Abstract

Customers are the first asset that must be taken care of properly because each customer will bring profits that can keep the business running. Customers are kings who must be considered in every need and desire for the company's success in running its business. This study aimed to test and confirm the relationship between the variables of service quality, customer value, customer delight, and customer loyalty at Apotek Iwos Farma Badung. Respondents in this study were customers of Apotek Iwos Farma Badung. The number of respondents in this study was set at 80 respondents. This study uses structural equation modeling analysis with the help of the Smart-PLS 3 program. The results of this study indicate that the better the quality of existing services will be able to increase customer delight. Good customer value will be able to improve customer delight. The quality of existing services has not been able to increase customer loyalty. The higher the value of existing customers will be able to increase customer loyalty. However, customer delight has not been able to determine the increase in customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pada kegiatan ini, team PKM mengobservasi keadaan yang terjadi di salah satu Dinas di Lingkungan Pemerintahan Kabupaten Badung Bali, tepatnya pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Badung. Pandemi covid-19 ini membawa dampak yang sangat buruk bukan hanya bagi pariwisata tapi juga pada sektor lainnya salah satunya di pemerintahan. Karena adanya pandemi Covid-19 beberapa instansi juga pada saat itu menerapkan WFH (Work from Home) yang di sarankan oleh pemerintah. Maka dari itu, demi kelancaran kegiatan di instansi dilakukannya beberapa perubahan. Salah satunya penggunaan Sistem Aplikasi. Dalam penggunaan sistem ini diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang terampil agar dapat lebih memahami. Penggunaan sistem aplikasi sendiri dapat membantu memudahan pekerjaan dan dapat dilakukan secara efektif dan efisien

Abstract

The development of the Creative Economy sector in collaboration with the IKM Sector to maintain local culture so it continues to grow and be sustainable. The development of IKM creativity is facilitated by the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar Festival which is expected to be able to build an ecosystem, brand image and creative economy networking. For this reason, event implementation as one of the promotional media, so that the IKM brand image can be known by the wider community, both domestically and abroad. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and product value on the brand image of IKM and moderated by the event. Respondents in this study were IKM who participated in the Denpasar Festival event for 3 consecutive years (2017 to 2019). The number of respondents used was 154 IKM using a sampling technique called Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research used SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product value has no effect on brand image, events can moderate the effect of product quality on brand image, and events are not able to moderate the effect of product value on brand image.

Abstract

Employee commitment is influenced by organizational climate and fairness to be able to grow and develop within an organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational justice on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Denpasar City Revenue Service. The hypotheses proposed based on existing theoretical studies and the existence of the phenomena summarized in the problem formulation are: organizational commitment is positively affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment as positively; organizational climate has an effect on job satisfaction as positively; job satisfaction is positively influenced by fairness organization; and organizational commitment is positively effected by job satisfaction. The design of this research system is oriented to the pattern of calculating quantitative data on the existence of questionnaires distributed to 83 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data both qualitative and quantitative which are then analysed by PLS-based SEM, while the results found are as follows: organizational commitment is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational commitment is positively and significantly; job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational climate; organizational justice has an effect on organizational justice is positively and significantly; and organizational commitment is positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Employees have a very important role, where they must spare their energy and thoughts to achieve company goals. The management of corporate culture is directed to the ability to encourage company performance through improving employee performance. The purposes of this study are to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and competence on organizational commitment, employee performance, and employee performance. The population and the respondents were 76 people in the Karangasem Regency Government. This study used the SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The findings indicate that organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment and employee performance. Competence affects both the organization's commitment and employee performance positively. Organizational commitment also affects the performance of employees positively and and mediate the relationship between organizational culture and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak manajemen Peken Facebook ditemukan permasalahan, penurunan volume usaha karena kurangnya pemanfaatan e-commerce dan belum memiliki kemasan produk hampers yang menarik perhatian konsumen. Tujuan pengabdian untuk memanfaatkan e-commerce yang bernama Tokopedia dengan optimal dan meningkatkan keterampilan melalui kreativitas kemasan yang menarik pada masing-masing produk hampers. Metode kegiatan melalui sosialiasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sasaran kegiatan adalah seluruh karyawan Peken Facebook yang berjumlah 5 orang. Instrumen untuk mengukur ketercapaian program adalah kuesioner pre dan post kegiatan dengan indikator pengetahuan, keterampilan penggunaan e-commerce dan pengemasan produk hampers, kualitas kemasan dan peningkatan volume usaha. Hasil rata-rata capaian kegiatan, yaitu pengetahuan karyawan mengenai konsep e-commerce meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85% dan pengemasan produk meningkat dari 50% menjadi 80%, keterampilan penggunaan e-commerce meningkat dari 65% menjadi 88% dan keterampilan pengemasan produk hampers meningkat dari 60% menjadi 85%, kualitas kemasan dari 40% menjadi 87% serta peningkatan volume usaha selama 3 bulan, yaitu April sampai dengan Juni 2021, Peken Facebook berhasil menjual 31 produk.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know and analyse the role of mediated organizational commitment in determining work motivation, and organizational climate toward Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) of the employee at PT. Banoli Motor Denpasar. Census method is used in this research, where all the staff in total 76 people regarded as the sample. The data collected were then analysed further using structural equation modelling (SEM Analysis) with PLS technique. The findings of this research are; that work motivation has a positive and significant correlation towards organizational commitment, organizational climate contributes positively and significantly toward organizational commitment, work motivation does not significantly correlate toward OCB, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a significant and positive correlation toward OCB. Organizational commitment is proven as a full mediation between work motivation and OCB, and a partial mediation among organizational climate and OCB. These findings mean that mediation of organizational commitment can be the determinant on the indirect effect of work motivation toward OCB, and organizational climate toward OCB at PT. Abstract

One of the regional economic forces that support the Indonesian economy is the presence of business actors, Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of them is the Sakura Girl shop, although many consumers visit, they face the problem of human resources who have not fully understand the distribution of tasks and recording in and out of goods that have not been realized properly due to lack of assistance in the process of checking the stock of goods. Answering these challenges using the Participation Research Action (PRA) method is to discuss with the Owner and employees, by providing assistance and training to existing human resources aimed at improving employees' knowledge, skills, and performance so that there is no social gap between employees.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di New Moon Café Kedonganan Badung. Seluruh karyawan dijadikan responden dengan teknik sensus, berjumlah 50 orang responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama, terhadap kinerja. Secara praktis, kompensasi yang adil dan layak mendorong motivasi serta kesediaan karyawan bekerja lebih baik; disiplin kerja yang konsisten membuat proses lebih tertib, tepat waktu, dan efisien; sementara komitmen organisasi yang kuat menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, tanggung jawab, dan kemauan melampaui standar tugas. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa perbaikan sistem kompensasi, penguatan budaya disiplin, dan upaya membangun komitmen melalui komunikasi tujuan, pengakuan kinerja, kesempatan pengembangan, dan praktik manajerial yang adil merupakan langkah terpadu yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada usaha restoran.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam suatu perusahaan sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Falala Chocolate Bali. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan Falala Chocolate Bali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak karyawan Falala Chocolate Bali yang berjumlah 64 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik sensus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Falala Chocolate Bali, motivasi kerja motivasi kerja dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Falala Chocolate Bali berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Falala Chocolate Bali dan reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Falala Chocolate Bali.
