Abstract

This study examines and analyze the effects of institutional ownership structures, managerial ownership structures, public ownership structures, firm size, debt convenant (leverage), litigation risk to accounting conservatism. The population in tihs study is a manufacturing company listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia period from 2014-2016.The sampling method used purposive sampling. The relationship and between variable is described by using multiple regression analysis methods. The results showes that the institutional ownership structures has a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism, managerial ownership structures has a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism, public ownership structures has a significant negative effect on accounting conservatism, debt covenant (leverage) has significant positive effect on accounting conservatism, litigation risk has positive effect on accounting conservatism.

Abstract

Indonesia termasuk negara penghasil buah-buahan. Dengan berlimpahnya buah-buahan maka dilakukanpengawetan. Cider (Anggur buah) merupakan salah satu cara pengawetan untuk menambah nilai ekonomisbuah, selain itu cider merupakan salah satu minuman beralkhohol yang rasanya manis, mempunyai aromaharum dan khas dibuat melalui fermentasi khamir jenis Sacharomyces cerevisiae. Buah jambu bijimempunyai kadar vitamin C tinggi yaitu 87% dan vitamin A 25% serta kandungan karbohidrat 12,2%,selain itu juga mengandung zat mineral, besi, fosfat dan kapur.(Rismunandar,1997).Cider telah lama dikenalsejak berabad-abad yang lalu sebagai minuman tradisional Negara Timur Tengah dan Eropa. Adanyakemajuan teknologi kini minuman anggur tidak hanya dibuat dari beras atau buah anggur namun buah -buahan yang rasanya manis juga dapat dibuat cider. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutuorganoleptik cider jambu biji dengan varietas yang berbeda (yaitu cider dari jambu biji biasa dibandingkandengan cider dari jambu biji bangkok). Penilaian mutu organoleptik dilakukan dengan cara menilai warna,rasa, aroma dan konsistensi cider jambu biji. Selanjutnya dilakukan penghitungan kadar alkohol yangdihasilkan oleh cider tersebut. Penelitian ini bersifat eksperimen yang dilakukan pada tanggal 10-17 Maret2003 di laboratorium Teknologi Pangan Jurusan Gizi Poltekkes Medan. Pembuatan cider jambu biji biasadan jambu biji bangkok masing-masing dilakukan dengan ulangan sebanyak dua kali. Penelitian inimenggunakan 2 (dua) perlakuan dan 2 (dua) ulangan sehingga terdapat 4 (empat) unit percobaan. Terdapatperbedaan nyata rasa (F hitung 8,82 > F tabel 3,34) dan aroma (F hitung 10,44 > F tabel 3,34) antara ciderjambu biji biasa dengan jambu biji bangkok. Namun warna (F hitung 2,24 > F tabel 4,20) dan kekentalan (Fhitung 2,64 < F tabel 3,34) tidak menunjukkkan perbedaan nyata. Mutu organoleptik yang meliputi warna,rasa, aroma dan kekentalan cider jambu biji biasa lebih disukai dari pada jambu biji bangkok. Mutuorganoleptik yang meliputi warna, rasa, aroma dan kekentalan cider jambu biji biasa lebih disukai dari padajambu biji bangkok. Kandungan alkohol cider jambu biji biasa setelah fermentasi 7 hari adalah 13%sedangkan kandungan alkohol cider jambu biji bangkok 13,6%.

Abstract

The Bank is a financial institution which functions as a financial intermediary between parties that surplus funds (surplus units) and those who lack funds (deficit units). Through banks with excess funds, then the funds can be distributed to the parties that need and will provide benefits for both sides. As has been stated also in the Law No.10 of 1998 on banking, it can be concluded that the bank can act as financial intermediaries by raising funds from the public that surplus funds in various forms of deposits. For that to know the internal factors of the banking side that is estimated to affect banks in channeling capital credit works, namely third-party funds, CAR, ROA, and LDR NPL. The population used in this study are all the banks that listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2011-2013. And for research purposes, the use of samples by purposive sampling method in order to get 75 companies that meet the criteria. Data used is secondary data derived from financial statements published and downloaded via the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Years of observation in this study is from 2011 to 2013. The results showed that the DPK, CAR, LDR, significant positive effect on total outstanding loans. While ROA significant negative effect, and NPL significant negative effect on the number of outstanding loans.Keywords: DPK, CAR, ROA, NPL, LDR, Credit

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, firm size, ownership, and institutional ownership of the financial statements disclosure in the annual financial statements on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This sample in this study are Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) of the years 2012-2014 as many as 228 companies. Sampling was purposive sampling method. Mechanical testing of the data is by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis show that the variable firm size significant positive effect on financial statements disclosure, while the profitability, leverage, liquidity, ownership, and institusional ownership no significant effect on financial statements disclosure on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange of the years 2012-2014.Keywords: Profitability, Leverage, Liquidity, Firm Size, Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Financial Statements Disclosure

Abstract

The study examines the effect of earnings, cash flows, changes in receivables, changes in payables, changes in inventories and depreciation on future cash flows. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using a go public LQ 45 company as the unit of analysis. The sampling method used purposive sampling with the obsevation period from 2010 to 2013. Relationship and (or) influence between variable is described by using multiple regression. The result showed that the earnings and cash flows has positive effect and significant to the future cash flows. Whereas the changes in receivables, changes in payables, changes in inventories and depreciation had no significant effect on future cash flows.Keywords: Earnings, Cash Flows, Changes In Receivables, Changes In Payables, Changes In Inventories, Depreciation, Future Cash Flows

Abstract

In the decision-making , investors do not just look at the stock price increase is positive, but can use other information that may be used as consideration of decision making, this is because the information may be biased means earnings information occurs because of inaccuracies and their management practices reporting the company's financial profit. The purpose of this study to determine how the effects of capital structure (leverage), the systematic risk, growth opportunities, company size, and profitabiilitas against earnings response coefficient. Research was conducted on Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 with a purposive sampling techniques was obtained total sample of 155 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. These results indicate the capital structure (leverage), the systematic risk significant negative effect, systematic risks and growth opportunities significant positive effect, while the size and profitability was not significant positive effect.Keywords: Capital Structure (Leverage), Systematic Risk, Growth Opportunities, Company Size, Profitability, Earnings Response Coefficient

Abstract

Abnormal return is the difference between the actual return with the expected return. Investors expect a normal return corresponding capital invested but investors get the return exceeds the expected return. The study examine the effect of company growth, capital structure, earnings, and company size on abnormal return. Population in this research is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2011 to 2014. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Based on the criteria then obtained a sample of 316 companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that the company growth and capital structure has no significant positive effect and earnings has significant positive effect to the abnormal return. Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, company size, board of commissioner, and institutional ownership to corporate social responsibility disclosure among manufacturing sector which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted in Indonesia Stock Exchange with purposive sampling method whit the sample was taken from the pereiod of 2012-2015. The sample collected includes 136 companies which satisfied some kriteria. Technique test of data is by using multiple linear reggression. These result indicste that board of commissioner is significant positively influence the corporate social responsibility disclosure. Thus, the result of those test provide support for the hypothesized. Abstract

This study was used to test on the influence of these factors in themselves taxpayer to the acceptance of land and building tax in the District of South Semarang. reasons for choosing districts south of Semarang, because of tax arrears in the south is quite high compared to other districts in the city of Semarang. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer residing in the district south of Semarang totaling 1,644,267 sampling is done by random sampling technique in which respondents in this research were 100 taxpayers were divided into 10 villages in the district south of Semarang so each village is 10 respondents. The results showed that awareness of taxation and understanding of the taxpayer on the tax laws, Perception sanctions and penalties affect positively and significantly to the tax revenue of the UN, while the income of the taxpayer significant negative effect on the tax revenue of the UN, and service fiskus positive effect is not significant to the success of UN tax revenue.Keywords: Tax Awareness, Understanding Taxpayers On Tax Law, The Perception of Sanctions and Fines, Mandatory Income Tax, Service Tax Authorities, Tax Revenue

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of capital structure, firm size, growth, profitability, systematic risk, and voluntary disclosure of the firm value in the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during of the years 2012-2015. The samples in this study using purposive sampling method. So that, the number of companies included in the criteria for a sample of 54 companies. The data analysis method sused in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital structure variables significant negative effect on firm value. Firm size significant positive effect on firm value. Growth is not significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability is not significant positive effect on firm value. Systematic risk is not significant negative effect on firm value.
