Abstract

Perencanaan suatu struktur gedung tinggi, simpangan akibat gaya lateral sangat penting untuk diperhitungkan dalam perencanaan struktur bangunan tinggi, semakin tinggi bangunan maka semakin besar pula gaya lateral yang memungkinkan terjadinya keruntuhan pada struktur gedung. Untuk menekan besarnya simpangan pada struktur dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan elemen struktur khusus, seperti dinding geser. Dengan adanya dinding geser, kekakuan pada struktur gedung akan bertambah dan gaya lateran pada struktur tidak sepenuhnya akan diterima oleh struktur rangka yang akan mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan simpangan. Gedung Hotel Asher Bali Transit yang bertempat di Jalan Raya Kampus Unud, No. 9, Linkungan Perarudan, Kecamatan Kuta Selatan, Badung, Bali, bangunan ini memiliki tinggi sebesar 15 m yang terdiri dari 4 lantai. Perencanaan dilakukan dengan 2 model yaitu : a) Model eksisting, b) Model Sistem Ganda. Semua input beban, spesifikasi material dan dimensi struktur adalah sama dan hanya berbeda pada penambahan dinding geser pada bangunan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kedua model didapat nilai simpangan lantai terbesar pada model 1 (model eksisting) adalah X=38,968 mm; Y=32,808 mm dan untuk model 2 (model sistem ganda) adalah X=11,534 mm; Y=24,717. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini dapat di lihat bahwa dengan penambahan dinding geser terjadi penurnan simpangan sebesar 81,24% untuk arah X dan 15,54% untuk arah Y. Pada hasil analisis penulangan struktur dapat disimpukan bahwa terjadi penurunan penggunaan tulangan akibat penambahan dinding geser pada arah x. Penurunan paling signifikan terjadi pada tulangan kolom K1 dari 12 D19 menjadi 12 D16, balok B1 untuk daerah tumpuan dari 5 D19 menjadi 6 D16 dan untuk daerah lapangan dari 4 D19 menjadi 4 D16. Dari hasil perencanaan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan dalam pembangunan gedung selanjutnya untuk penggunaan dinding geser pada struktur.

Abstract

Redesign is a work that is planned and reconfigured to achieve specific goals. One of the redesign methods in construction is the flat slab. Flat slab is a two-way reinforced concrete construction that only consists of horizontal elements in the form of slabs without beams, supported by columns. The planning location is in the Empu Kuturan Singaraja State Hindu Religion College Dormitory building. In the data collection process, the method used includes literature studies comprising architectural drawings, soil data, and structural material data. Modeling was performed using ETABS V.20 software. In this research, two models were created: 1) the Existing Model (M.eks) and 2) the Flat Slab Model (M.fs). The objective of this research is to plan the building structure using the flat slab method, compare the structural deflections of the M.eks and M.fs buildings, and also compare the budget aspects of the M.eks and M.fs buildings. In terms of deflection comparison between floors in M.eks and M.fs, the maximum deflection occurs on the 3rd floor in the M.fs method. The deflection in the X direction becomes larger, with a percentage of 47.92%. In the Y direction, it becomes smaller, with a percentage of 52.64%. In terms of budget, the flat slab method (M.fs) is more economical compared to the existing structure (M.eks), with a difference of IDR.1,659,000.00 or a percentage of 0.05%.

Abstract

Road is an access that connects one place to another in one land. This alternative road planning aims to reduce travel time from existing roads. This research was carried out in several steps, namely: problem formulation, location survey, data collection, data processing so that relevant analysis is obtained. The research location will be planned on the Tiyingtali - Tumingal road section, Abang District, Karangasem Regency. The results of this study produce technical calculations for Horizontal Alignment with several types of bends produced, namely: 1 (one) unit of Spiral Circle Spiral bend, and 2 (two) units of Spiral Spiral Bend. With thick pavement, namely Surface Course 2.5 cm, Base Course 10 cm and Sub Base Course 10 cm. So that road users can pass safely and comfortably.

Abstract

Roads are one of the elements that play an important role in determining the development of an area, so it is very important to make a plan for the thickness of the road pavement. In Indonesia, there are generally two methods that are often used to plan the thickness of rigid pavement, namely the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) 1993 and Manual Desain Perkerasan (MDP) 2017 methods. These two methods have several different parameters, where these differences in parameters are adjusted to the regulations that apply in Indonesia. Based on the condition of the existing road which already serves many commercial vehicles, the road can no longer support the load so the road becomes damaged. By looking at the problems that occur, a review is carried out in this planning, such as how to plan the thickness of the rigid pavement based on the AASHTO 1993 method and the MDP 2017 method. How much of the planned budget is needed to plan the thickness of the rigid pavement on the Nuansa Indah Selatan - Cempaka Biru Selatan road, Denpasar City, Bali and compared the two budget plan results to get more economical planning results. After calculating the thickness of the rigid pavement using the ASSHTO 1993 method, we obtained a plate thickness of 36.45 cm, lean concrete of 10 cm, Aggregate Foundation Layer Class A of 15 cm and soil stabilization of 30 cm, and the budget plan required is Rp 8,460,733,187,- whereas with the 2017 MDP method the pavement thickness is 27.5 cm, lean concrete is 10 cm, Aggregate Fondation Layer Class A is 15 cm and soil stabilization is 30 cm with the planned budget required is Rp 6,529,833,757,-. Based on the budget plan results obtained, a good choice to use on this road is to use the 2017 MDP method with a more economical price.

Abstract

The rapid development of infrastructure as it is today has resulted in the closure of green land or vegetation areas. Jembrana Regency is one of the districts that has experienced a shift in land function due to infrastructure development activities and community needs in land use. This study aims to compare the level of vegetation density and the area of density of vegetation area using the NDVI vegetation index method. The results of land cover classification with Landsat 8 imagery in 2016 and 2022 in Jembrana Regency as a data source to analyze NDVI values using the Supervised Classification method resulted in 5 classes consisting of forests, settlements, vacant land, rice fields, and water bodies. The results of the study explained that there was a decrease in land cover in 2016 and 2022 in forests/vegetation, namely 41.76 km2 or 6.23%, , and water bodies by 0.07 km2 or 5.34% . However, on the other hand, there was an increase in the area of land cover in the class of rice fields, settlements, and vacant land by 21,74 km2 or 38,86%; 14.95 km2 or 50.18%; dan 5,14 km2 or 6,05%.. In addition, the overall accuracy test result of land cover classification is 87.50%. The results showed that the map classified by Landsat 8 imagery could be used.

Abstract

Badung Regency is one of the largest contributors to regional economic income, namely in the world of tourism, especially the South Badung area which is famous for its many beach tourism objects which attract many foreign and local tourists. Availability of parking spaces, of course, must have good parking services in order to optimally utilize the available parking space capacity. This research focuses on planning the need for parking space and parking revenue for two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheeled vehicles in the Kelan Beach tourist area, because parking is one of the supports for tourism so that visitors can feel comfortable and can realize an adequate parking pattern. The planned land area for parking two and four-wheeled vehicles at Kelan Beach is 2097.30 m² in total. The survey method used is the cordon count and patrol method. Characteristics of parking for two-wheeled vehicles include the highest volume, namely 461, accumulation of 141 vehicles, duration of 1.63 hours, capacity of 173, turnover rate of 0.18, index of 0.68 less than (<) 1.00, which means the need for parking is below capacity/sufficient, and four-wheeled characteristics include volume maximum of 163, accumulation of 33 vehicles, duration of 1.48 hours, capacity of 49, turnover rate of 0.23, index of 0.57 less than (<) 1.00 which means parking needs are below capacity and do not need expansion. The parking space requirements for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles are 63 and 20 slots respectively. The parking layout at Kelan Beach tourist destination adopts a 90° angle pattern for both two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles, with respective parking space dimensions of 0.75 m x 2.00 m and 2.50 m x 5.00 m. The projected annual parking revenue is estimated at IDR.499,441,667.00, calculated based on fixed rates. Paving blocks are chosen for the parking surface, with a cost of IDR.441,345,000.00.

Abstract

Permasalahan di Kota Denpasar adalah persimpangan 3 (tiga) lengan pada Jl Pulau Kawe - Jl. Pulau Sailus yang terletak di Desa Adat Pedungan, Kecamatan Denpasar. Simpang Jl. Pulau Kawe – Jl. Pulau Sailus saat ini menggunakan sistem manajemen pengendalian simpang tak bersinyal dan masih belum efektif dalam mengatasi terjadinya antrean kendaraan yang cukup padat terutama pada waktu – waktu sibuk (peak hour), dikarenakan aktifitas dari pelajar, pegawai dan pedagang negeri/swasta yang mengerjakan aktifitas mengemudi atau berkendara yang melewati persimpangan ini. Abstract

The Banda-Nyanglan road section is a district road link that connects Klungkung Regency and Bangli Regency. This road is often passed by overloaded vehicles which can cause road damage. Conduct a road condition assessment because there is road damage and needs to be handled quickly and precisely. The aim of the research is to identify types of road damage, identify the level of road damage, identify damage management, and inventory road conditions using Geographic Information System (GIS) maps. Primary data and secondary data were used in this study where the primary data was obtained from direct road damage survey data and secondary data was obtained through the PUPR Office of Klungkung Regency in the form of Regency road maps and basic Regency road data. The flow of this research is identifying road damage, recapitulating road damage data, analyzing data based on the SDI method and inventorying road conditions using GIS maps. The analysis results indicate that the road damage conditions on the Banda-Nyanglan section consist of good, moderate, and lightly damaged conditions, with percentages of 28%, 56%, and 16% respectively. The planned road damage management includes periodic maintenance and routine maintenance. Integrating road condition data into a GIS map can facilitate the communication of road conditions in the form of a road network map. Abstrak Ruas jalan Banda-Nyanglan merupakan ruas jalan kabupaten yang menjadi penghubung antara Kabupaten Klungkung dengan Kabupaten Bangli. Jalan ini sering dilalui kendaraan bermuatan lebih yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan jalan. Dilakukannya penilaian kondisi jalan karena terdapat kerusakan jalan dan perlu ditangani secara cepat dan tepat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis kerusakan jalan, mengidentifikasi tingkat kerusakan jalan, mengidentifikasi penanganan kerusakan, dan menginventarisasi kondisi jalan menggunakan peta Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Digunakan data primer dan data sekunder pada penelitian ini yang dimana data primer didapat dari survei data kerusakan ruas jalan secara langsung dan data sekunder didapat melalui Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Klungkung berupa peta jalan Kabupaten dan data dasar jalan Kabupaten. Alur penelitian ini yaitu, identifikasi kerusakan jalan, rekapitulasi data kerusakan jalan, analisis data berdasarkan metode SDI dan inventarisasi kondisi jalan menggunakan peta SIG. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kondisi kerusakan jalan pada ruas Banda-Nyanglan terdiri dari kondisi baik, kondisi sedang, kondisi rusak ringan, dengan persentase berturut-turut 28%, 56%, dan 16%. Rencana penanganan kerusakan jalan yang dilakukan adalah pemeliharaan berkala dan pemeliharan rutin. Inventarisasi data kondisi jalan ke dalam peta SIG dapat memudahkan dalam menginformasi kondisi jalan yang berbentuk peta jaringan jalan.

Abstract

Activities at school have a direct impact on traffic, especially during school hours. Side obstacles that worsen road performance and increase delays, along with vehicle entry and exit activities to or from school, disrupt traffic performance. While the presence of rise and pull is not a cause of decreased road performance, behavior that does not comply with traffic signs often is. This research uses data collection techniques by direct observation to gather the necessary data at the research site. This observation was carried out directly and lasted for one day to obtain road geometric data, traffic volume, side obstacle data, speed, and trip generation data. Changes were observed in vehicles leaving and heading to SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh during the survey time. The magnitude ranged from 0.8 second/hour to 173.8 second/hour. The low conditions occurred between 08.45-09.45 and the highest conditions between 06.30-07.30. The peak time for the departure or arrival of vehicles at SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh is 06.30-07.30. When SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh operates during peak hours, the traffic volume is less than when it is not operating. It is known that the saturation level fell by 27.39%, traffic volume fell by 1.19%, and road capacity remained unchanged. It is also known that at the peak of trip generation there was a decrease in traffic volume by 10.51%, an increase in road capacity by 4.45%, and a decrease in saturation levels by 29.33% when SMP Negeri 1 Blahbatuh was operating compared to when it was not operating.

Abstract

Jalan Ahmad Yani, Subagan merupakan jalan utama sebagai penghubung kegiatan lokal, wilayah, maupun nasional yang dapat meningkatkan perkembangan pembangunan infrastruktur dan perekonomian di Kabupaten Karangasem. Kendaraan-kendaraan berat sering melintasi jalan ini yang dimana rata-rata memiliki muatan melebihi kapasitas sehingga menyebabkan kerusakan jalan dan memperpendek umur jalan bahkan lebih cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh kelebihan beban pada perkerasan jalan serta menganalisis tingkat sisa umur perkerasan. Analisis menggunakan data survei lalu lintas harian rata-rata dari ruas Jalan Ahmad Yani pada tahun 2023, data tahun 2019 sampai 2022 yang diperoleh dari Satuan Kerja Perencanaan dan Pengawasan Jalan Nasional Provinsi Bali, serta data berat kendaraan. Metode AASHTO 1993 digunakan untuk menganalisis akumulasi Equivalent Single Axle Load (ESAL) selama 15 tahun sesuai dengan desain lalu lintas untuk perkerasan lentur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis nilai ESAL rencana pada akhir tahun sebesar 104.567.128,60 ESA sedangkan nilai ESAL overload pada akhir tahun sebesar 231.491.870,12 ESA. Faktor kerusakan jalan pada ruas Jalan Ahmad Yani dengan perbandingan nilai Vehicle Damage Factor (VDF) rencana dengan nilai VDF overload didapatkan kendaraan truk sedang dengan rasio terkecil 1,01% hingga truk berat dengan rasio terbesar 4,16%. Nilai sisa umur layan kontruksi ruas Jalan Ahmad Yani berdasarkan perencanaan nilai Remaining Life (RL) rencana berada diangka 88,83%, sedangkan sisa umur layan perkerasan berdasarkan RL overloading adalah 84,28% atau terjadi pengurangan umur layan sebesar 4,46%. Hal ini menyimpulkan bahwa muatan berlebih merupakan faktor penyebab terjadinya pengurangan sisa umur layanan perkerasan di Jalan Ahmad Yani.
