Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies marketing products and services at UPTD BPSJ Pekalongan City. Nowadays, when most people prefer new products, promoting traditional products, especially UPTD BPSJ Pekalongan City, is difficult. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method.The analysis was conducted at UPTD BPSJ Pekalongan City. The results of the study show that the success of the marketing strategy of UPTD BPSJ Pekalongan City products and services is by doing a combination of conventional and digital promotions. Abstract

Desa Kedungmalang adalah desa dengan penduduk terpadat di Kabupaten Batang. Desa ini memiliki komunitas Toko Bahasa yang mempunyai keahlian bermacam-macam bahasa dan bertujuan untuk mengelola UMKM dengan memproduksi kerajinan dan makanan. Masalah yang dihadapi Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya pada UMKM Desa Kedungmalang adalah kesulitan pemasaran, keterbatasan inovasi dan teknologi, khususnya keterbatasan memanfaatkan market place. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan agar masyarakat Kedungmalang mendapat pembekalan dalam melakukan penjualan secara digital sehingga mendapat pasar yang lebih luas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pelatihan UMKM ini menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh 11 orang, menyampaikan materi, selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan sesi tanya jawab oleh peserta. Selama pemaparan materi, semua peserta begitu antusias untuk memulai berwirausaha sesuai yang diketrampilannyaDampak pelatihan digital marketing yang dilaksanakan melalui media pemasaran online mampu meningkatkan pendapatan pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

Maria hand sanitizer is an innovative product of hand sanitizer based on natural ingredients which formulated from Curcuma zedoria which was produced during the Covid-19 phenomenon. However, as a company that is new to this industry, a reliable and precise marketing strategy is needed. An effective and efficient strategy must be developed by the company by looking at the opportunities, strengths, threats and weaknesses it faces. Through this marketing strategy analysis, it is hoped that the company will be able to determine the right marketing strategy so that it can continue to survive and develop an appropriate competitive strategy to face all possible changes that occur in the company environment. This research method is comparative, which is not conducting experiments on the object of research, but only determining the right strategy for the company in facing competition according to the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) matrix. The research data used are quantitative and qualitative data obtained from internal and external factors in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results showed that internal factors that affect product sales are strengths and weakness, while external factors are opportunities and threats. The formulation of alternative marketing strategies obtained based on external and internal factors is collaboration with partners, product differentiation, joint promotion and for reach a wider market thereby increasing sales.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify and evaluate the problems that cause low zakat fundraising in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by examining various literature as secondary data sources. The problem of zakat fundraising in Indonesia is caused by internal and external factors with the main internal factors being the quality of human resources, accessability, credibility and service. Meanwhile, the external factor is mainly due to the low literacy of zakat, the lack of zakat objects known to the public, the existence of unofficial zakat institutions and the low government support.

Abstract

Paguyuban Uripjoyo is an association of Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Kuripan Kertoharjo Village. The impact of the pandemic outbreak and regulations related to the Imposition of Restrictions on Community Activities have caused sales turnover to decline, for that MSMEs are required to be more creative and innovative in carrying out marketing activities. Digital marketing activities or online marketing is the most appropriate solution in dealing with this phenomenon. However, there are still many MSME actors who have not mastered digital marketing. Therefore, digital marketing training and assistance is needed for MSME actors in Kertoharjo Village to be able to compete and be innovative to increase sales turnover in the pandemic era. Abstract

Providing quality drinking water is the government's responsibility which is realized through the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). The quality of PDAM services is a measure of success in meeting community needs. This research aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service quality of Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this research is customers of Perumda Tirtasaya, Pekalongan City in 2022 with a sample of 400 customers. The results of the research show that the Customer Satisfaction Index for Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City services is 80.25, this means that the service performance of Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City is perceived as "good" by the community. And the level of conformity/customer satisfaction with Perumda Tirtayasa Pekalongan City services is 92%.

Abstract

This examine aimed to decide and examine the have an impact on of Transformational leadership Organizational Culture, and Employee Commitment on Employee Performance in the Pekalongan City Government. The analytical tool for data processing uses multiple regression with hypothesis testing using the t statistical test. The data used is primary data through distributing questionnaires using a Likert Scale (5 alternative answers). Sampling used Proportional Random Sampling with a sample size of 309 employees in the Pekalongan City Government. The results of this research show that there is a significant positive influence on the Transformational Leadership variable on the Performance variable, and the Organizational Culture variable on the Performance variable, as well as the Employee Commitment variable on the Performance variable.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya untuk mendorong dan mengembangkan industri-industri pengolahan skala kecil agar dapat memiliki mutu baik, aman dikonsumsi, tersedia secara berkesinambungan, dan berdaya saing tinggi secara ekonomis serta sesuai dengan selera masyarakat yaitu dengan mengendalikan proses pengolahan melalui sistem manajemen keamanan pangan berupa program kelayakan dasar berdasarkan konsep program manajemen mutu terpadu yaitu penerapan cara produksi pangan yang baik (CCPB) atauGood Manufacturing Practices(GMP). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk Penelitian bertujuan mengidentifikasi penerapan GMP, dan menyusun rekomendasi strategi peningkatan mutu dan keamanan pangan denganAnalytic Herarchy Process(AHP). sejauh ini tidak ada standar internasional yang bersifat oficial seperti halnya standar ISO. Oleh karena itu, berbagai negara dapat mengembangkan standar GMP tersendiri, seperti di Indonesia terdapat berbagai standar GMP yang di terbitkan oleh BPOM (Badan Pengawasan Obat dan Makanan) sesuai dengan jenis produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian dibuat untuk menggambarkan alur pikir, dimulai dari tahapan identifikasi kondisi UKM di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo, Kec. Bojong, Kab. Pekalongan, kemudian dilakukan survey terhap UMKM yang menerapkan GMP berdasarkan 14 kriteria, mulai dari lokasi dan lingkungan produksi hingga pelatihan karyawan. Apabila UKM telah melakukan praktik GMP maka dianggap memenuhi kriteria GMP dan terdata sebagai UMKM yang melakukan penerapan GMP. Hasil ditemukan bahwa sebanyak 14 kriteria GMP yang mencapai poin tertinggi adalah lingkungan dan lokasi usaha, dimana penetapan keduanya sangat memengaruhi mutu produk yang dihasilkan. Selanjutnya tampak juga pada kriteria pelabelan makanan, peralatan produksi telah tercapai dengan baik, artinya kelayakan produk mencapai keunggulan kualitas mutu dan keamanan, sehingga usaha telah melampaui kinerja yang berdayasaing di pasar.Kata kunci: Strategi Peningkatan Mutu, Keamanan Makanan Olahan, Produk Pertanian,Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP)

Abstract

Sponsorship is showing tremendous growth and is becoming a popular marketing communication to increase brand awareness. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the sponsorship carried out by Pekalongan University can affect UNIKAL brand awareness itself. This research was conducted on the sponsor of a leading football club in the city of Pekalongan which became the champion of the Central Java league 3 twice in a row, namely PERSIP. The research was conducted in a qualitative way using PLS-SEM for simple regression. This research has a Technology Uptake Rate of 3. The results of sponsorship research on PERSIP football clubs are an effective strategy in building unique and strong brand awareness among football fans. This success is supported by the loyalty and strong identification of fans towards the sponsoring brand, which in turn strengthens the brand image and increases consumer loyalty to the products or services offered by the sponsoring company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and examine how the performance of administrators is influenced by their leadership style, capacity building, work experience, work environment, leadership style, and capacity building. (Study at Dekranasda City of Pekalongan). Multiple linear regression analysis was used in the data processing analysis tool, and the t statistical test was used for hypothesis testing. This survey was distributed to all 40 respondents at Dekranasda City of Pekalongan, and this provided the primary data used. Here are the findings from this study: The results are that in this study simultaneously the independent variables significantly influence performance and partially (a) leadership style has a positive and significant influence on the performance of administrators; (b) capacity building has a significant positive effect on the performance of administrators; © work experience has a significant negative effect on the performance of administrators; (d) the work environment has a negative effect on the performance of administrators.
