Abstract

The prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls in Southeast Asia is categorized as a serious situation with a figure of more than 40 percent. Adolescents, especially girls, are a group that is very vulnerable to anemia, caused by menstruation which causes significant iron loss. Adolescent girls who are healthy and free from anemia will grow into healthy mothers and give birth to healthy children, so this initiative supports the first 1000 days of life program. Adolescent girls are ten times more likely to suffer from anemia than adolescent boys, because they menstruate every month and are in a growth phase that requires more iron intake. Education on handling anemia among adolescent girls aims to provide understanding and knowledge about anemia and the consequences faced. The target of this activity is adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 5 Padang City. Education is carried out through direct counseling and class discussions. It is hoped that participants can better understand and realize the importance of preventing anemia among adolescent girls.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik dari penambahan tepung mocaf dan daging ikan mas terhadap sifat kimia, organoleptik, sesori pada nugget ikan mas yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan SNI 7758:2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian esperimental dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 4 perlakuan. Dengan perbandingan Tepung mocaf dan Daging ikan mas yaitu N1 (100%:0), N2 (30%:70%), N3 (45%:55%), N4(60%:40%) dengan pengulangan sebanyak 2 kali sehingga diperoleh 7 satuan percobaan. Analisa yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini yaitu kadar abu, kadar air, kadar lemak, kadar protein dan kadar karbohidrat, untuk organoleptik uji hedonik berupa tekstur, aroma, rasa dan warna. Perbandingan tepung mocaf dan daging ikan mas formulasi 45%:55% merupakan perlakuan terbaik dengan nilai rata-rata uji hedonik warna 4,17, rasa 4,00, tekstur 4,43 dan keseluruhan 4,37. Kemudian hasil proksimat sebesar kadar air 58,77%, kadar abu 2,00, kadar lemak 0,20, kadar protein 5,69 dan kadar karbohidrat 33,34. Sesuai dengan SNI 7758:2013.

Abstract

The development of digital technology and the popularity of the internet have made e-learning an increasingly popular learning method to support the dissemination of knowledge in interactive e-learning systems. However, currently, multimedia content-based e-learning systems are still under-explored, and most e-learning system models are not yet adaptive. On the other hand, each student has a different learning style when interacting with the content presented to them. The challenges faced if adaptive e-learning is not implemented properly can lead to poor learning outcomes. In this study, a systematic literature review was conducted with the PRISMA framework to study adaptive e-learning. From this study, 6 potential literatures were obtained from 193 literatures in the initial search regarding the implementation of adaptive e-learning systems that can answer global challenges in the future. The main finding of this study is that adaptive e-learning is able to overcome educational gaps in the future because students are increasingly dependent on digital learning systems worldwide. Ease of internet access plays a major role in the emergence of a lifelong learning system that can support students' learning styles. The results of this study can be the basis for further research in detecting students' learning styles as a basis for developing learning materials to support distance learning.

Abstract

Abstract Many mothers are more concerned with the baby condition rather than cleanliness vulva Hygine, it can be seen when mothers do stitching control to hospital and found in a state of less clean and moist. The objective of this study is to analize of primiparous and multiparous knowledge identification about puerperal period. Design of this study was descriptive comparative studies. Population of respondents primiparous and multiparous in Puskesmas Jagir Surabaya of 40 people used techniques non probability sampling with purposive sampling approach as much as 36 respondents. Data analyze with Mann Whitney test p <0,05. Instrument research using questionnaire. The results showed primiparas who has good knowledge 4 (22.3%), insufficient knowledge as much as 6 people (33.3%), lack of knowledge of 8 (44.4%). While Multipara who has good knowledge of 9 (50.0%), insufficient knowledge of 7 (38.9%), lack of knowledge of two people (11.1%). Mann Whitney test results show the value of p = 0.024. So there is a difference between primiparous and Multiparous knowledge. Implication of this study is to provide new knowledge to the public about how to perform vulvar hygiene and public can contact the nearest health facility, so the nurses can provide appropriate education for healthy improve and welfare to primiparous and multiparous mothers. Abstract

Data security is an essential component of ERP system management, particularly given the increasing cyber dangers in the digital age.  This study assesses the maturity of ERP-based information security at PT BroilerX Yogyakarta using the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard.  The growing dependence on digital platforms in agriculture has expedited the implementation of ERP solutions, like Odoo, to optimize business processes.  This research employs a qualitative descriptive case study methodology to examine the implementation of ten ISO domains, utilizing data gathered from interviews with the IT team and analyzed through the Capability Maturity Model Integration.  The findings indicate that the majority of domains attained a maturity level of 4 (Managed), signifying consistent and thoroughly documented processes, although Human Resource Security and Incident Management remained at level 3 (Defined), highlighting the necessity for enhanced automation and proactive incident management.  These findings underscore both the strengths and flaws in ERP security implementation and offer actionable advice to enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS).  This research contextualizes ISO/IEC 27001:2013 within a poultry agritech enterprise, thereby enhancing understanding of the integration of international security standards in technology-driven agribusiness and providing practical insights for similar organizations aiming to bolster their resilience against cyber threats.

Abstract

Worm disease is a health problem that is widely found in the world, nearly 2 billion people are infected with the Soil Transmitted Helminth (STH). Worms belonging to STH are Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura and hookworms (Ancylostoma duodenale and Necator americanus). The diagnosis of intestinal worms is confirmed by microscopic examination of the feces supported by staining. Eosin and lugol have been used as dyes on microscopic examination of feces. Teak leaf (Tectona grandis Linn.f) contain anthocyanin compounds that can be used as natural dyes. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of soaked teak leaf to color the egg stage of the STH parasite when compared with eosin 2% and lugol 2%. The stool examination method used was sedimentation method. The teak leaf soak was obtained by soaking teak leaf with ethanol 96% and concentrated HCL for 24 hours. The results of staining using teak leaf gave an effective value of 100% on Ascaris sp. ang Trichuris sp. eggs, and gave an effective value of 66,7% on Hookworm eggs. Based on the Chi-square test calculations and the Fisher Exact tables, it can be determined that the teak leaf has such significant capabilities as eosin 2% and lugol 2% in coloring the eggs stage of the STH parasites.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial success in the digital era based on literature studies. Entrepreneurial orientation is seen as a key factor that can help entrepreneurs to face challenges and take advantage of opportunities that arise in the digital era. The literature study method is used to collect and evaluate literature related to entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial success in the digital era. The results of this study indicate that a good entrepreneurial orientation can help entrepreneurs develop their skills in utilizing digital technology and adapting to changes in the digital era. This literature study concludes that entrepreneurial orientation is an important factor that needs attention in achieving entrepreneurial success in the digital era.

Abstract

Pembukuan memiliki peranan penting dalam berbisnis, pembukuan yang baik dapat menjadi patokan dasar dalam melihat keberhasilan dalam berbisnis. Pembukuan dapat menjadi landasan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam pengelolaan usaha sebagai contoh dalam penetapan harga maupun pengembangan pasar. UMKM Toko Kelontong bu Hermin belum menerapkan sistem pembukuan dalam menjalankan usahanya.  Minimnya pengetahuan mengenai pembukuan yang baik, mengakibatkan pengusaha UMKM kesulitan dalam penerapan pembukuan dan tidak mengetahui aliran dana usahanya. Komponen pembukuan yang banyak membuat pelaku usaha memiliki pemikiran bahwa pencatatan keuangan akan membebani dan menambah pekerjaan baru. Sehingga dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Toko Kelontong Bu Hermin, penelitian ini memberikan solusi dalam pencatatan keuangan yang lebih praktis dengan menggunakan aplikasi pembukuan NanoApp. Pemilik usaha diberi pelatihan untuk menggunakan aplikasi NanoApp beserta dengan buku panduan menggunakan aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, pemilik usaha mendapatkan kemudahan dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi. Pencatatan barang menjadi lebih sistematis dan catatan pemasukan maupun pengeluaran dapat dimonitor secara langsung. Dengan adanya aplikasi NanoApp, pemilik usaha mendapatkan solusi dari permasalahan yang selama ini dihadapi yaitu tidak adanya pencatatan keuangan.

Abstract

Hubungan Industrial, sebuah hubungan antara tiga pihak yakni Pekerja, Pengusaha, dan juga Pemerintah. Hubungan yang membuat satu pihak bergantung pada pihak lain, dan membuat satu pihak berpengaruh pada pihak lainnya. Hubungan Industrial yang baik menciptakan ekosistem kerja dan bisnis yang baik pula. Namun tak jarang sebagai mana hubungan pada umumnya, hubungan industrial juga menciptakan perselisihan dan konflik. Perselisihan Industrial yang umum terjadi biasanya berkaitan dengan Pekerja dan Penyedia Kerja. Contoh yang paling banyak terjadi adalah Pemberhentian Pegawai sepihak, atau Pelanggaran Kesepakatan Kerja, serta permasalahan kinerja pegawai yang dianggap tidak sesuai dengan harapan penyedia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi penjelasan dan gambaran mengenai Hubungan Industrial, Pemberhentian Pegawai, dan juga Perbedaan Efektifitas Kerja antara Pegawai Tetap dan Pegawai dengan Perjanjian Kerja. Menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literasi, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa hubungan industrial yang baik akan tercipta jika pemahaman peran dan fungsi setiap pihak dikerjakan dengan baik.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the growth of uncontrolled malignant cells in abnormal cells of breast tissue (Osborn, Kathleen Swraa 2010). The patient's coping mechanisms are important to deal with the existing stressors and will have an impact on the anxiety levels facing the patient. Koping can suppress the stressors faced by the patient. The patient's coping mechanisms are important to deal with the existing stressors and will have an impact on the anxiety levels facing the patient. Coping can suppress the stressors faced by the patient so that it can decrease the anxiety level of breast cáncer patients (Gaston-johansson et al. 2013). This research used cross sectional design. The population was taken in oncology dr. Ramelan Hosptal Surabaya. Data collection used a demographic data questionnaire and a COPE Brief questionnaire with medium and low grade coping categories. The results showed that most of the respondents use coping mechanism which is problema oriented that is 21 people (60,0%), 4 people (11,4%) emotion oriented and 10 people (28,6%) oriented to problem and emotion. Coping Mechanism patients who were under going treatment at Rumkital Dr Ramelan Hospital Surabaya place oriented to the problem. Nurses were expected to improve their ability to improve breast cancer patients' coping with peer grouping. Keywords: Coping Mechanism, Breast Cancer
