ABC. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 62 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the supervision variable (X) using SPSS assistance, the t-count was greater than the t-table (5.827> 2,000). Thus, it can be concluded that the X variable or supervision variable has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of harvest employees in the plantation sector. The value (R2) = (0.601 X 0.601 = 0.361) or 36.1%, so the percentage of contribution or contribution of the supervision variable to the productivity variable is 0.361 or 36.1% while the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not examined in this study. The recommendation that can be submitted is that work supervision of employees must be further improved because from the respondents' answers about work corrections from leaders, they are always constructive rather than blaming, getting the lowest response with an average of 3.26 on the statement quite agree, so it can be said that supervision must be a top priority for employees

Abstract

This research was conducted at Eka Hospital Pekanbaru, which is located at Jalan Soekarno Hatta Km. 6.5 – Pekanbaru, Riau Indonesia, Postal code 28292. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. In addition, this study aims to complete the requirements for completing lectures at the Riau Economics College (STIE-Riau). To achieve this goal, a research was conducted using a sample of 59 people, using a simple random sampling method (accidental random sampling). The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results, the t-count is greater than the t-table (10,662 > 2.002). It can be concluded that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.666 (66.6%) explains that the motivation variable contributes to the influence of employee performance at Eka Hospital Pekanbaru by 66.6%. While the remaining 33.4% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is expected that the company pays attention to the employees of Eka Hospital Hospital in order to get an annual bonus from the company because this gets the lowest response from respondents.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out with the aim of providing intensive assistance to members of the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) in Muara Jalai Village, North Kampar District, Kampar Regency, related to ecotourism management. This assistance included socialization, training, and evaluation of local resource potential. The methodology applied in this activity was direct socialization to the community. The main target of this community service activity was POKDARWIS members who were actively involved in the management of the tourist village. Group members were provided with training, socialization, assistance, and empowerment programs in order to optimize ecotourism management. The results of the community service show high motivation among members of the tourism awareness group in designing ecotourism management strategies, developing facilities according to needs, maintaining tourism assets, and promoting and empowering the economy of the community around tourist attractions.ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan pendampingan intensif kepada anggota Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) di Desa Muara Jalai, Kecamatan Kampar Utara, Kabupaten Kampar, terkait tata kelola ekowisata. Pendampingan ini mencakup kegiatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, serta evaluasi potensi sumber daya lokal. Metodologi yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi langsung kepada masyarakat. Sasaran utama kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah anggota POKDARWIS yang secara aktif terlibat dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Anggota kelompok diberikan pembekalan berupa pelatihan, sosialisasi, pendampingan, serta program pemberdayaan dalam rangka optimalisasi pengelolaan ekowisata. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya motivasi yang tinggi dari anggota kelompok sadar wisata dalam merancang strategi pengelolaan ekowisata, pengembangan fasilitas sesuai kebutuhan, pemeliharaan aset wisata, serta promosi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di sekitar objek wisata.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine The Influence of Leadership on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMK MUDA Pekanbaru. The research population consisted of all teachers at SMK MUDA Pekanbaru during the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 60 individuals. The research sample comprised 59 respondents. The research methodology employed in this study utilized descriptive and quantitative methods, subsequently analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The descriptive data analysis results revealed that the mean value for the Leadership variable was 3.94, indicating that respondents' answers to all Leadership statements were categorized as "Agree" (favorable). Based on the regression analysis results, it was found that the calculated t-value exceeded the table t-value (7.871 > 2.002) with a significance level of less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), therefore Ha was accepted. This indicates that Leadership has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMK MUDA Pekanbaru. The R-square value obtained was 0.521 or 52.1%, meaning that Leadership has a 52.1% influence on Teacher Job Satisfaction at SMK MUDA Pekanbaru, while the remaining 47.9% (100-52.1) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal work ethic in Riau tourist attractions. The study was conducted at tourist attractions in Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine, descriptively and verifiably, the influence of work ethic on the implementation of management information systems. The research method used was quantitative, with descriptive and verifiable methods. The sampling technique used was Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used was SPSS analysis. The descriptive results of the study indicate that work ethic influences the implementation of management information systems, ranging from fair to good. The results of the verifiable study indicate that work ethic makes a significant contribution to the implementation of management information systems among tourist attraction managers. The results of the verifiable study indicate that the implementation of management information systems makes a very significant contribution to the performance of tourist attraction managers in Riau Province.
