Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tingkat kemampuan bahasa Arab dan tingkat pemahaman ayat-ayat al-Qur’an serta korelasi antara keduanya terhadap siswa kelas XII Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Amanah Baubau. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field reseach) bersifat kuantitatif dalam bentuk ex-post facto atau kasual komparatif karena penelitian ini berusaha mencari informasi tentang hubungan sebab akibat dari suatu peristiwa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes (soal) dari hasil jawaban Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional (UAMBN). Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan: (1) Setiap siswa memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda-beda dalam menjawab tes soal bahasa Arab dan al-Qur’an pada Ujian Akhir Madrasah Berstandar Nasional. Tingkat pemahaman siswa kelas XII MA Al-Amanah Baubau dapat menerima/menyerap pelajaran al-Qur’an dengan sangat positif dan signifikan; (2) Korelasi antara tingkat kemampuan bahasa Arab dengan tingkat pemahaman ayat-ayat al-Qur’an dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan bahasa Arab siswa kelas XII MA Al-Amanah Baubau. Penelitian ini dapat memberi sumbangsih pemikiran dan pengetahuan bagi siswa dan guru agar lebih giat menguasai dan memahami pembelajaran bahasa Arab dan al-Qur’an, menjadi referensi atau rujukan yang relevan bagi kaum akademisi, lembaga pendidikan atau institusi penelitian lainnya dalam melakukan kajian dan penelitian yang terkait dengan tingkat kemampuan bahasa Arab dan tingkat pemahaman ayat-ayat al-Qur’an di MA Al-Amanah Baubau.

Abstract

The planting training activity with the vertical garden technique at Dukuh Duwet is one of the community service activities carried out by the KKN UNS 97 group. This activity was held on 20 February 2021 offline in Dukuh Duwet. The main targets of this activity are housewives and the general public. The purpose of this activity is as a persuasion movement to the community, especially mothers, about the importance of preserving the beauty and comfort of the surrounding community, as well as a movement for the processing and utilization of plastic waste. The socialization activities were also accompanied by practical activities in the field, namely the provision of plant seeds in the form of vegetables, which were then carried out for each of them. This activity method is non-formal, interactive, and interesting so that it is easy to understand. In addition, the materials and methods of making a vertical garden are easy to find in the neighborhood. The result of this work program is that the community can participate well and enthusiastically. This activity is also meant to inspire the participants to take it more seriously on a larger scale with a wider benefit.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of storytelling through a contextual teaching and learning (CTL) approach in grade 5 students of state elementary schools 018 gateway sari kecaptung hilir district. Kampar. The concept of learning that emphasizes the relationship between learning material with the real world of student life. So students are able to connect and apply learning outcomes competencies in everyday life. This research is a classroom action research using observation, library study and cycle performance assessment. The results showed the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects. This can be seen in the results of the study which showed that in cycle I students completed 16 people 80% while students who did not complete 4 people 18%. Likewise, this approach can increase students' enthusiasm in learning so that the classroom atmosphere when the teaching and learning process becomes more lively and the implementation of learning story questions through the CTL approach consists of 7 steps of the CTL approach and combined with the steps to solve the story problems. Learning using the CTL approach can be divided into three stages: the initial stage, the core stage, and the final stage. In the initial stage the activities of activating students' initial knowledge are carried out, conveying learning objectives, and apperception. At the core stage CTL steps are carried out namely constructivism, inquiry, asking questions, learning communities, modeling, reflection, and actual assessment. In the final stages of activity students are directed to conclude learning and provide a final test. In conclusion students are motivated to learn, because students will be active in learning, foster a sense of cooperation in groups, learning outcomes can be measured in various ways, and make learning more fun and meaningful for students

Abstract

Handphone merupakan alat elektronik yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kemajuan teknologi saat ini. Handphone dapat digunakan untuk berbagai macam hal seperti berkomunikasi jarak jauh, sarana hiburan, serta sebagai media layanan informasi. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, perusahaan-perusahaan handphone berlomba-lomba dalam memproduksi handphone dengan berbagai macam fitur beserta spesifikasi karena banyaknya permintaan pelanggan. Dalam pembelian handphone, setiap pelanggan pasti memiliki seleranya masing-masing dan pasti akan mempertimbangkan harga handphone berdasarkan spesifikasinya. Pengkategorian harga handphone dapat dilakukan dengan algoritma machine learning seperti Multinomial Logistic Regression dan Naïve Bayes. Tetapi, tidak semua algoritma machine learning dapat membuat model klasifikasi langsung (menggunakan data mentah) dengan akurasi yang tinggi karena skala masing-masing fitur belum sama dalam memprediksi variabel prediktor. Ketika data tidak dinormalisasi, hasil evaluasi model Naïve Bayes menunjukkan nilai akurasi 79.8% sedangkan hasil evaluasi model Multinomial Logistic Regression memiliki nilai akurasi 63.5%. Ketika data dinormalisasi, hasil evaluasi Naïve Bayes naik menjadi 80%, sedangkan hasil evaluasi model Multinomial Logistic Regression menunjukkan kenaikan yang signifikan yaitu menjadi 95.8%.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pengaruh Kualitas Produk dan Brand Awareness terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Pembelian Produk Kosmetik wasial di Majene. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan brand awareness terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pembelian produk wasila kosmetik di Majene. Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik penentuan secara aksidental sampling. Populasi dalam peneltian ini merupakan konsumen pengguna produk wasila kosmetik di Majene. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 responden. Berdasarkan hasil di peroleh pada analisis terbukti hipotesis pertama menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, diterima. Hipotesis kedua yang menyatakan bahwa brand awareness berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi 0,032, diterima. Hipotesis ketiga (Uji F) menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk dan brand awareness secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial dari etos kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Limboro. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatif dan jenis penelitian ini bersifat survey. Lokasi penelitian ini di laksanakan di Kantor Kecamatan Limboro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Limboro yang berjumlah 32 orang. Untuk mendapatkan sampel yang dapat mewakili populasi, maka dalam penentuan sampel penelitian ini digunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel etos kerja berpngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Limboro, selanjutnya variabel disiplin kerja bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Kecamatan Limboro.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui dampak keterbatasan waktu banding dan dominasi barang terhadap minat membeli ponsel (Analisis Kontekstual Ponsel Oppo) di Utama Cell Majene. Area pemeriksaan dilakukan di Utama Cell Majene dengan jumlah sampel 55 orang. Pengujian menggunakan persamaan Rambut. Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah survei. Strategi pemeriksaan informasi menggunakan berbagai investigasi kekambuhan langsung. Konsekuensi dari eksplorasi ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Special engagement quality pada dasarnya berpengaruh terhadap minat pembelian ponsel (investigasi kontekstual ponsel merek Oppo) di Utama Cell Majene (2) Prevalensi barang berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan pembelian ponsel (investigasi kontekstual ponsel merek Oppo) di Utama Cell Majene (3) Kualitas interaksi waktu yang terbatas dan dominasi item secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi pendapatan dalam pembelian ponsel (analisis kontekstual ponsel merek Oppo) di Utama Cell Majene.

Abstract

This community service aims to strengthen the national character of SMA Negeri 1 Kabila students in facing the increasingly complex challenges of globalization. The activity was carried out through the method of lectures and interactive dialogues which were carried out offline with three main stages, namely observation, material delivery, and evaluation. Observations were carried out to identify the initial level of students' understanding of national values. The material delivery stage is carried out through a combination of lectures and interactive dialogues to encourage students' active involvement in the learning process, while the evaluation stage aims to assess the improvement of their understanding and appreciation of national values. The results of the activity showed that the participants had a good basic understanding of the importance of national character and showed awareness of the need for continuous coaching. Nevertheless, there are still some challenges, such as a lack of a deep understanding of the nature of nationalism, diverse perceptions of the influence of globalization, and gaps between conceptual understanding and the application of national values in daily life. This activity concluded that although the foundations of student understanding have been formed, a sustainable and comprehensive approach is needed to transform national values into tangible behaviors. The recommendations proposed include the development of a follow-up program that focuses on internalizing values through concrete practices, intensive mentoring, and strengthening the role of schools as an environment of habituation. Overall, this service activity has a positive impact on increasing students' national awareness, strengthening their understanding of the nation's noble values, and equipping them with the ability to respond critically to the flow of globalization without losing their identity as an Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Employee work effectiveness is a crucial factor in determining the success of an organization, particularly in government agencies. Competence and communication are two key aspects that play a role in improving the quality of employee performance. This research was conducted at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Tapanuli Regency to determine the extent to which these two variables influence work effectiveness. The results are expected to contribute to human resource development and more optimal organizational governance. The objectives of this research are: To determine the partial and simultaneous influence of competence and communication on employee work effectiveness at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Tapanuli Regency. The problem statement is: To what extent do competence and communication partially and simultaneously influence employee work effectiveness at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Tapanuli Regency? The research method used a quantitative method with 33 respondents from the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Tapanuli Regency. Data analysis was performed using SPSS Version 23. Research Results: 1). The results show that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The contribution of competence to work effectiveness is reflected in the Beta value of 0.475 or 47.5%. This finding strengthens the theory that knowledge, skills, and work attitudes are the main keys in improving organizational performance. Thus, improving employee competence is a strategic factor for achieving optimal work effectiveness. 2). In addition, the results of the study also show that communication has a positive and significant influence on employee work effectiveness. The contribution of communication to work effectiveness is reflected in the Beta value of 0.410 or 41.0%. This finding confirms the importance of communication in creating understanding, coordination, and harmonious work relationships. With open, clear, and effective communication, employees can work more focused, efficient, and productive. 3). Simultaneously, competence and communication are proven to have a significant influence on employee work effectiveness. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.782 indicates that both variables are able to explain the variation in work effectiveness by 78.2%, while the remaining 21.8% is influenced by other factors outside this study. This finding proves that the third hypothesis is acceptable. The combination of adequate competence and effective communication is the main determinant of employee success in carrying out their duties. These two variables complement each other, with competence providing capacity and work quality, while communication fosters coordination, understanding, and collaboration. Given their significant contributions, improving employee work effectiveness requires strategies to strengthen competence and improve communication systems within the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan keterikatan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor camat tabulahan kabupaten mamasa. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kantor camat tabulahan kabupaten mamasa yang berjumlah 37 pegawai diantaranya ASN 25 orang dan NON ASN 12 orang. Pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan total sampel sebanyak 37 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (2) keterikatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (3) budaya organisasi dan keterikatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor camat tabulahan kabupaten mamasa. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, keterikatan kerja dan kinerja pegawai.
