Abstract

Kompleksitas teknologi meringankan kemampuan siswa untuk memahami isi dan inti mata pelajaran praktikum. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa lingkungan komputasi dan pengembangan aplikasi merupakan alat pengajaran efektif yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan, yang desain pengembangannya menggunakan model pengembangan multimedia. Pengembangan multimedia animasi berbasis android untuk mata pelajaran produktif dilaksanakan melalui suatu pengembangan perangkat multimedia. Naskah mobile learning ditulis oleh penulis naskah dan dikaji oleh ahli materi, kurikulum, media, dan desain pembelajaran. Tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap produksi program “MABA” disebarluaskan ke sekolah-sekolah. Hasil penilaian aspek kemudahan penggunaan (perceived of ease of use) diperoleh nilai rerata skor 4,72 dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek manfaat (perceived  usefullness) diperoleh nilai rerata skor 4,65 dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek sikap dalam menggunakan “MABA” (attitude toward using) diperoleh nilai rerata skor 4,71 dengan kategori sangat baik. Terakhir, aspek realisasi penggunaan “MABA” (actual usage)  diperoleh nilai rerata skor 4,59 dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Pengembangan Media Ajar Interaktif Berbasis “Wii-Mote” untuk Mendukung Laboratorium Virtual pada Mata Pelajaran Elektronika Digital di SMK. Laboratorium virtual dikembangkan menggunakan langkah-langkah yang dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan mengenai kelengkapan peralatan praktikum yang ada di SMK, dan dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek metodologis laboratorium virtual. Integrasi metodologi virtual dilakukan melalui arsitektur yang meliputi studio room, user interface, simulation modelling, interactive tools, visual representation, virtual workspace, dan authoring tools. Laboratorium virtual yang dikembangkan bersifat aplikatif, komunikatif, interaktif, dan mampu mengembangkan keterampilan berfikir kritis. Keefektifan penggunaan laboratorium virtual menunjukkan rerata skor keseluruhan hasil penilaian dinilai sangat baik.Kata kunci: elektronika digital, laboratorium virtual

Abstract

Survei pendahuluan yang dilakukan di RSUD Pemangkat terlihat bahwa kinerja perawat masih belum optimal sebagaimana yang diharapkan klien. Rendahnya kinerja perawat atas pelayanan keperawatan meliputi kurangnya keterampilan perawat, rendahnya etos kerja perawat dan perilaku perawat yang kurang professional dalam memberi pelayanan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompentensi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Pemangkat. Kinerja perawat adalah hasil kerja perawat dalam menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang dibebankan kepada semua perawat. Kompentensi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi diyakini akan mempengaruhi kinerja perawat RSUD Pemangkat. Variabel independen penelitian terdiri dari kompentensi, motivasi dan budaya organisasi, sedangkan variabel dependen kinerja perawat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) terhadap suatu hubungan kausal (causal effect). Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh perawat di RSUD Pemangkat dengan sampel sebanyak 97 orang dengan metode sensus. Dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dan hasil penelitiannya digeneralisasikan. Pengukuran data menggunakan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan analisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda (Multiple regresional analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Pemangkat (p=0,000<0,05; β=0,476). Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Pemangkat (p=0,006>0,05; β=0,240). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat di RSUD Pemangkat (p=0,001<0,05; β=0,254). Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen RSUD Pemangkat agar terus meningkatkan kompetensi perawat, memberikan motivasi dan memperhatikan mengelola aspek budaya organisasi sehingga kinerja perawat semakin meningkat. Abstract

Abstract: Effectiveness of the Feedback Providing Strategies on the PracticumPerformance of the Students of the Diploma Three (D-3) of the ElectronicEngineering Department. This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of thefeedback providing strategies (immediate feedback and delayed feedback) onstudents’ performance in the Electronics lab course. This study was anexperiment employed a posttest-only control group design. The subjects werestudents of the Diploma Three (D-3) Program of the Electronic EngineeringDepartment of FT UNM, divided into two treatment groups. Group A,consisting of 20 students, received the treatment of the immediate feedback andGroup B, consisting of 19 students, received the treatment of delayed feedback.The data on the students’ mastery of lab materials were collected throughobservations using a performance assessment form. The data were analyzedusing the t-test. The results showed that the practicum performance of thestudents receiving immediate feedback was better than that of the studentsreceiving delayed feedback. Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine how to apply collaborative learning model through a Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) approach for disabled students in vocational schools. The CSCL learning model is a combination of cooperative learning model and the use of computers and the internet as a medium in learning. With increasingly sophisticated technology, individuals in remote locations make it possible to collaborate on-line. Research in the field of Computer Supported Collaborative Learning or commonly referred as CSCL, provides a new experience that Websites is one model that can be used to improve collaboration in learning. Its use in improving collaboration in learning provides an insight that Websites are effectively applicable when it is integrated into learning. As in this study, it was concluded that Collaboration between lecturers and students in using websites provided a good relationship to the improvement of collaboration between lecturers and students. Utilization of this websites made it easy for lecturers and students to share information and interact either in personal or in groups and general. Collaboration activities were not only conducted in the campus environment but anytime and anywhere. The effectiveness and efficiency of using websites as CSCL media with some indicators obtained the assessment of very effective and very good.

Abstract

E-Learning adalah salah satu media pembelajaran yang penting bahgi mahasiswa. Dimana E-learning terdiri dari berbagai macam media dan aplikasi, baik untuk sumber belajar, sharing, maupun interaksi sosial melalui jaringan internet. Untuk itu perlu untuk diterapkan sebuah model HCI (Human Computer Interaction) kedalam website agar E-learnig dapat lebih interaktif. Aspek-aspek interaksi yang diperlukan dalam menjalankan sebuah aplikasi pada komputer sehingga terjadi komunikasi, aspek tersebut terdiri atas: a)Use and context of computers ( U); b) Human characteristic (H); c) Computer system and interface architectur (C); d) Development proses ( D). Saat membangun website E-Learning, terlabih dahulu harus memperhatikan: 1) peta potensi SDM yang ada, akan lebih baik bila kita mampu memanfaatkan SDM yang ada apakah itu untuk dunia pendidikan, bisnis maupun pengetahuan dab berita untuk membangun website ang bagus; 2) kemampuan Human Computer Interface, yakni kekmampuan interaksi antara user dengan website E-learning.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out how to Develop Remote Laboratory as a new tool for online and realtime practicum learning in digital electronics; 2) find out how to use Remote Lab that meets the valid, practical and effective criteria. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) where the product can work effectively and be ready to use. The development of hardware and software in the form of Remote Lab media is carried out with an engineering approach where the stages are: analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis that describes the results of development, validator responses and trial results. Analysis of software and hardware is done by considering the minimum specifications, with reference to the development of software for the media that is effective and practical. The use of Remote Lab can be applied at the Vocational School by looking at the results of the development based on the validation of the material experts (Content Aspect of 4.45% with very good category, and the Design Practicum aspect obtained a score of 4.4 with a very good category), validation of media experts (Aspect of Visual Display obtained score 4.47 in the excellent category, real-time aspects obtained a score of 4.5 in the excellent category, programming aspects obtained a score of 4.57 in the excellent category), Analysis of the Effectiveness and Practicality of Using Remote Labs obtained a score of 4.56 with the category very effective, then Practical Assessment of Remote Lab products obtained a score of 4.9 with a very practical category. The creation of online and realtime distance learning practicum systems that can facilitate students who are constrained by distance and inadequate school facilities. Practical equipment so that learning outcomes in practicums can be met according to their competencies.

Abstract

The purpose of the Community Partnership Program is to jointly develop a freshwater fishing business. Developing a fish breeding system with a cement pond system and a carpet pond system that will be adapted to the needs and conditions of the land. Provide training, direction, and marketing management regarding the cultivation of freshwater fish. Prevent damage to the surrounding environment due to excavation to be made into bricks. The methods of implementing Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities are lectures, simulations, discussions, and questions and answers through training in developing a freshwater fishery business, a fish maintenance system with a cement pond system and a carpet pond system, marketing management regarding the cultivation of freshwater fish, and counseling prevent environmental damage to the surrounding land due to excavation to be made of bricks to the community of South Galesong sub-district Takalar district. The trainees gained knowledge about the Utilization of Former Galian Bricks and their Impact on the environment, introduction of catfish farming techniques (Maintenance of seedlings to Sellability), introduction of catfish culture techniques (Marketing Management and Prospects), Manufacturing of Tarpaulin & Cement Ponds. Based on the results achieved, the implementation of training to residents (farmers) Parambambe Village, Galesong District, Takalar District can be successful because the percentage of training indicators can be achieved with a high score. So that at the end of the Camat training and the local government wishes to carry out the retraining of Takalar district.

Abstract

Several related activities include the following: 1)Applying vocational training models in improvingentrepreneurial behaviour for the community (YoungEntrepreneurs, Young Women, and Youth Organization)Paleteang sub-district, Province of Pinrang; 2) Providingguidance to the youth community through mentoring in orderto achieve the desired goals. The companion can also providebenefits as a provision in facing and solving life and lifeproblems as an independent person. Supporting factors forprogram implementation include: (1) sufficient support fromthe district, (2) provision of venue facilities by the district incarrying out activities, (3) good cooperation between localimplementing activities and Youth members. Factorsinhibiting the implementation of activities, among others: (1)limited transportation equipment owned so that it is ratherdifficult to coordinate (2) the distance between the location ofthe activity with the remote head of district office so that it israther difficult to consult with the district (3) lack ofenthusiasm from the community in participating in trainingdue to busyness (work). Based on the achievement of theresults of the courses and training on electronic, computer andmultimedia vocational skills training services Ex. BentengSawitto Village, Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency can besummarized as follows: 1) Increased community participationin electronic service programs, computer maintenance, andgraphic design (multimedia) in Benteng Sawitto Village,Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency; 2) Increasing communityknowledge and skills in electronic service, computermaintenance, and graphic design (multimedia); 3) Increasedpublic awareness about collective behaviour that is not goodfor the economy in Indonesia so that people can repairthemselves if there are damaged.

Abstract

The empowerment activity was carried out for two months in Aeng Batu-batu village, Galesong Utara District, Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Proposed solutions to problems specifically in the making of woven craft crafts based on plastic waste. The steps taken in the implementation of this empowerment can be stated as follows: 1) Departure to the location of KKN, Aeng Batu-Batu village, North Galesong sub-district Takalar; 2) Student socialization to community leaders on the main theme of empowerment and to obtain additional input and information that can be used as support programs; 3) Implementation of the program with the method of reflection, discussion, field practice and making tools; 4) Counseling Activities Making woven craft crafts based on plastic waste. Community awareness increases in loving and protecting the environment, especially in the coastal areas of Aeng Batu - Batu Village, North Galesong District, Takalar Regency. Various types of trash can be used as decoration knick knacks.
