Abstract

Shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) is a leading horticultural commodity in North Sumatra. This study aims to analyze the interaction between Fly Ash and Bottom Ash (FABA) and goat manure with cow rumen bioactivator on the growth and yield of shallots, evaluate the effect of FABA as a planting medium, and examine the effect of goat manure with cow rumen bioactivator on the growth and yield of shallots. The study was conducted at Jl. Raya Darma Wanita, Bentiring Permai Village, Bengkulu City, in September–November 2023. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors: FABA dose (F0: without FABA, F1: 20%, F2: 30%, F3: 40%, F4: 50%) and goat manure dose (K0: without fertilizer, K1: 5 tons/ha, K2: 10 tons/ha, K3: 15 tons/ha). There were 20 treatment combinations repeated three times with 180 plants. The results showed that the interaction between FABA and goat manure did not significantly affect all parameters. FABA significantly increased plant height at the ages of 14, 28, 42, and 56 HST, as well as plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, bulb fresh weight, and bulb dry weight. In contrast, goat manure did not significantly affect all parameters. This study concluded that FABA effectively increases the growth and yield of shallots, while goat manure requires further research for optimal results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of goat manure and green tonik fertilizer on the growth and yield of pagoda mustard (Brassica Narinosa, L). The design used was a factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors. the first factor of goat manure with doseges (P): P0 (standard N, P and K), P1 (10 tons/ha), P2 (15 tons/ha), P3 (20 tons/ha). the second factor was the concentration of green tonic K1 (1 ml/l), K2 (2 ml/l), K3 (3 ml/l), with each treatment repeated 3 times. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if significantly different, further testing was done using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% level. The results showed that goat manure significant effected plant height (14 dap, 21 dap, 28 dap), number of leaves (14 dap, 21 dap), canopy area (7 dap, 21 dap, 28 dap), fresh weight of plant, and root length. Goat manure can meet the needs of N, P and K. The concentration of goat manure has significantly effected plant height at 28 dap and fresh weight of plants. There was an interaction between goat manure and green tonik fertilizer on the parameter of plant height at 28 dap.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana berbagai jenis perlakuan konsentrasi POC dan NAA mempengaruhi pertumbuhan Dendrobium sp. tanaman anggrek. Menyelidiki bagaimana perbedaan konsentrasi NAA mempengaruhi pertumbuhan Dendrobium sp. tanaman anggrek. Mempelajari bagaimana berbagai jenis POC mempengaruhi pertumbuhan Dendrobium sp. tanaman anggrek.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the interaction and effect of various kinds of manure with stale rice bioactivator and red onion extract. This study was conducted in Tanjung Perdana Village, Pondok Kubang District, Central Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. The design used was Completely Randomized Design (RAK) treatment 1, which was manure with stale rice bioactivator A0 (Control), A1 (Chicken Manure), A2 (Goat Manure), A3 (Cow Manure). The second treatment was red onion extract B0 (Control), B1 (0.75 ml/l), B2 (1.5 ml/l), B3 (2.25 ml/l). Each treatment was repeated 3 times in order to obtain 48 experimental units with 3 plants in each experimental unit so that 144 plants were obtained. The result indicated that various types of manure treatment with stale rice bioactivator had no significant effect of all abserved parameters. The treatment red onion extract had a very significant effect on cob length and significantly effected stem diameter 56 DAP, plant wet weight, and plant dry weight. Meanwhile, in this study, there was no interaction between various types of manure treatment with stale rice bioactivator and red onion extract on all observed parameters.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to investigate: (1) the interaction effect between PGPR biostimulant concentrations and phosphorus dosages on the growth and yield of black soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merril), (2) the individual effect of PGPR biostimulant concentration, and (3) the individual effect of phosphorus dosage on the growth and yield of black soybean. The research was conducted in Bentiring from November to March 2025. A factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed, consisting of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of PGPR biostimulant (B), which included: B0 = control, B1= 10 ml/L, B2 = 20 ml/L, and B3 = 30 ml/L. The second factor was the phosphorus dosage using TSP fertilizer (P), consisting of: P0 = control, P1 = 125 kg/ha, P2 = 175 kg/ha, P3 = 225 kg/ha. These combinations resulted in 16 treatment combinations, each replicated thee times, yielding a total of 48 experimental units. The interaction between PGPR biostimulant concentration and phodphorus dosage had a highly significan effect on the number of root nodules. The PGPR biostimulant concentration had a highly significant effect on the weight of 100 seeds, fresh root weight, and dry root weight, as well as a significant effect on the number of root nodules. The phosphorus dosage significant affected the number of root nodules and had asignificant effect on plant height at 28 days after planting, number of leaves at 28 days after planting, and harvest time.
