Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan perencanaan berbasis data terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Boja, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada responden. Analisis dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Juli 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 613,153 (lebih besar dari F-tabel 3,94) dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), serta nilai R-square sebesar 85,9%, yang dikategorikan sangat kuat. Demikian pula, perencanaan berbasis data memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan dengan nilai F-hitung 685,312, nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), dan nilai R-square sebesar 87,2%, yang juga dikategorikan sangat kuat. Secara simultan, kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan perencanaan berbasis data berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pendidikan, dengan nilai F-hitung 429,952, nilai signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), dan nilai R-square sebesar 89,5%, yang menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan transformasional dan perencanaan berbasis data dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas sekolah.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the impact of instructional leadership and academic supervision on learning quality in junior high schools within the Boja District. Method: Employing a quantitative approach with a correlational design, the research involved a total population of 140 teachers, from which 104 were selected as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing via simple and multiple linear regression. Result: The findings indicate that instructional leadership has a correlation of 0.820 and a significant influence of 77.2%, whereas academic supervision shows a correlation of 0.741 with a substantial impact of 64.9%. When examined together, these two factors enhance learning quality, with a coefficient of determination of 77.3%. These results highlight the crucial role of instructional leadership and academic supervision in improving educational outcomes. The study provides novel insights by reinforcing that strengthening these two aspects is a strategic measure for enhancing learning quality in junior high schools. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge in educational leadership by emphasizing the importance of effective school management in fostering academic success. Novelty: The findings suggest that policymakers and school administrators should prioritize professional development programs that enhance leadership and supervision capacities, ensuring sustained improvements in teaching and learning processes.

Abstract

The leadership of driving teachers is crucial in the learning process, especially when facing technological advancements supporting educational processes. This study aims to analyze the influence of learning communities and participatory leadership on the leadership of driving teachers. The approach used is quantitative with a correlational research design. The research population consists of 70 teachers, who are also used as the sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and prerequisite tests (normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and linearity). Hypothesis testing was carried out through simple and multiple linear regression. The study results show that the learning community has a correlation of 0.738 and significantly influences the leadership of driving teachers by 74.5%. Participatory leadership correlates 0.781 and significantly influences the leadership by 70.9%. Simultaneously, the learning community and participatory leadership significantly influence the leadership of driving teachers with a coefficient of determination of 73.5%. The regression equation is ? = 12.383 + 1.020 X1 + 1.881 X2. This study provides insights for schools and policymakers to develop collaborative learning strategies and more inclusive leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini difokuskan 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, pengorganisasian strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, pengarahan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SD Negeri Gondang 02 Kecamatan Subah Kabupaten Batang. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data wawancara yang diperoleh, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya pengawasan dari kepala sekolah, komite dan orang tua dapatlah meningkatkan kinerja guru agar menjadi lebih baik. Selain itu guru juga perlu adanya evaluasi mandiri agar dapat dengan baik mengetahui kekurangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi. Mengetahui kekurangan dan hambatan maka guru dapat menemukan solusi terbaik untuk mengatasinya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diimplementasikan melalui berbagai kegiatan, termasuk proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan dan pengarahan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Strategi kepala sekolah sangat penting bagi setiap kegiatan individu atau kelompok untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berorientasi pada proses, yang berarti bahwa kepemimpinan membutuhkan sumber daya manusia, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan untuk membuat kegiatan menjadi lebih efisien atau mampu menghasilkan hasil yang mencapai keberhasilan

Abstract

Supervisi akademik secara manual dirasa belum maksimal dalam memberikan bantuan dan pembinaan, para guru masih kesulitan dalam melakukan tindak lanjut pasca supervisi akademik. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji efektifitas pengembangan aplikasi SMIP (Supervisi Microsite Pintar) dalam meningkatkan kualitas supervisi akademik guru PAUD. Metode penelitian dengan Research and Development, model Borg and Gall yang telah di modifikasi oleh Sugiyono. Subjek penelitianguru PAUD pada Gugus Murai di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat. Instrumen terdiri dari  ahli materi, ahli media dan guru PAUD. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, angket, observasi dan FGD. Tahap pengembangan melibatkan ahli dan praktisi, disempurnakan dengan teknik delphi. Tahap validitas dengan angket ujicoba lapangan. Analisis data melalui uji homogenitas dilanjutkan dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukanpengembangan aplikasi SMIP untuk meningkatkan kualitas supervisi akademik pada guru PAUD di validasi dengan tingkat efektitassangat baik, maka produk ini layak digunakan. Aplikasi SMIP dapat menjadi platform untuk pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan para guru PAUD.

Abstract

Anak TK yang belum terbiasa mengucapkan terima kasih masih banyak dijumpai.  Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan manajemen sekolah ramah anak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengucapkan terima kasih anak di Taman Kanak-kanak. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumen model Miles dan Huberman. Subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua di wilayah TK Kecamatan Tuntang. Hasil penelitian bahwa implementasi sekolah ramah anak di TK Kecamatan Tuntang melalui lingkungan belajar inklusif, kurikulum berpusat pada anak, dan keterlibatan aktif orang tua berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengucapkan terima kasih anak TK. Peningkatan terlihat dari kemampuan anak dalam mengucapkan terima kasih ketika diberi pertolongan dan diberi sesuatu. Tantangan utama yang ditemukan adalah konsistensi penerapan di rumah dan sekolah yang tidak seimbang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan implementasi digitalasi, implementasi digitalisasi proses pembelajaran, implementasi digitalisasi manajemen sekolah, dan implementasi digitalisasi cara kerja terhadap efektivitas sekolah secara sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasional dengan responden sebanyak 560 orang yang ditentukan secara acak sederhana. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validiras, reabilitas, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara varibel bebas terhadap variable terikat, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan. Hubungan antar variable termasuk kategori lemah dan pengaruhnya rendah. Agar memiliki pengaruh kuat disarankan untuk meningkatkan sarana digital sekolah, memberikan pelatihan digital kepada guru dan kepala sekolah, serta adanya dukungan kebijakan dari pihak berwenang.

Abstract

Educational accountability is crucial in ensuring transparency and performance in schools. This study investigates the influence of principals’ transformational leadership and data-based planning on educational accountability in elementary schools in Boja District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. A quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design was employed. The study involved 103 elementary school teachers selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed through statistical procedures, including normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that principals’ transformational leadership has a significant effect on educational accountability, with an F-value of 613.153 (F-table = 3.94), a significance level of 0.000 (0.05), and an R-square of 85.9%, indicating a very strong effect. Likewise, data-based planning significantly influences educational accountability, evidenced by an F-value of 685.312, a significance level of 0.000, and an R-square of 87.2%. Furthermore, the combined effect of transformational leadership and data-based planning yields an F-value of 429.952, with a significance level of 0.000 and an R-square of 89.5%, demonstrating a very strong joint influence. These findings underscore the importance of transformational leadership and data-driven planning as strategic factors in enhancing school accountability. Principals who exhibit visionary leadership and utilize data effectively contribute significantly to transparent and effective school governance. Transformational leadership and data-based planning are critical to strengthening educational accountability in elementary schools. Policies and training programs should support these competencies among school leaders.

Abstract

Learning quality remains a fundamental aspect of strengthening Indonesia’s education system. Despite ongoing efforts, the 2023 Education Report revealed a decline in learning quality across 13 public elementary schools in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. This study responds to that issue by analyzing the impact of the Teacher Performance Management feature and the Appreciative Inquiry Leadership approach, both implemented in 2024, on improving learning quality. Employing a quantitative, causal-comparative research design, the study involved 103 teachers selected through proportional random sampling and utilized multiple linear regression analysis to explore the relationships among the variables. The findings suggest that both Teacher Performance Management and Appreciative Inquiry Leadership significantly contribute to enhanced learning quality when applied simultaneously. The results highlight the importance of integrating structured performance management with leadership that fosters appreciation, collaboration, and innovation. This study addresses a research gap by examining the joint effect of Teacher Performance Management and Appreciative Inquiry Leadership on learning outcomes in public elementary schools, a topic that remains underexplored in current literature. The practical significance lies in guiding educational leaders and policymakers to adopt strategies that nurture professional growth and create adaptive learning environments tailored to students’ needs.

Abstract

Improving the quality of educational services is essential for ensuring institutional effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction. However, few studies have explored the combined impact of school leadership and stakeholder engagement—particularly in primary education contexts. This study aims to examine the influence of school principals’ managerial skills and customer relationship management (CRM) on the quality of educational services in public elementary schools. A quantitative, correlational survey design was employed involving 97 teachers selected from a population of 128 through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using validated questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, linearity), and hypothesis testing through simple and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that school principals' managerial skills significantly affect educational service quality, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.823 and an R² of 77.7%. Similarly, customer relations show a strong positive relationship with service quality (r = 0.857; R² = 73.4%). When combined, these two variables yield an even stronger influence (r = 0.866; R² = 75.0%). These findings highlight the critical role of effective leadership and stakeholder collaboration in enhancing educational services. Strengthening principals’ managerial competencies and implementing CRM-oriented practices can lead to better communication, trust, and responsiveness in schools. This study offers practical implications for policymakers and school leaders to design targeted professional development and engagement strategies that support sustainable educational improvement.
