Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve students' integrated thematic learning outcomes by using the cooperative group investigation type model. Integrated thematic learning is learning that uses themes as the main focus. This research method, using classroom action research methods. The research procedure is in the form of a cycle. Each cycle consists of four stages including: planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Data collecting techniques through observation and tests. This data collection uses an instrument in the form of student and teacher observation observation sheets in the learning process, while to determine the quality of student learning outcomes, evaluation / test sheets are used. The results showed that the use of the investigational group type cooperative model could improve students' integrated thematic learning outcomes. From the average value in the first cycle, 76,6% to 87,5% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The appropriate learning approach used in this digital era (industry 4.0) is blended learning (on-line). This research started from analyzing the needs of teachers and students and then designed a new model that fitted the desired needs both teachers and students. After designing the model, it was implemented then evaluated the results of the process that has been carried out. The purpose of this research was to see an appropriate model dealing with the fourth industrial revolution. The method used in this research was a quantitative descriptive method using descriptive statistical data analysis with the percentage formula. The results obtained in this study on practicality obtained very practical results, while the effectiveness of the results obtained experienced a very significant increase from 44.7 to 85.3 in terms of style understanding, the second material from 33.33 to 80 on various styles (muscle force, electric force, magnetic force, gravitational force and frictional force), and on the material the benefits of that force in daily life from 29.2 to 83.33.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to improve the knowledge, understanding and skills of elementary school teachers in Batang Gasan District, Padang Pariaman Regency based on Community Service activities that have been carried out. This program is carried out in the form of training and meetings. Presentation materials include the nature of learning media, interactive multimedia Articulate Storyline 3, with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach in integrated thematic learning. The method used in the interactive multimedia training of Articulate Storyline 3 is the lecture method, question and answer, assignment and discussion. This program is focused on training in the creation and use of learning media in accordance with the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, namely media that are in accordance with the times and technological involvement, with the introduction of an understanding of the media can increase teacher motivation for technology-based media users to be able to support creativity and new innovations. for teachers in designing media. This training can improve the skills and professionalism of teachers to design media used in learning practices so that learning messages are conveyed and attract the attention of students.

Abstract

This research is backed by the less optimized integrated thematic learning that resulted in learners less understanding of the material so as to impact learning outcomes. This research aims to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning outcomes using Model Problem Based Learning (LBL) in students of class IV SDN 19 Kampung Olo Padang. This type of research is PTK with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Research Data in the form of observation and test results. The study carried out two cycles. Research subject is teacher and student class IV. The results of RPP observations on the I cycle gained an average of 81.94% (B) increased in cycle II gained an average of 91.66% (AB). The teacher aspect of the cycle I with an average of 82.14% (B) increased in cycle II by an average of 96.42% (AB). The student aspect on the I cycle with an average of 82.14% (B) increases in cycle II to 96.42% (AB). The study results with an average of 90.17% (B). This proves a problem based learning approach can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The research is aimed to describe the plan, the implementation and the students’ learning outcomes in learning the Social Science Subject by using the Example non Example Model at 5th grade of SDN 19 Koto Tangah Padang. The classroom-action research was conducted in the research by using both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subjects of the research were the teacher and 22 students of the school. The result of the research shows that: a) the lesson plan increased from 75% in cycle I to 93% in cycle II; b) in term of the teacher’s teaching aspect increased from 77% in cycle I to 95% in cycle II;c) the student’s learningoutcomes increased from 74,4 in cycle I to 84,1 in cycle II. Thus, the use of Example no Example model improves the student’s learning outcomes in learning the social science subjects at 5th grade of SDN 19 Koto Tangah Padang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Talking Stick Type Cooperative model on the integrated thematic learning outcomes of grade IV SD 35 Parak Karakah. This type of research is a quasi-experimental design with the form of nonequivalent control group design . The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study was grade IV students of SD Negeri 35 Parak Karakah in class IVA as an experimental class and class IVB as a control class, each of which amounted to 20 students. Based on the results of the study obtained an average value of 50.60 experimental class pretest and 52.45 control class. The average posttest score of the experimental class was 76.60 and the control class was 65.50. Based on the results of the hypothesis test analysis at a significance level of 5%, it was obtained tcount> ttable (2.33> 2.024), so it can be concluded that the Cooperative Type Talking Stick model influences the integrated thematic learning outcomes of students in grade IV SD 35 Parak Karakah

Abstract

The study aims to describe the increased learning outcomes of integrated thematic learning using NHT-type cooperative learning models in elementary school V-grade. This research is a class action research with a Model NHT type can improve the results of integrated thematic learning in class V SDN 16 Tarok Dipo qualitative and quantitative approach to the subject of this study is teacher and 22 students. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, I conducted 2 × cycle meetings, and the II cycle consisted of 1 meeting time. Through the implementation of the NHT type Cooperative learning Model, student learning outcomes experienced an increase from cycle 1 to cycle II i.e., 64% in I cycles increased to 91% in cycle II. Based on the results of the discussion and analysis can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning

Abstract

Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Luhan Nan Duo Pasaman menjadi pendorong dilakukannya penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana model Problem Based Learning meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis ujian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan menggunakan sistem subyektif dan kuantitatif. Kelinci percobaan adalah pendidik dan siswa kelas 5. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II, siklus I tersusun dari 81,50% menjadi 97% pada siklus II. Aktivitas pendidik pada siklus utama meningkat 80,50% pada siklus II menjadi 96%. Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I masing-masing 76,46 dan pada siklus II 91,84, dan keaktifan siswa pada siklus I sebesar 80,50% dan pada siklus II sebesar 96%. Dengan demikian model Problem Based Learning juga dapat menumbuhkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tiga kali pertemuan meliputi empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian yaitu persentase pengamatan RPP pada siklus I 81,94% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II 94,44%. Aktivitas guru pada siklus I 80,35% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II 96,42%. Aktivitas peserta didik pada siklus I 80,35% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II 96,42%. Sedangkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I 74,34% mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II 90,44%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran tematik terpadu di kelas V Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar peserta didik yang rendah disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran tematik terpadu, guru kurang memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta didik untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya, dan peserta didik sulit untuk berpartisipasi aktif selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I dilaksanakn 2 pertemuan dan siklus II dilksanakan 1 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada: a) RPP siklus I dengan rata-rata77,77% (B), siklus II 94,44%(SB), b) pelaksanaan pada aspek guru siklus I rata-rata 85% (Baik), siklus II rata-rata 92,5%(SB), c) pelaksanaan pada aspek peserta didik pada siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 81,25%(B) dan siklus II rata-rata 92,5%(SB), d) penilaian terhadap peserta didik dalam peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 80,08 (C) dan siklus II dengan rata-rata 93,13 ( SB). Dapat disismpulkan bahwa menggunakan model ini dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.
