Abstract

This research examines the utilization of communication platforms by medical record students to disseminate health information effectively. In today's information-driven era, especially within healthcare, the role of efficient communication tools is paramount. The study investigates how various media, including social media, electronic health records, and traditional channels, enhance the ability of medical record students to distribute accurate health information. Qualitative methods are employed to analyze the effectiveness of these communication channels in educating the public about health issues. The findings suggest that utilizing these platforms not only enhances students' proficiency in managing health information but also contributes to improving public health literacy. The study underscores the significance of integrating modern communication technologies into health education curricula. This integration is crucial for equipping future healthcare professionals with the skills needed to serve as trustworthy sources of health information.

Abstract

Medical recorders in assigning disease codes appropriately according to the classification applied in Indonesia use the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10 (ICD-10) guidelines on diseases and medical actions in health services and management so that there are no errors in determining disease diagnoses and actions to be taken to patients. Determination of the diagnosis of the disease and the actions that will be taken to the patient. Based on preliminary studies conducted at the Tk. III Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin Hospital in January 2023, it was found that there were still incompletely written disease diagnoses and incorrect disease diagnosis codes with ICD-10. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of the writing of disease diagnoses and the accuracy of disease coding in patient medical records. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The research design used a cross sectional approach. Sampling was carried out using purposive sampling method based on the number of patient medical records on January 2 - January 28, 2023 and obtained 96 patient medical records. Data collection methods using observation and questionnaires. The conclusion is that in 96 patient medical record files at the Tk. III Dr. R. Soeharsono Banjarmasin Hospital there are 12 incomplete diagnoses filled in and there are 3 incorrect disease diagnosis codes, the cause is because the diagnosis coder has never attended training related to coding competence.

Abstract

Netflix merupakan layanan streaming global untuk semua jenis film dan serial drama televisi yang banyak diminati penonton. Salah satu serial drama yang banyak diminati yaitu serial drama Gadis Kretek. Jenis penelitian yang dimanfaatkan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode Analisis Wacana Kritis Sara Mills. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi posisi subjek-objek yang merepresentasikan ketidaksetaraan gender berdasarkan Analisis Wacana Kritis Sara Mills. Perolehan studi menampilkan jikalau karakter Dasiyah sebagai perempuan mengalami ketidaksetaraan gender dalam industri kretek, dimana ia tidak mempunyai akses yang setara dibandingkan laki-laki.

Abstract

The General Elections Supervisory (BAWASLU) plays a role in supervising the implementation of elections in accordance with the laws and regulations in order to realize people's sovereignty as well as the application of democratic principles or values ​​for the realization of the ideals of a democratic Indonesian society. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which choose the BAWASLU Office of South Lampung Regency as a research location. The focus of the research is the strategy of strengthening human resource capacity by using a strategic management process. The purpose of the research is to find out how the strategy is to increase the human resource capacity of the elections Bawaslu of South Lampung Regency. The results of the study indicate that the strategy carried out by the Bawaslu of South Lampung Regency has been running in accordance with the strategic planning made. Based on the SWOT analysis, which produces quadrant I, which supports an aggressive strategy, it shows that the Bawaslu of South Lampung Regency has great strengths and opportunities in favorable situations so that they can take advantage of existing opportunities and minimize weaknesses and threats around them.

Abstract

One of the innovations in education in facing the development of the era is the implementation of the Independent Curriculum which emphasizes flexible, contextual, and student-centered learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1, West Lampung and the challenges faced in implementing the Independent Curriculum. The data obtained involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum is running well, supported by the quality of human resources, facilities, and adequate technology. However, there are several obstacles such as the lack of further training and ineffective communication between policy implementers. This study recommends the preparation of more structured regulations and SOPs, increasing routine training, and optimizing the use of technology to support curriculum implementation. These findings are expected to be a reference for madrasas and policy makers in improving the quality of education through the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

Masyarakat masih belum mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan dari kualitas pelayanan yang telah diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah, terutama pada substansi pendidikan dengan permasalahan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di Provinsi Lampung yang dinilai kurang maksimal. Dalam hal ini Respon Cepat Ombudsman (RCO) sangat dibutuhkan mengingat cukup singkatnya durasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) yang diselenggarakan oleh SMA Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Respon Cepat Ombudsman (RCO) dan kendala Ombudsman Provinsi Lampung dalam penanganan kasus PPDB di SMA Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Pelecehan seksual bisa dimulai dari ungkapan verbal yang tidak senonoh, perilaku tidak senonoh (mencolek, meraba, mengelus, memeluk), mempertunjukkan gambar porno/jorok, serangan dan paksaan yang tidak senonoh seperti memaksa mencium atau memeluk. Pelecehan seksual memiliki banyak efek buruk bagi psikologis korban yang dapat menyebabkan rasa takut, malu, marah, kacau, kebingungan, ketidakmampuan untuk bertindak, cemas, gangguan tidur, sulit konsentrasi, hilangnya rasa percaya diri, perasaan terisolasi (sendiri), self harm dan dapat berakhir pada depresi. Edukasi peran Satgas PPKS dalam pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual guna menghindari terjadinya cemas dan depresi pada mahasiswa baru STIKes Husada Borneo ini tidak hanya akan meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang peran Satgas PPKS di lingkungan kampus tetapi juga mengajak agar bisa bersama mencegah terjadinya kekerasan seksual yang dapat mengakibatkan masalah kesehatan mental. Pelaksanaan edukasi dievaluasi dengan cara mengajukan pertanyaan kepada responden sebelum penyuluhan dimulai (pre-test) dan kemudian mengajukan pertanyaan kembali setelah penyuluhan selesai (post-test). Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan bahwa mahasiswa baru STIKes Husada Borneo yang sebelumnya memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang akhirnya memiliki pengetahuan yang baik dilihat dari pencapaian kegiatan pre test-post test. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini diharapkan mahasiswa baru STIKes Husada Borneo dapat mempraktekkan ilmu yang didapatkan saat penyuluhan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to support the regeneration of batik artisans in Giriloyo Village through a talent management approach. The activity was carried out using a participatory method that included identifying youth potential, assessing competencies, experiential-based training, and continuous mentoring. The training materials covered batik-making techniques, motif design based on local wisdom, digital marketing, and community leadership. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' technical skills and cultural understanding. Young participants became actively involved in batik production and promotion and established positive collaborations with senior artisans. The program also encouraged the emergence of creative youth communities and raised awareness of the importance of preserving local cultural heritage. This activity demonstrates that a talent-based human resource management strategy can offer effective solutions to regeneration challenges in traditional cultural sectors. Although constraints such as limited facilities and funding remain, the program has made a tangible contribution to strengthening the local creative economy and preserving intangible cultural heritage.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate Beladikar (Character Education Song Bell), a Windows-based digital application that integrates an automatic school bell with national and regional songs to strengthen elementary students’ discipline and patriotism. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), with data analyzed through descriptive statistics. Expert validation indicated the application was “highly feasible,” with mean scores of 90% (content experts) and 92% (media experts). A practicality test involving 10 teachers and one school operator obtained a 91.3% positive response. Effectiveness trials with 120 students showed an average achievement of 85.5%, reflecting significant improvement in punctuality, orderly behavior, and enthusiasm in singing patriotic songs. The findings demonstrate that Beladikar not only supports time management in schools but also embeds character values consistently, thereby contributing to a positive school climate. However, the study was limited by a short trial period and restricted sample scope. Future research is recommended to involve broader educational contexts and enrich the application with interactive and mobile-based features.

Abstract

Purpose: Central Lampung Regency faces complex social challenges due to land disputes, ethnic differences, and economic inequality, which increase the risk of social conflict. The limited capacity of local government officials in identifying and mapping conflict-prone areas is a major obstacle to mitigation efforts. This study aims to enhance the capacity of local government officials in social conflict mapping to support evidence-based preventive policies. Methodology: The social conflict mapping training was conducted in three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Participants from various Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) were trained in conflict theory, mapping techniques, and data utilization for decision-making. The effectiveness of the training was evaluated through pre-tests, post-tests, and feedback questionnaires. Results: The training significantly improved participants' understanding and skills, with the average pre-test score of 60 increasing to 85 in the post-test. Feedback questionnaires indicated high appreciation for the relevance of the materials and interactive learning methods. Participant discussions successfully identified areas with high conflict potential and formulated mitigation strategies based on mapping. Conclusion: Training in Central Lampung effectively improved conflict mapping skills, with increased scores and calls for more practical sessions and sustained support. Limitations: The training was limited by its relatively short duration and constraints in GIS practice facilities. Additionally, the long-term effectiveness of this training has not yet been comprehensively measured. Contribution: This study contributes to improving the capacity of local government officials in social conflict mapping and provides recommendations for future training improvements.
