This study aims to describe the healing process of diabetic foot wounds monitored through telemedicine during the Coronavirus disease-19 pandemic. The method used in this study was a case report of a 64-year-old patient with a history of grade IV diabetic foot injuries after amputation of the thumb on the right foot. The time needed to do telemedicine as a medium for monitoring wound conditions and education is about 30 minutes. The results showed that wound healing was significantly successful, within one month, as many as ten dressing changes with a duration of once every three days. In conclusion, telemedicine contributes positively to efforts to heal diabetic foot wounds. Keywords: Case Report, COVID-19, Diabetic Foot Sores, Telemedicine

Diabetes Mellitus patients must maintain constant glucose control to avoid complications. Diet is one type of diabetes management that can be accomplished through self-management (DSM). DSM activity greatly influences patients since the patient can independently manage and apply dietary guidelines in daily life. This study aims to analyze the correlation between DSM and nutritional status in patients with diabetes mellitus. This study was conducted in three types A hospitals in Jakarta using a cross-sectional design with 260 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. The measurement of DSM activity was measured using the Diabetes Self-Management Questionnaire (DMSQ), measuring food intake through a questionnaire of 1x24 hours food recall and nutritional status assessed by body mass index (BMI). This study shows that 53.1 % of respondents have adequate food intake, 52. 7% of respondents have an inadequate level of diabetes self-management, and 56. 6% of respondents have abnormal nutritional status. There is a significant correlation between DSM and nutritional status (p = 0.002, OR = 2,217). Respondents with an inadequate DSM are at risk of 2,217 times experiencing abnormal nutritional status compared to respondents with an adequate DSM. It is necessary to strengthen education through diabetes self-management in dietary problems repeatedly to patients through meetings held in groups when patients come to the outpatient unit. Hence, patients can fulfill their self-care properly.

Medical nutrition therapy is one of the interventions to provide sufficiently nutrition and to optimize glycemic controls in meeting the body metabolic needs. An Enteral Feeding is an alternative feeding method when there are obstacles to fulfill patients nutrition orally. This study aims to determine feeding tolerances and blood glucose controls in Type2 Diabetes Mellitus patients with different Enteral Feeding frequencies-three and six times preserving. This research is a quasi-experimental design study involving 26 patients admitted in a hospital. The results of the study on respondents with enteral feeding of a frequency 3x/24 hours found that 2respondents (15.4%) were tolerant with enteral feeding given and as many as 3respondents (23.1%) had normal blood glucose, while the results of the study for respondents with enteral feeding of a frequency 6x / 24 hours, 12 respondents (92.3%) were tolerant with enteral feeding given and as many as 12 respondents (92.3%) had normal blood glucose. The results showed that there was a statistically difference between the three times and six times Enteral Feeding with feeding tolerance (p = 0.005). There was a difference between the frequency of enteral feeding six times and three times in the blood glucose level (p = 0.005). Results of this study will assist in controlling blood glucose by regulating the timing of feeding in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Breast cancer patients with advanced stages who have undergone previous cancer treatment require palliative care support in an effort to fulfill their health needs. Mrs. N, a 60 year old woman, with metastatic breast carcinoma of the lung and (suspected) skin, was initially admitted to the ward with further chemotherapy plans. The patient and family decided to move treatment at the Jakarta Hospital from the previous hospital with high hopes of recovery. The patient has extensive breast wounds on the chest to the right abdomen and back. The patient complains of fatigue and pain all over the body with a pain scale of NRS=5. With the current state of the advanced stage, the Doctor in Charge of the Patient (DPJP) decides that the patient will switch treatment goals to palliative care. Researchers use this adaptation model with the aim of helping patients and families recognize health problems faced by looking at humans as a whole (bio-psycho-social) and helping to use positive coping to be able to adapt. The nursing assessment was carried out using Roy's Adaptation Model theory so that the main problems were obtained, namely nutritional deficits and knowledge deficits about palliative management. Nutritional management interventions by maintaining nutritional intake by administering a liquid diet 6x250 cc/day and extra egg whites 2-3 eggs/day through a Naso Gastric Tube (NGT) tube and health education about palliative care provided in collaboration with DPJP, a specialist in internal medicine with a subspecialty of hematology -medical oncology. Implementation is carried out by nurses for 6 days of treatment with evaluation assessments every day. The results showed that the patient's nutritional status improved by maintaining nutritional intake through the provision of food and drink per NGT and patient and family knowledge regarding palliative care increased. Result from this case study, nursing care using Roy's Adaptation Model theory can be applied to the condition of advanced cancer patients with palliative care so that the patient's nursing problems can be resolved properly. .

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of music therapy in reducing anxiety in patients treated in the intensive care unit. The method used is a literature review design, a scientific article literature review conducted to answer predetermined research questions. A search for articles was carried out in a structured manner in November 2022 through an online database, including using predefined keywords, namely "(intensive care OR critical care) AND (music therapy OR music intervention OR listening music) AND (anxiety)". The databases used are Sciendirect, Proquest, Sagejournal, and Pubmed, using predefined keywords. The results of the study show that music therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in patients who are treated in the intensive care unit. Conclusion: Music therapy effectively reduces stress in patients treated in the intensive care unit, which needs to be developed and used as a non-pharmacological intervention in the future to reduce anxiety in patients treated in the intensive care unit.
