Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam peningkatan nilai tambah produk dan pengelolaan usaha kacang mete di Kecamatan Bacukiki Kota Parepare.Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh masyarakat di Kecamatan Bacukiki dan sampel ditarik secara purposive sampling yaitu masyarakat yang telah mengikuti pelatihan kewirausahaan padaProgram Pemberdayaan Masyarakat sebanyak 446 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen angket dan diolah serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam peningkatan nilai tambah dan pengelolaan usaha kacang mete di Kecamatan Bacukiki Kota Parepare sangat tinggi diukur dengan indicator; (1) meningkatnya Partisipasi masyarakat dalam program pemberdayaan, (2) meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memproduksi kacang mete higinies dan berkualitas serta siap konsumsi, membuat/menyusun perencanaan bisnis, dan membuat/menyusun pembukuan sederhana, dan (3) meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mewujudkan swadana dan swadaya untuk mengembangkan kelompok usaha kecil/rumah tangga.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan masyarakat, pelatihan kewirausahaan

Abstract

Abstrak. Jeruk pamelo merupakan komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Pangkep, namun demikian masalah dalam pemasaran adalah  daya tawar petani yang rendah akibat kurangnya pengetahuan petani tentang informasi pasar.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur, perilaku, dan kinerja pemasaran jeruk pamelo di Kabupaten Pangkep. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purpossive sampling yaitu Kecamatan Ma’rang yang menjadi sentra produksi jeruk pamelo. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis struktur pasar yang dianalisis dengan melihat jumlah lembaga pemasaran yang terlibat, sifat produk, sumber informasi dan hambatan keluar masuk pasar, serta perilaku pasar dan kinerja pasar yang dianalisis dengan farmer share dan marjin pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran jeruk pamelo memiliki lima saluran pemasaran, struktur pasar untuk pedagang pengumpul dan pedagang besar cenderung oligopsoni.  Pasar untuk pedagang pengecer bersifat persaingan murni. Total marjin yang paling besar terdapat pada saluran III (petani-pedagang pengumpul -pedagang distributor) yaitu sebesar Rp 10.300,-.  Nilai marjin pemasaran yang terkecil terdapat pada saluran IV (petani- pedagang pengumpul- pedagang antar kabupaten) yaitu Rp 7.000,- dengan nilai farmer share sebesar 35 persen, ini menunjukkan bahwa saluran pemasaran yang paling efisien adalah saluran pemasaran IV. Kata Kunci: Jeruk Pamelo, Struktur, Perilaku, Kinerja, Pasar

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze: (1) the magnitude of the direct influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, (2) the magnitude of the direct influence of the family environment on student learning outcomes, (3) the magnitude of the direct influence of learning activities on student learning outcomes, (4) the magnitude of the influence indirectly, learning motivation and family environment on learning outcomes through student learning activities in social studies subjects at SMPN 4 Mangarabombang. This research is a quantitative research with a research designex post facto type which was held at SMPN 4 Mangarabomban in May - July 2022.The population in this study as many as 257 people with the sampling technique is random sampling with a total sample of 156 people. The procedure for collecting data is through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used consisted of: (1) Path Analysis, (2) T-test at a 5% alpha significant level. The results showed that; (1) Learning motivation has a significant effect on learning outcomes with the value of t-count < t-table (3.877 > 1.976), (2) Family environment has an effect but not significant on learning outcomes because the value of t-count < t-table (0.313 <1,976) with a value of of0.025, (3) Learning activities have a significant effect on learning outcomes with the value of t-count < t-table (7,749 > 1,976). (4) Learning motivation has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.262 greater than the direct effect of 0.257, (5) Family environment has an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.259 greater than the direct effect, namely 0.021, (6) Simultaneously, learning motivation and family environment have an indirect effect on learning outcomes through learning activities of 0.521 which is also greater than the direct effect on learning outcomes which is only 0.278. (7) In multiple linear regression, the equation of the linear line Y=2,241+0,403X1+0,025X2+0,816X3.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business intelligence in understanding consumer behavior. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then processed using clustering techniques based on the K-Means algorithm and visualized through an analytics dashboard using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). This study integrates customer relationship management and machine learning as tools to manage, analyze, and visualize consumer behavior data. The results indicate that the application of business intelligence can group consumers into eight clusters based on behavioral patterns and transaction characteristics. The resulting analytics dashboard assists property management in making strategic decisions more efficiently. Furthermore, the use of business intelligence has been proven to enhance effectiveness in understanding consumer preferences, optimizing data management, and supporting marketing strategies. This study recommends implementing data-driven technology to increase the company’s competitiveness amid increasingly intense business competition.

Abstract

The following research aims to ascertain how entrepreneurial knowledge affects the entrepreneurial interest of students of SMK Negeri 1 Makasar. Quantitative research methodology was used in this study and the technique of collecting data used observation, questionnaire, and documentation methods. Students who have learned about entrepreneurship are the target group of the study, and 72 responses are used as the research sample. The method of collecting data using questionnaire data made based on the Liker scale and validated through reliability and validity tests. Analysis was then conducted using simple linear regression. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge has a good and clear effect on the desire to do student entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Makasar. The magnitude of the relationship between entrepreneurial knowledge (X) and entrepreneurial interest (Y) is in the strong group, which is in the interval 0.60-0.799 and the form of a positive correlation where the higher the knowledge of entrepreneurship the higher the desire to do entrepreneurship and vice versa if the lower the knowledge about entrepreneurship, the lower the desire to do entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to test the entrepreneurial readiness model by presenting self-efficacy as an intervening variable that mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial knowledge. The population in this study was all students of the Entrepreneurship Study Program of Makassar State University which amounted to 300 students with a sample of 43 students. The research method used is the Quantitative method. The propotional random sampling technique was used to select a sample of 43 respondents from the Entrepreneurship Students of Makassar State University. Data collection with questionnaires, data analysis through Path Analysis. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, this can be a source of information or reference for teaching staff or lecturers in order to direct and guide students regarding the development of Entrepreneurship readiness, students are expected to further deepen attitudes and knowledge related to business management. but also able to do business ventures and develop them.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a creative ability, interest, and motivation. keen to see opportunities and always open to any input and positive changes that can keep the business growing. Business should have value and be useful. The purpose of this research is to explore creativity, interest, and motivation in entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools, as well as to support Islamic spiritual education in entrepreneurship education. This research is a quantitative research using a data processing approach for Islamic boarding schools in exploring the entrepreneurial process through education at Islamic boarding schools. In this study, data collection used a questionnaire filling technique by sending it to Islamic boarding schools, observing and studying documents. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship is internalized in Islamic boarding schools through religious and entrepreneurial values based on Worship (worship to Allah SWT) and Khidmah (piety to humanity), where all business and economic activities carried out aim to worship Allah SWT. and for the benefit of society.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of promotions using Instagram and TikTok in attracting audience attention. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) How to analyze the effectiveness of promotions using Instagram and TikTok on Isdshop Makassar, 2) What factors influence promotions using Instagram and TikTok on Isdshop Makassar. The objectives to be achieved are to find out: 1) Analysis of the effectiveness of promotions using Instagram and TikTok on Isdshop Makassar, 2) Factors that influence promotions using Instagram and TikTok on Isdshop Makassar. The approach used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data collection techniques used are documentation and observation techniques. The results of the study show that TikTok and Instagram are equally effective platforms and have advantages in improving digital marketing performance on ISDShop Makassar. The effectiveness of digital promotions is influenced by several factors including content creativity, upload frequency, interaction with the audience, selection of publication timing, and use of platform features.

Abstract

The rapid development of the Industry 4.0 era demands that university graduates have competencies aligned with the needs of an increasingly dynamic and technology-based workforce. This study aims to analyze the relevance of the competencies of graduates of the Economics Education Undergraduate Program at Makassar State University for the 2015–2024 period from a tracer study and stakeholder perspective. The study used a quantitative descriptive approach involving 318 alumni and 15 stakeholders, including school principals. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and gap analysis. The results showed that the graduates' employment rate was relatively high and supported by practical and soft skills relevant to the demands of Industry 4.0. These findings emphasize the importance of aligning the curriculum with industry needs, enhancing practice-based learning, and strengthening collaboration with the business world and industry. This research is expected to be the basis for formulating curriculum development policies to increase the competitiveness and relevance of Economics Education graduates
