This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on patients who experience various complaints of nausea, vomiting, pain, sleep disorders, constipation, and anxiety after cardiac surgery. The method used is searching for several sources using Scoping Review using the PRISMA flow diagram, searching for sources from PubMed, EMBASE, Science Direct, and Scopus. The research results showed that ten articles reviewed the effects of acupressure therapy after CABG heart surgery, such as nausea, vomiting, pain, sleep disorders, constipation, and anxiety. In conclusion, acupressure intervention can be applied to reduce various complaints after CABG heart surgery at the Neiguan (PC6), Shenmen (HT7), Fengchi (GB20), Jiache (ST6), Yintang (EX-HN3), Yongquan (KI1), Hegu ( LI4). The aim of this study was to look at oil-based topical treatments that are effective in reducing and reducing the scale of uremic pruritus in patients with chronic kidney failure. The research method used in writing this systematic review was a literature search conducted through the Pubmed, Proquest, Science direct, Scopus databases with articles selected from 2010-2022. The results of this study showed a significant reduction in the scale of uremic pruritus in chronic kidney failure patients within 1-4 weeks of oil-based topical treatment. In conclusion, oil-based topical treatments are effective in reducing complaints of itching and pruritus in chronic kidney failure patients so that they can be used in nursing treatment. This research aims to evaluate the success of quitting smoking in adolescents through education provided in several countries regarding electronic cigarettes/VAPE. The method used is a systematic review with the PRISMA search strategy. Initial selection involved Sage Journals, Clinical Key, Scopus, and Proquest. The results of the research show that the ten journals in the review show high concern about smoking among school students, education increases knowledge about the dangers of smoking, although the desire to smoke still exists, education via social media according to the style of teenagers is more effective, there is still an opinion that VAPE is not dangerous such as tobacco cigarettes, and there is an effective signal for diversion methods to stop smoking such as yoga, as well as the importance of attention to teenagers, consistent evaluation and application of discipline in schools for not smoking, because it is found that teenagers imitate their parents, teachers and the school environment in terms of smoking. . The conclusion is that there is a need for consistency from health actors, government, education services and health institutions who are concerned about adolescent health to develop smoking cessation programs, the importance of strict laws and consistent evaluation of the interventions carried out. This study aims to analyze the effect of palliative care on the quality of life of breast cancer patients. The research method used was a systematic review using the Research gate, Google Scholar, and PubMed databases with inclusion criteria covering 10 journals using the keywords palliative care, quality of life, and breast cancer. The research results showed that of the 10 articles reviewed, all articles showed that good palliative care would improve the quality of life in patients with breast cancer. In conclusion, there is a relationship between palliative care and the quality of life of patients with breast cancer, thus proving that palliative care has an influence on quality of life. Comprehensive palliative care for various aspects of the patient's life plays a very important role in achieving maximum quality of life in breast cancer patients. This study aims to explain the use of lumbar pillows in bed rest patients in a supine sleeping position. The method used is a scoping review by searching for articles using keywords in the Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, EBSCOhost, and ProQuest databases based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research results showed that there were 3 articles consisting of 2 studies conducted on total bed rest patients and a study on healthy respondents. Two studies used a combination therapy of a support pillow with existing therapies. Two studies showed that support pillows help distribute pressure in the pelvic, lumbar and thoracic areas and support the lumbar arch which can reduce pain levels and increase the comfort of respondents. The conclusion from this study is that the lumbar pillow can be applied to patients on bed rest and provides effective results when combined with physical therapy, conservative therapy, and modification of sleeping position. This study aims to analyze the effect of a low carbohydrate diet and intermittent fasting on blood pressure in hypertension sufferers. The research method used literature searches published in electronic databases, namely PubMed, Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect, from 2013 to 2023, using the PRISMA method. Research shows that both can reduce blood pressure, especially systolic blood pressure. In conclusion, further research needs to be carried out to look specifically at the impact of a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet and intermittent fasting on blood pressure in people with hypertension. This study aims to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on pain management in patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The research method used was a systematic review carried out by searching for literature articles using Google Web, namely PubMed, Embraced, Science Direct, and ProQuest. The keywords used in this systematic review are musculoskeletal diseases, hypnotherapy or hypnosis, and pain. Inclusion criteria are male and female gender, adult age, year of publication in the last 10 years (2013-2023), and English language. The research results showed that a search of 402 articles was found, and only 5 articles were selected where hypnotherapy was effective in reducing pain in patients experiencing musculoskeletal problems such as fibromyalgia, chronic nonspecific low back pain, burns, and chronic brachial neuralgia. In conclusion, hypnotherapy can reduce pain in musculoskeletal disorders. Keywords: Hypnotherapy, Musculoskeletal, Pain.

Background: post-abdominal surgery and postponed physical recovery are significant problems. Thus, early mobilization is important to treat the post-surgical procedure, facilitate recovery, and prevent further complications. Objectives: this literature review was to find the benefits of early mobilization on post-abdominal surgery. Methods: the researchers took the data from PubMed, EBSCOhost, ProQuest, Science Direct, and Scopus, published from 2017-2022 with the predetermined keywords. The searching method applied the Prefered Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis, PRISMA guideline. The researchers conducted the research in November 2022. Articles selected with criteria for publication in International Journals within the last five years, in English, using experimental research designs, randomized controlled trials (RCTs), quasi-experiments, and cohort studies. Results: the researchers found 57.990 articles from various data sources. They were Pubmed (n = 43), EBSCOHost (n = 1.223), Science Direct (n = 325.800), ProQuest (n=30.279), and Scopus (n=645). After promoting the first screening step, the researchers eliminated some obtained journal articles. The only articles published within five recent years with full-text conditions were 162 articles. Then, the researchers screened the articles based on the second and third criteria: having open access and writing in English. The results were 10 articles. Then, the researchers checked the duplications and screened the titles and the abstract, resulting in six articles. The results showed that the analyses of six articles stated that early mobilization, from the post of day 0 or 24 hours after the abdominal surgery could improve the respiratory function with SpO2 and SaO2 increase. The mobilization could also reduce the length of stay and make the cost more efficient. Conclusion: The mobilization provided many advantages to reducing post-abdominal surgery complications, morbidity, and mortality.

This study aims to identify evidence on the effect of pronation position on oxygenation in conscious COVID-19 patients receiving non-invasive oxygen therapy. This research method is systematic review research. Literature searches from 2020-2021 were carried out in the online databases of Science Direct, ProQuest, EBSCOhost, and PubMed. The results showed that the majority of the samples were male (69.7%) with an average age of over 50 years and a body mass index (BMI) above average (>23,9). Most of the studies (92%) showed an increase in oxygenation in patients when performed in the prone position. The duration of the pronation position varies from 35 minutes â€“ 12 hours in 24 hours. The pronation position can improve oxygenation in most COVID-19 patients who receive non-invasive oxygen therapy. In conclusion, the pronation position is an intervention that is safe and feasible to implement in conscious COVID-19 patients but with close monitoring from trained health workers. This study aims to determine the effect of laser acupuncture in overcoming nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy in cancer patients. This research method is a literature review through the database Science Direct and Proquest, in the last five years, from 2015 to 2020. The results obtained in each article focus on oncology nurses' roles. In this context, oncology nurses have an essential role in relieving some of the symptoms of cancer, such as using different techniques to improve patients' quality of life and improve various treatment options to support recovery and health care for patients regarding treatment and rehabilitation. In conclusion, laser acupuncture is very safe and effective in reducing nausea and vomiting in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy treatment.
