Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of training education and work facilities on the performance of papalang district office employees Mamuju Regerency. The approach to this research is through approach quantitative, and this type oof research is survey, observation and interview. Location this research was carried out at the papalang district office located in the village Topore Majene-Mamuju Topore axis road, Papalang District, Regerency Mamuju, West Sulawesi. The population in this study were all employees there are 30 papalang sub-district offices in mamuju regerency employee. The sampling technique in this research is saturated sampling or census, where the entire population is used as a sample. Data analysis carried out using the likert scale method assisted by use SPSS version 26 program. The analysis results show that. 1.education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2. Training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3. Work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 4. Education, training and work facilities have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh burnout dan social support terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Majene. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Majene yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan sampel jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, Studi Pustaka dan menggunakan angket/ kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan PT.Bank Sulselbar Cabang Majene.Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validasi data, uji realibilitas data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Burnout berpengaruh negatif dan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Sebaliknya,Social Support berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Burnout dan Social Support berpengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Bank Sulselbar Cabang Majene

Abstract

Issues of sustainability and inclusivity in public organizations are increasingly driving innovation in human resource management. This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) on inclusive performance and organizational sustainability, considering the mediating role of environmental commitment and the moderating roles of gender and organizational culture. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with a population of civil servants (ASN) in the Medan City Government. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, involving 222 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS. The results show that GHRM has a positive effect on inclusive performance and environmental commitment, but does not directly affect organizational sustainability. Ecological responsibility plays a significant mediating role in strengthening the influence of GHRM on both outcomes. In addition, gender moderates the relationship between GHRM and organizational sustainability, while organizational culture moderates the relationship between GHRM and inclusive performance. Theoretically, this study extends the application of the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity (AMO) Theory and Social Exchange Theory to the context of the Indonesian public bureaucracy. These findings indicate that the success of GHRM is highly dependent on social dimensions, such as ecological commitment, gender inclusiveness, and a collaborative organizational culture. These findings confirm that integrating green values into public HR policies can improve inclusive performance and organizational sustainability, mainly when supported by green leadership, participatory reward systems, and an adaptive and gender-equitable work culture.
