Abstract

As a adiluhung (valuable art), Wayang Golek performances can contribute to the strengthening of the character of the young generation in facing various challenges in the era of disruption. This is very important, considering that in the era of disruption such as the current challenge for the younger generation in facing the industrial era 4.0 is the loss of character as an Indonesian nation. This study aims to reveal the contribution of Wayang Golek performances values to the strengthening of the character of the younger generation in the era of disruption. The research approach used is qualitative with ethnographic methods, so that it can describe the character values contained in the Wayang Golek performances that are relevant to the character of the Indonesian nation. The results showed that the values of the Wayang Golek performances could contribute to the strengthening of the character of the younger generation. This is because the puppet show is aesthetically designed as an art performance that contains elements of the spectacle as well as guidance. This means, in addition to entertaining through humorous jokes, the Wayang Golek performance is able to give a moral message to the audience about the importance of religious values and nationalism in the face of changing times.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini berangkat dari hasil need assessment guru PPKn SMP di Kabupaten Garut yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagain besar guru PPKn mengalami kesulitan dalam mendesain pembelajaran digital untuk mengembangkan sikap kewarganegaraan. Realita ini dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman teoritis dan praktis guru terhadap desain pembelajaran PKn digital berbasis nilai. Oleh karena itu Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia perlu bersinergi dengan MGMP PPKn SMP Kabupaten Garut untuk melaksanakan Pelatihan Desain Pembelajaran Digital Berbasis Living Values Education bagi Guru PPKn SMP. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan adalah: 1) Menganalisis bahan pelatihan desain pembelajaran PPKn Digital Berbasis Living Values?; 2) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan pembelajaran PPKn Digital berbasis Living Values; dan 3) menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan teoritis dan praktis dalam Pembelajaran PPKn Digital Berbasis Living Values? Kegiatan pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan in-on service training dan participant centered training, dengan khalayak sasaran 81 guru PPKn SMP/MTs di Kabupaten Garut. Hasil :1) Bahan pelatihan adalah desain pembelajaran digital PKn yang menerapkan prinsip fun, flexible, and meaningful learning yang mengintegrasikan prinsip living values education melalui Langkah-langkah ice breaker dan opener, purposive cretaive thinking, peer to peer interaction, streaming expert, mental qymnastic, dan reflection; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan meliputi tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan model in-on service training, monitoring dan evaluasi pelatihan; 3) Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta memahami cara mendesain pembelajaran PPKn digital berbasis living values education, tetapi pada aspek penerapannya perlu pendampingan lebih intens dengan menggunakan model lesson study.

Abstract

Abstract: Currently Civic Education learning in schools is still teacher centered learning. Consequently, the output of the study only focused on strengthening the aspects of knowledge (civic knowledge) students only. This research aims to provide an alternative learning civic education with student-centered learning methods, through the semiotics of Wayang Golek Lingkung Seni Giriharja as a learning resource. The research method used ethnography with a qualitative approach. The results showed that semiotics Wayang Golek Lingkung Seni Giriharja can be maximized as a learning resource civic education in citizenship competencies development of student. Abstract

Japan is a country with a quality education system and quality in the process of education and learning. Education in Japan implement standards and learning good management and structured coherently, including in the areas of learning Civic(s) Education. This study aims to provide comparative study Civic(s) Education in Indonesia with Japan. The method used in this research is a comparative study with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted in Bandung Japanese School. Informants consisted Japanese teacher of Civic(s) Education in Indonesia, Indonesian teacher of Civic(s) Education and Japanese lecturers in Indonesia. The collected data of this research obtained through interview, observation, literature and documentation then analyzed by analytical techniques such as data reduction, data presentation, and verification and validation using triangulation techniques and data collection techniques. The results showed that there are differences and similarities that exist in learning Civic(s) Education in Indonesia and Japan. Differences exist which of the methods used in the learning process, which in Indonesia using the method of lecture and discussion, while in Japan using a method that emphasizes living experience of learners in exploring the material obtained. And there are similarities in the structure of scientific disciplines Civic(s) Education in Indonesia and Japan are detached (separated) from the disciplines of social (Social Studies) and also in the purpose and role of the Civic(s) Education In shaping citizens' competence in the flow of globalization as well as moral education and character development of citizens.

Abstract

Disruption is characterized by the use of technology in almost all fields including Education. The biggest challenge for teachers is to mastery the technology. This study is to determine the role of the Professional Teacher Organization in strengthening Teachers’ Competence in the disruption era as mandated in the Law number 14/2005 about Teacher and Lecturer. The Qualitative method used shows that the digital competency is the aspect to be developed by the teacher through various trainings conducted by the Professional Teacher Organization. The role of this organization is to design the work programs from the National level to the regions. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the organizational leadership, professionalism, and organizational commitment and cooperation with government and non-government institutions.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times today is a challenge in building the character of students. The challenges faced by all nations related to the nature of citizenship have become national issues that require a comprehensive study to take strategic steps to overcome the problem. The application of control cards is one of the flagship programs owned by SMA Negeri Bernas Binsus Provinsi Riau, in building the character of its students. This study aims to explore and analyze the role of control cards in shaping the civic disposition of students at SMA Negeri Bernas Binsus Provinsi Riau. This research uses qualitative design with case study method. Data research techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that, with the control card plays a role in forming civic disposition including (1) discipline, obeying applicable rules, and orderly, (2) responsibility is shown from the facts found by researchers that they must be ready and accept sanctions or punishments for actions they violate, (3) honesty, very instrumental in educating and accustoming students to always tell the truth,  They are required to always be mandated to school rules.

Abstract

In essence, every human being is a creature who always seeks peace and tranquility in his life. In realizing this, it is necessary to have a rule that binds and regulates to be applied in everyday life. One of the people who must have good legal awareness is the beneficiary family of the Family Hope Program (PKH) which is able to implement their rights and obligations in spending assistance that has been provided by the government in accordance with predetermined rules. The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of legal awareness in society, especially legal awareness in the Family Hope program in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The method used in this writing is using a qualitative descriptive approach with two sources of data, namely primary data through interviews with beneficiary families (PKH) and direct involvement in field socialization and secondary sources in the form of journals, relevant articles and related photos. The results of this writing are the importance of legal awareness in PKH which includes three components including; welfare, education and health which are still not fully implemented researchers provide a solution for increasing legal awareness in the community of (PKH) through outreach to the community regarding the importance of using and spending appropriate assistance as an effort to improve family welfare in order to realize the ideals of the Indonesian state contained in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of learning models. Project Citizen is based on a Pop-up Book on students' critical and creative thinking abilities in Civics subjects. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of a Pre-Experimental Design with a group Pretest-Posttest type. The sample for this research was 12th grade MIPA 2 students at SMA Pasundan 2 Cimahi City, totaling 32 students. Two types of instruments were used in this research, including observation sheets and critical and creative thinking skills tests. Validity test uses Pearson correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach's alpha. The research results show that Project Citizen's learning model is based on a Pop-up Book on students' critical and creative thinking abilities.

Abstract

The implementation of inappropriate learning models can disrupt the learning environment, potentially demotivating learners, affecting their academic performance and overall development. The purpose of this research is to explore the effect of implementing GBL (game-based learning) in schools on learners' interest or motivation to learn. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying literature review and comparative study as methods. The results show that game-based learning can increase students' participation, improve students' learning motivation and offer additional motivation beyond what can be obtained from traditional methods.

Abstract

There is a transition from the 2013 curriculum to Kurikulum Merdeka at the elementary school level. What commonly occurs is that teachers are more focused on observing changes in the lesson plan format than on the essence of Kurikulum Merdeka. The essential aspect of Kurikulum Merdeka at the elementary school level is the emergence of Pancasila values, where these values must be internalized in children through various activities. One activity that can be used to internalize Pancasila values is traditional games, which are products of the local wisdom of Indonesian society. This study is ethnographic research, so the author gathered more data from online news used as a medium to access information related to Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. The data were then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The research results indicate that six Pancasila values can be internalized in children through traditional games, namely belief in and devotion to the Almighty, noble character, global diversity, cooperation, independence, creativity, and critical thinking. Second, the internalization of Pancasila values through traditional games is carried out by introducing various classic games to children, demonstrating how to play them, and explaining the rules of the games. Based on these research findings, it can be concluded that the Pancasila values actualized by children in implementing traditional games can contribute to the success of Kurikulum Merdeka implementation while preserving local wisdom in society. AbstrakPada tingkat sekolah dasar, kurikulum 2013 saat ini sedang digantikan oleh kurikulum Merdeka. Guru-guru sering kali lebih fokus pada perubahan struktur rencana pembelajaran daripada pada inti yang terdapat dalam kurikulum Merdeka. Fokus utama dari kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah dasar adalah pengenalan nilai-nilai Pancasila, yang harus diinternalisasi oleh anak-anak melalui berbagai kegiatan. Permainan tradisional adalah salah satu kegiatan yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu anak-anak menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Permainan-permainan ini adalah hasil dari kearifan lokal masyarakat Indonesia. Karena penelitian ini bersifat etnografi, penulis mendapatkan data dari berita online yang digunakan sebagai media untuk mengakses informasi terkait kurikulum Merdeka belajar. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, anak-anak dapat menginternalisasi enam prinsip Pancasila melalui permainan tradisional, yaitu kemandirian, kreativitas, berpikir kritis, keberagaman global, karakter mulia, keimanan dan ketakwaan pada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, serta kerja sama dan saling mendukung. Kedua, anak-anak diperkenalkan dengan berbagai permainan tradisional, diajarkan cara memainkannya, dan diberikan penjelasan aturan main untuk memfasilitasi internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui permainan tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat dikatakan bahwa aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila oleh anak-anak melalui permainan tradisional dapat mendukung implementasi kurikulum Merdeka sambil mempromosikan pelestarian pengetahuan lokal dalam masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Kearifan lokal; kurikulum merdeka; profil pelajar pancasila
