This study entitled Potential Analysis and Development Strategy of Pasir Kencana Beach Tourism Object in Pekalongan City. The research objective to be achieved is to know and analyze the actual (physical and non-physical) aspects of tourism development in Pekalongan City beach attractions and analyze the development policy of coastal tourism objects in Pekalongan City as a strategy for planning Pekalongan City coastal tourism development and determining tourism development planning strategies sustainable tourism from coastal tourism objects in Pekalongan City in the context of developing coastal tourism. This research is descriptive, carried out to get a description or description of the assessment of aspects of the development of nautical tourism carried o ut through statistical calculations, then carried out an analysis of the development of attractions carried out using SWOT analysis techniques. Based on the objectives and results of the research conducted, conclusions can be drawn as follows: Overall, it can be concluded that the condition of the infrastructure and facilities of tourism at the Pasir Kencana Beach tourism location are still inadequate such as electricity networks and lighting, clean water networks, health facilities, facilities sanitation and hygiene, parking facilities, worship facilities, accommodation facilities, directions, which are still inadequate, and telecommunications networks, security facilities, financial facilities, business facilities, recreational facilities, information facilities and tourism services, tourism police and tourism units, souvenir shops, tourism information boards / tourist traffic signs, and landscape forms that are not yet available at the Pasir Kencana Beach tourism location.

The success of health management is largely determined by the availability of health data and information. This data and information serve as the basis for decision-making in the health sector. To obtain quality health data and information, and accurate health information system is needed. The development of a strong Health Information System in producing quality information in decision-making in the health sector requires knowledge of the basic concepts of the health information system itself and the basics in its development. Primary Clinic Unikal Health Center (UHC) is a public clinic under the auspices of a private university called Pekalongan University. The problem that is still encountered is that the recording of medical record data is still not optimal because it is done manually so it is still less effective and efficient in processing the data. Based on this, it is necessary to develop a health management information system to be implemented at the Unikal Health Center (UHC) Primary Clinic. The purpose of this study is to replace the manual recording and data processing system with computerization, to overcome the obstacles that often occur related to the inability to provide information quickly, accurately, and on time with the management information system of the Unikal Health Center Clinic. (UHC) the required reports can be available instantly, such as patient reports, doctor reports, registration reports, medical record reports, prescription reports, and other data. The final result of this research is a prototype of the health information management system of the UHC Pratama clinic.

In an effort to develop community-based tourism object Sand Kencana is a breakthrough for the development of tourism in the City of Pekalongan. Aside from being expected to be able to improve the socio-economic life of the surrounding communities, the development can also increase Regional Original Revenues. The aim of the research to be achieved is to know and analyze the potential and attractiveness of the Pasir Kencana Beach Tourism object and to know and analyze the community-based tourism development strategy in the Pasir Kencana Beach Tourism Object. The contribution in this research is that the concept of community-based tourism development is an effective step to make the tourism sector provide optimal economic benefits to the community because the community is directly involved in tourism management. In addition to providing economic benefits to the community, it will also provide education to the public on how to manage tourism objects, as well as how people understand, implement and maintain the sustainability of the Sapta Pesona concept at tourist sites.

One of the professions that plays an important role in maintaining the quality of health services is nursing because nurses as the spearhead of service in the hospital always interact with patients in which there is a reciprocal relationship between individuals so that prosocial behavior appears. Religiosity and personality together can be used as predictors to predict prosocial behavior in nurses. This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and personality towards prosocial behavior. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. intended to get an overview and information about the Qolbu Insan Mulia Hospital (QIM) Batang Regency.

This study aims to determine the economic impact felt by MSMEs due to the Covid 19 pandemic as well as to find solutions to help economic recovery in MSMEs, especially in Pekalongan City. Based on the data and facts in the field that we get with direct data collection techniques (questionnaires), the appropriate research methodology for processing these data and facts includes statistical analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of the data processing indicate that MSMEs in the city of Pekalongan experienced a decline in turnover of 53.5% during the study period. And based on an open question, most MSMEs need additional capital to sustain their business. And most of the MSMEs of Pekalongan City are of the opinion that access to business capital from savings and loan cooperatives is easier than Banks. Based on the results of statistical data processing, with the best practice method, it can be concluded that the government needs to adopt the concept of Equity Crowdfunding to restore the condition of MSMEs. This concept needs to be adjusted to the level of financial literacy of MSMEs which tend to choose savings and loan cooperatives to access business capital

The increasing of housing needs in Indonesia result in the increasing of housing demand. However, bothgoverment and private sectors still can not provide affordable house. One of goverment policy toincerease the purchasing power of housing is by generates subsidizies fund for housing loan called“Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan”. This fund aims to create affordable housing loan.Furthermore, banking sector which has important role in distribution of housing fund faces someproblems to raise the housing loan distribution. This condition caused by some macroecomonic factorssuch as the rate of inflation and fluctuation of Indonesia exchange rate called “rupiah”. Moreover,interest rates as one of government financial policies also influence the level of housing loan. Therefore,this research purposes to analyze both macroeconomics and financial policy factors that affect the levelof housing loan distribution. Besides, this research also uses multiple regressions and multiplecorrelations to analysis the influence of macroeconomics and financial policy factors. The multipleregressions and multiple correlations show that interest rate, inflation rate, and fluctuation of exchangerate have influence to the housing loan level of distribution. The interest rate has significant influenceand correlation to the housing loan level distribution. Nevertheless, the fluctuation of Indonesiaexchange rate has low correlation and influence to the housing loan level of distribution. Keywords : kredit perumahan, tingkat penyaluran kredit

The achievement of the parking retribution target from 2012 to 2016 shows a satisfactory figure, this can be seen from the target target ratio and the realization of all above 100%. However, if it is studied more deeply in common size, by making the parking retribution in the year concerned as a common basis, then there is a tendency to decrease in percentage. Thus the Batang Regency Government feels that it is necessary to conduct a more in-depth study of the potential available with the realization of parking fees and need to be more prudent in making decisions related to the policy of increasing PAD (Locally-generated revenue) through policies to increase regional fees including parking fees. 2020 is a year full of challenges that will change the dynamics of the global economy. The Covid-19 pandemic has forced governments around the world to take drastic measures to stop the spread of the virus in all activities including economic activity. The people's weaving industry (ATBM) in Cepagan Village, Warungasem District, Batang Regency is a potential industry and is a center for the creative industry of Non-Machine Weaving Equipment (ATBM). But unfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic has forced most weaving craftsmen to lose market share. In fact, they are forced to go out of business and sell some weaving equipment to meet their daily needs. The traditional woven fabric market is average in tourist cities, such as in Bali, Lombok, as well as several European countries. But because of the pandemic, the turnover fell drastically to 90% because all access was closed and there was no demand, so it was very difficult to market it. One of the most solutive ways in marketing activities during the pandemic is online marketing using social media. The MSMEs in Cepagan Village as processors of woven clothing of the ATBM type have used Facebook social media in their online marketing activities, but knowledge related to the use of Facebook for online marketing media purposes still minimal. For this reason, the Community Service Proposing Team is interested in holding Facebook Marketing Optimization training activities for MSME Personal Branding and Sales Increase
