Abstract

This study aims to estimate the application of  exe-learning-assisted e-modules  in science learning in Indonesia. This meta-analysis research method includes problem formulation, data collection (study), data coding, data analysis, and interpretation. After searching for journals, 16 journals were found that discussed the application of  exe-learning-assisted e-modules in science learning. Of these, 6 articles meet the established criteria, namely research using  exe-learning-assisted e-modules  in science learning in Indonesia. The results of this study revealed that there was a significant positive effect in the application of  exe-learning-based e-modules in science learning. The research findings showed that the results of the meta-analysis showed  an effect size  value of 0.9, which indicates a high level of effectiveness of 82% in improving learning abilities and outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe student perspectives about STEAM in application to Measurement Physics Measuring Instrument Projects. Research focuses on 23 students enrolled in the Physics Education Study Program at the Palangka Raya State Islamic Institute. The research used descriptive qualitative-quantitative and utilize a Likert scale to conduct a survey. Five projects implemented in this research are DC voltmeter project, galvanometer project, project to determine spring constants, vernier caliper project made from bamboo, sensory equipment project to detect water levels. The integration of STEAM with each project is a holistic methodology that commences with empathetic identification of a problem, followed by ideation through testing, and culminating in the acquisition of knowledge from prototypes and literature to inspire further innovation. According to the results, the five projects described for the science component ( ), technology component ( ), engineering component ( ), art component ( ), and mathematics component ( ). In conclusion, five projects strongly approved as constructive project with STEAM application.

Abstract

Pelajaran yang sangat begitu penting diajarkan dalam semua tingkatan tataran pendidikan adalah mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Di dalamnya terdapat empat keterampilan yang harus dikembangkan guru kepada peserta didiknya. Adapun empat keterampilan tersebut yaitu keterampilan menyimak, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis. Dalam hal ini kemampuan membacalah suatu keterampilan yang sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini beranjak dari sebuah permasalahan yang ditemukan dilapangan dimana masih terdapat peserta didik yang kurang begitu menguasai dalam kemampuan membaca. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SDN 1 Rubung Buyung yang terpilih dari hasil pretest. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian lapangan yang mana hasilnya berupa penjelasan secara deskriptif dari subyek yang diteliti. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sebuah pengaruh metode multisensori yang diberikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca peserta didik kelas awal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebuah peningkatan kemampuan membaca walaupun tidak begitu signifikan tetapi hal ini menjadi sebuah hal yang positif bagi peserta didik Kata Kunci: kemampuan Membaca, Metode Mutisensori

Abstract

Pendapatan yang didapatkan oleh para padagang adalah dengan berjualan, salah satunya berjualan di pasar. Pasar merupakan tempat yang strategis untuk melakukan kegiatan jual beli. Penjual dan pembeli saling membutuhkan satu sama lain, pedagang menjual barang dagangannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya, sedangkan pembeli memerlukan dagangan yang di jual oleh para pedagang di pasar untuk membeli kebutuhan rumah tangga. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian PAR (Participatory Action Research) yaitu metode riset yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di antara warga masyarakat dalam suatu komunitas untuk mendorong terjadinya sesuatu yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kualitas pengembangan produk multimedia interaktif yang dapat dioperasikan pada perangkat android pada materi fluida dinamis berorientasi HOTS. Penelitian dikerjakan melalui metode RD model 4D. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar penilaian ahli media dan materi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian yaitu skor sebesar 76,5 dari ahli media dengan kriteria sangat layak; dan skor sebesar 52,5 oleh ahli materi dengan kriteria sangat layak. Kelebihan produk yang dikembangkan adalah bersifat interaktif; dapat dioperasikan pada perangkat android tanpa memerlukan tambahan aplikasi lain; memuat berbagai jenis media berupa gambar, video, dan animasi untuk membantu memvisualisasikan konsep abstrak pada materi fluida dinamis sehingga memudahkan proses pembelajaran; multimedia interaktif dilengkapi dengan evaluasi berupa latihan soal dan kuis berorientasi HOTS untuk mengasah siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir level tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement in mathematical concept understanding of grade XI students after applying the combined media of PhET simulation and spring balance to vector material. The type of research used (pre-experimental) using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely 30 class XI MIPA 1 MAN Kota Palangka Raya students. Concept understanding data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential methods. Based on data analysis, it was found that the average pretest score was 23.4 while the post-test was 87.5. The t-test results show that ????-count = -39.594 < ????-???????????????????? = 3.39624. Thus, it can be concluded that HO is rejected and HA is accepted, so there is a significant increase in the understanding of mathematical concepts of class XI students on vector material before and after applying to learn using a combination of PhET simulation media and spring balance. The implication of using the media is that it provides significant benefits in understanding mathematical concepts, skill development, and student engagement in learning so that students are more focused and learning becomes directed.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the feasibility of learning media using Arduino Uno for the last 10 years in learning Physics. The author of the article uses the library method by collecting data using the Publish or Perish application from a national journal for physics learning media over the last 10 years. Data analysis technique using content analysis. The results showed that the use of learning media using Arduino Uno as a teaching material was very widely used in physics learning. Some teaching materials that use Arduino Uno a lot include the use of temperature measuring devices using the lm35 sensor, Water Discharge Meters using Flow Sensors, Photodiode sensors, solar cells, ultrasonic sensors, light dependent resistors and so on. With the media eligibility average being in the valid and very valid categories, the average is in the vulnerable category of more than 75%. With this literature study, researchers can compare the use of Arduino Uno, which is one of the best learning media to use.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the result of development and feasibility of web based learning media in light material. The method used in this research was Research and Development (R&D) with 4D development model namely the stage of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subjects of this study were material expert validators, media expert validators, teachers and 26 students at Islamic Junior High School (MTS) of Darul Ulum Palangkaraya. This research gained the result namely first, the media developed in the form of web based learning media in light material has components such as menu, animation picture, practice simulation, example of question, glossary, and evaluation question which can be accessed through website via online. The second, the feasibility of web based learning media seen from the suitability measured through media validation, material validation, teachers’ response, and students’ response. The result of media validation gained total average score 80 in excellent criteria. The result of material validation gained average score 76,5 in excellent criteria. The result of teacher’s response on web based teaching material gained total score 67 in excellent criteria. The result of students’ response concerning the web based teaching material gained total score 36,52 in excellent criteria. Based on the results of the study, it can be implied that this web-based teaching material is valid and can be used to improve the quality of student learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the POE (Prediction, Observation, and Explanation) in learning physics in the last 5 years in terms of advantages and constraints in learning physics in junior high and high school. The process of writing this paper uses a qualitative approach as well as data collection methods for national journal literature studies on POE (Prediction, Observation, and Explanation) in physics learning combined with junior and senior high school physics material. This research activity obtained the results from the application of the POE learning model (Prediction, Observation, and Explanation) which states that it can improve student learning outcomes, improve students' conceptual understanding, improve process skills, improve learning activities and learning outcomes, and improve scientific/process work skills. and learning outcomes. Can be concluded that with the application of the POE learning model as an alternative to physics learning.

Abstract

Education needs to enhance creative thinking skills, which are crucial in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, traditional teacher-centered learning strategies have proven ineffective in fostering these skills, especially in challenging subjects like physics. The use of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) has been shown to improve students' creative thinking skills in physics education. This study aims to explore the impact of PjBL on students' creative thinking skills across various indicators in physics education by synthesizing findings from related research. The study employs a meta-analysis method, collecting empirical data using Google Scholar through Harzing’s Publish or Perish 8 and Mendeley reference management software. The search yielded 28 articles from 2014-2024, with 13 articles meeting the inclusion criteria and providing sufficient data to calculate effect size. The results show an effect size of 1.03 (high). The effect size interpretation indicates that PjBL has an 84% impact on students' creative thinking skills. Additionally, 19 research articles observed creative thinking indicators influenced by PjBL, with elaboration being the highest and flexibility the lowest. It is concluded that the application of the PjBL model significantly affects students' creative thinking skills in physics education.
