Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on consumer loyalty through trust and satisfaction in Classic Interior's creative business in Makassar City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 122 respondents who are consumers of Classic Interior. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to test the direct and indirect influences between variables. The results of the study show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust and satisfaction. Consumer trust and satisfaction have also been shown to have a significant effect on consumer loyalty. In addition, service quality has an indirect influence on loyalty through trust and satisfaction, where consumer satisfaction is the most powerful mediator in the relationship. This research emphasizes the importance of service quality improvement strategies that focus on creating consumer trust and satisfaction as a foundation in building long-term customer loyalty.Keywords: Service quality, trust, satisfaction, consumer loyalty, Classic Interior.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development, in addition to playing a role in economic growth and labor absorption. The goal to be achieved in this study is to find out and analyze the superior performance of MSMEs (MSME Excellent Performance) by implementing Training through Work Creativity. This research is a quantitative research that examines scientifically and systematically the parts, phenomena and relationships between variables. The results of this study have significant implications for human resource development strategies and improving organizational performance, especially in the context of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs/SMEs). The findings show that training plays an important role in increasing work creativity (WCR), which directly affects the superior performance of MSMEs (SEPs). Referring to the formulation of the problem, the conclusion of this study is: training, which is good, has a significant influence in increasing Work Creativity significantly, but does not significantly contribute to improving the Superior Performance of MSMEs/SMEs's EXcellent Performance directly. Thus, this study proves that good Work Creativity is proven to be a good mediator and is able to increase the influence of training, coaching, and mentoring on the Superior Performance of MSMEs / SME's EXcellent Performance.

Abstract

Dalam proses belajar mengajar melibatkan dua peserta utama: instrukturdan peserta kursus. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran merupakan proses interaktif antara instrukturdan peserta kursus, berakar pada hubungan pendidikan dengan tujuan mencapai tujuan pendidikan. instrukturmemiliki tanggung jawab yang kompleks untuk memastikan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Mereka tidak hanya diharapkan memiliki penguasaan atas materi pelajaran tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai panutan dan menginspirasi siswa untuk belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengkaji pengaruh simultan kepribadian instrukturdan motivasi belajar peserta kursus terhadap hasil belajar, (2) untuk menilai dampak individu kepribadian instrukturdan motivasi belajar peserta kursus terhadap hasil belajar, dan (3) untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta kursus di LKP MELATI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasi kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh peserta kursus aktif dalam program mata kuliah LKP Melati, dengan sampel yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Slovin. Pendataan melibatkan pemberian kuesioner tentang kepribadian dosen, motivasi belajar peserta kursus, dan hasil belajar. Sebelum menganalisis data, uji prasyarat untuk regresi linier dilakukan. Temuan penelitian adalah: (1) kepribadian instrukturberpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta kursus, baik secara bersamaan maupun sebagian (Fhit=97,623 > Ftab=2,44 dan thit=2,930 > ttab=1,677); (2) motivasi belajar siswa juga berdampak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, baik secara bersamaan maupun sebagian (Fhit=97,623 > Ftab=2,44 dan thit=4,506 > ttab=1,677); (3) variabel yang paling mempengaruhi hasil belajar adalah motivasi belajar peserta kursus (r² = 30,1%), sedangkan kepribadian instrukturmenyumbang 15,4% dari varians. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta kursus merupakan penentu utama hasil belajar, dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan lingkungan eksternal, meskipun kepribadian instrukturjuga berperan penting dalam membentuk prestasi peserta kursus di LKP Melati Makassar.

Abstract

Background: Songkok Recca, a traditional craft from Bone Regency, South Sulawesi, holds significant cultural value and continues to be used in traditional ceremonies.In addition to its high quality and aesthetic value, this Songkok has commercial appeal in local, national, and international markets. This Songkok has long been one of the main sources of livelihood for a number of craftsmen in Bone. However, in facing the era of modernization, globalization, and increasingly tight market competition, not all traditional craftsmen are able to survive and thrive.Objective: to empirically test the influence of market orientation, product innovation and competitive advantage on the performance of the Recca songkok craftsmen's business in Bone Regency.Design/methodology/approach: This study employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population consists of all Recca Songkok craftsmen in Awampone District, Bone Regency, totaling 250 individuals. Sampling was carried out using inclusion criteria, resulting in a total sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings/Results: Directly, market orientation and product innovation have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Product innovation also has a significant effect on business performance, while market orientation does not have a significant effect on business performance. Indirectly, both variables have a significant effect on business performance through competitive advantage.Conclusion: Market orientation and product innovation have a significant influence on the competitive advantage of Songkok Recca artisans in Bone Regency. Market orientation enables artisans to align products with consumer preferences, while product innovation enhances value creation and strengthens competitiveness. However, only product innovation has been proven to have a direct effect on improving business performance, while market orientation does not show a significant direct effect on business performance.Originality/value (State of the art): Market orientation has not had a significant impact on improving the performance of Recca songkok craftsmen in Bone Regency. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of financial aspects, human capital, innovation capabilities and competitive advantage on the performance of MSME businesses in Manokwari Regency. This type of research is quantitative research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the AMOS program version 25. The research population is all MSMEs in Manokwari district, totaling 1344 people. The sample in this research was 230 MSMEs. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires online and offline. The research results show that the direct relationship between financial aspects, human capital, innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and business performance. Competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business performance. For indirect relationships, financial aspects and human capital have a significant effect on business performance through competitive advantage, while innovation capability does not have a significant effect on business performance through competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the model of improving Regional Financial Management in West Papua Province based on competence, accountability, organizational commitment and supervisory quality. This study uses a quantitative approach, aiming to test hypotheses, establish facts, describe correlations between variables, offer statistical descriptions, estimate, and forecast results. The population of this study is 5,186 people. The results of the study show that: (1) Human resource competence, accountability and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the quality of supervision, (2) Human resource competence, accountability and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of regional financial management, (3) The quality of supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of regional financial management, (4) Human resource competence, accountability and organizational commitment have a significant indirect effect to the performance of regional financial management mediated by the quality of supervision. The higher the competence, accountability and commitment of the organization, the higher the performance of regional financial management mediated by the quality of supervision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komunikasi dan Kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi kerja Bhabinkamtibmas yang ada di Kab.Luwu Timur Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga sampel berjumlah 200 responden dengan menggunakan metode analisis corelasi dan uji t. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap motivasi kerja Bhabinkamtibmas. Corelasi yang paling terbesar terjadi antara motivasi kerja dengan mau bekerja sama sebesar 0.973 dimana mau bekerja sama merupakan salah satu indikator dari Kerjasama tim. Secara keseluruahn semua indiaktor dari variable komunikasi dan kerjasama tim memiliki hubungan yang signifikan motivasi kinerja Bhabinkamtibmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional terhdapa Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 128 pegawai. Keadilan Organisasional terdiri diri terdiri dari keadilan distributive, keadilan procedural dan keadilan interaksional. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis corelasi dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Y = 15.605 + 0,263X1 + 0,387 X2 + 0.535 X3 . Keadilan organisasional, yang mencakup keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, dan keadilan interaksional, sangat penting dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Papua Barat. Penerapan keadilan organisasional yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, memotivasi pegawai, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

Tingkat keparahan nyeri menstruasi (disminorea) pada remaja dapat berbeda antara individu satu dengan yang lain, nyeri menstruasi berdampak pada tubuh menjadi lemas dan terasa pusing karena penurunan tekanan darah, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan ketidaknyamanan dan mengganggu aktivitas. Penanganan dismenorea dapat melalui metode pengobatan non-farmakologis yaitu yoga Cat Stretch Exercise yang mampu meningkatkan kadar hormone endrophine dan pelaksanaan praktik yoga juga dapat disertai melalui pemanfaatan media murotal Al-Qur'an untuk mengurangi stres dan meningkatkan kebahagiaan. Kegiatan ini penting dipraktikan sehingga siswi dapat mengatasi ketika nyeri muncul dan tidak mengganggu aktivitasnya lagi. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswi mengenai Yoga Pose Cat Stretch Exercise dan pemanfaatan media murotal Al Qur'an dalam mengurangi intensitas Dismenorea. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis situasi, solusi permasalahan dan metode penyuluhan yaitu diskusi, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab, serta pendampingan melalui jaringan media sosial whatshapp group. Kegiatan ini di laksanakan di SMA Aisyiyah 1 Palembang dan SMK Aisyiyah Palembang, sekolah yang merupakan amal usaha Pimpinan Wilayah ‘Aisyiyah Sumatera Selatan. Peran aktif siswi mengikuti kegiatan sebanyak 75 siswi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dari tanggal 02-07 Mei 2024. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa tentang nyeri saat menstruasi dan cara mengatasinya dengan melakukan Yoga pose Cat Stretch Exercise dan pemanfaatan media murotal Al Qur'an. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa yoga pose Cat Stretch Exercise dan pemanfaatan media murotal Al Qur'an dapat mengurangi nyeri haid yang umum terjadi pada remaja. Metode ini mudah, aman dan murah sehingga sebaiknya menjadi salah satu materi yang wajib disampaikan kepada siswi agar produktivitasnya tidak terhambat.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja sosial terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Daerah Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi motivasi pelayanan publik, keseimbangan kerja-keluarga, dan kapabilitas kerja. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis SEM AMOS, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja sosial yang kondusif secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi pelayanan publik dan kapabilitas kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, keseimbangan kerja-keluarga berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kapabilitas kerja. Namun, ditemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja sosial dan motivasi pelayanan publik memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keseimbangan kerja-keluarga dan kinerja pegawai, mengindikasikan adanya faktor lain seperti motivasi dan kepuasan kerja yang lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan suasana kerja yang harmonis dan kebijakan yang mendukung hubungan kerja, budaya organisasi, dan dukungan atasan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.
