Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Putra Insurance Branch Pekanbaru, using a sample of 89 people, using the Census method. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the variables of work discipline can be concluded that have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty PT. Bumi Putra Insurance Branch Pekanbaru. Value R. Square explains that work discipline variables contribute to the influence of employee loyalty PT. Bumi Putra Insurance Branch Pekanbaru. Recommendations that can be proposed is that employees increase awareness in the work where the responses of respondents are in the category quite agree. This means that employees are less consistent in keeping up work such as the lack of caution in employee work is always careless in carrying out the job so as to cause harm to the company

Abstract

This research was conducted at Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru located on the street Jalan Melati No. 60 Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, organizational climate and organizational commitment either simultaneously or partially on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the part of employees inpatient Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru. To achieve these objectives the research is done by using the sample of 61 people, using the method of accidental sampling. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 20). Partial test results partial on variable individual characteristics, organizational climate and organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the part of employees inpatient Ibn Sina Hospital Pekanbaru. R. Square value (R2) of 0778 (77.8%) explained that the Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the employee section inpatient Ibn Sina Hospital Pekanbaru can be explained by factors of individual characteristics, organizational climate and organizational commitment which amounted to 77.8%. Recommendations to the authors propose is expected to Ibn Sina Hospital Pekanbaru to further improve the organizational commitment variables to be improved is because employees feel Ibnu Sina Hospital Pekanbaru must support what is done by the employees

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Muda Jaya Mandiri yang terletak di Teratak Buluh Kabupaten Kampar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh aspek pemasaran dan kewirausahaan terhadap tingkat keberhasilan  usaha pakan ternak pada CV. Muda Jaya Mandiri. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan sampel yang berasal dari seluruh pelanggan CV. Muda Jaya  Mandiri  berjumlah 54 orang, dengan menggunakan metode  acak sederhana (incidental random sampling). Metode analisa data yang penulis gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif yaitu dengan menguraikan tentang seluruh keadaan yang terjadi.             Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh tanggapan positif dari responden. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif pada variabel aspek pemasaran dan aspek kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan usaha pakan ternak pada CV. Muda Jaya Mandiri. Rekomendasi yang dapat penulis ajukan adalah untuk lebih meningkatkan penjualan pakan ternak hendaknya pihak perusahaan yang mana disini CV. Muda Jaya Mandiri agar lebih menekankan pada aspek pemasaran yakni pada variable harga dan pada variable distribusi. Untuk meningkatkan penjualan pakan ternak usaha faktor harga seharusnya lebih bersaing dengan produk pakan ternak pesaing yang disini yaitu pakan pabrikan. Selain itu saluran distribusi sangat berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan penjualan pakan ternak diharapkan pihak perusahaan lebih memasarkan hasil produknya keluar daerah sehingga produk CV. Muda Jaya Mandiri bisa lebih dikenal oleh orang lain.

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted in the District of Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu. This is because the District of Batang Cenaku an area that makes rubber commodity as one commodity and in meeting their needs. The purpose of this study was to determine how the income of farmers in the district rubber rod upstream and Indragiri district Cenaku To know that used descriptive analysis, the data obtained are tabulated and then described by existing theories. The survey results revealed that the rubber plantation is vital to the income of the people in the District of Batang Cenaku Thus it can be seen that the average income of farmers quality seeds rubber plant samples with an area of 1 hectare of Rp. 8,241,724, - per year, while the average income of farmers' traditional seed samples rubber plant with an area of 2 hectares of Rp. 8,463,739, - per year. A comparison of income between farmers using traditional quality seeds and that happened 2 times where income 1 hectare equals income prefetch queue seeds 2 acres of farmers using traditional seeds.Businesses manage rubber plantation is a tradition for the people of District of Batang Cenaku Indragiri Hulu. Many efforts have been done by the government in the development of rubber plantations, such as by providing quality seeds and adequate capital for rubber farmers.

Abstract

Abstract : The development of small industries in Pekanbaru City has received enough attention from the government, remembering its very important role in achieving national development in the long term. This research took place in Pasar Bawah Kota Pekanbaru. This location was chosen because Pasar Bawah is a central market that sells used goods, especially used tires. In this study, sampling for respondents was carried out using the census method, from the used tire processing business unit in the down market of Pekanbaru city which was running well as many as 31 business units. In this study, the authors generally use data analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Descriptive analysis is a research method that aims to collect and analyze data, both primary and secondary, which have a close relationship with the problem under study, to be interpreted descriptively in order to obtain a description of the problem under study, then compare it with theoretical knowledge to proceed with problems and possibilities. the solution. The results showed that this used tire business has prospects because, in terms of its feasibility aspect, using the three calculations, namely NPV, Net B / C, and IRR are declared feasible and profitable. Ownership of used tire business is generally private, the obstacles are still low management or good business processing, it still depends on the seasonality. The capital structure is not strong and access to banks is still minimal.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau Province, located in the Sudirman Complex Lt.4 Pekanbaru Riau Governor's Office. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of education and training on the performance of employees at the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau Province, to analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau province and to analyze the influence of education and training and motivation on employee performance the Department of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprise Riau Province. To achieve these objectives the research carried out by using a sample of 100 people, using Census. Methods of data analysis using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 17). Recommendations can be the author to ask is should service Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Riau Province regard education as well as training followed by employees and the department should conduct an evaluation of the restrictions that participants will attend training, because employees menaganggap with the restrictions of participants who wish to attend training tantamount to banning employees to increase knowledge to broaden that can support the employee's performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT : This study entitled The Effect of Competence on the Performance of Education Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The population and sample of this study were all 79 civil servants of the Educational Personnel at Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative methods and then analyzed by simple linear regression method. The results of the recapitulation of the average value of the competency variable are 4.11, meaning that the respondents' answers to all statements of Competence for Education Personnel are in the GOOD category. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the value of t_count > t_table (9,714 > 1,991) and a significance < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). This means that competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru. The R square value of 0.551 or 55.1% means that competence has an influence on the Performance of Civil Servants of Education Personnel at the Polytechnic "X" Pekanbaru by 55.1% and the rest (44.9%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on the work productivity of PT XYZ's harvest employees. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 62 people, using the census method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the test results on the control variable (X) using the help of SPSS, the t-count is greater than the t-table (5.827 > 2.000). Thus, it can be concluded that the variable X or the supervision variable has a positive and significant influence on the work productivity of PT XYZ's harvest employees. Value (R2) = (0.601 X 0.601 = 0.361) or 36.1% then the percentage of the contribution or contribution of the supervision variable to the productivity variable is 0.361 or 36.1% while the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other variables that are ignored or not investigated in this research

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 47 people, using a simple random method (accidental random sampling). The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of testing motivation has a significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table (9.913 > 2.014). The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.686 (68.6%) explains that the motivation variable contributes to work discipline at PT. XY Pekanbaru by 68.1%. While the remaining 31.4% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that the company can pay attention to employees so that they quickly adjust to the work environment because this statement gets the lowest response from respondents

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of supervision on the productivity of employees of the Production Division of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru. To achieve this goal, a study was conducted using a sample of 31 people, using the census random method. The data analysis method used simple linear regression. Based on the results of the supervision test, it has a significant effect on the productivity of employees in the production division of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru, this is proven based on the t-test found that t-count is greater than t-table (3.983 > 2.045). The value of R. Square (R2) of 0.354 (35.4%) explains that the supervision variable contributes to the productivity of employees in the production division of PT. Riau Graindo Pekanbaru by 35.4%. While the remaining 64.6% describes other independent variables that were not observed in this study. Recommendations that can be submitted It is hoped that the company can pay attention to employees so that employees in carrying out their work always think that today must be better than yesterday because this statement received the lowest response from respondents
