Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Dampak Lingkungan HidupTerhadap Limbah Pabrik Gula Di Kabupaten Bombana Perspektif Fikih Bi’ ah.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Watu-Watu Kecamatan Lantari Jaya KabupatenBombana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui analisismengenai dampak lingkungan hidup di pabrik gula bombana, (2) untukmengetahui penanggulangan limbah pabrik gula di bombana, (3) untukmengetahui tinjauan fikih bi’ ah limbah industri. Data yang di temukan melauidata observasi, wawancara dengan 10 orang informan serta didukung olehdata sekunder peneliti mendapatkan data KA-Andal dan RKL/RPL pabrik gula.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada dampak limbah cair pabrikgula di Bombana memiliki dampak negatif dan positif. Dampak negatifnyayaitu limbah cair yang dihasilkan mengeluarkan bau yang tidak sedap,sedangkan untuk dampak positifnya limbah cair yang dialirkan oleh pabrik gulabisa dipakai untuk mengairi sawah para petani pada musim kemarauwalaupun masih berbau tetapi tidak mempengaruhi hasil panen para petani,untuk masyarakat juga yang terkena dampak sering diberikan gula secaragratis oleh pihak pabrik gula. Berdasarkan tinjauan hukum islam khususnyafikih bi’ ah limbah pabrik gula di Bombana belum sesuai sepenuhnya dengankaidah kemaslahatan dan menolak kemafsadatan dalam penjagaan danpelestarian lingkungan hidup.Kata Kunci : Analisis Dampak Lingkungan Hidup, Limbah Pabrik, Fikih Bi’ ah.

Abstract

Penelitian empiris ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kasus kekerasan pada anak di masa pandemi covid-19 di Kota Kendari dengan menggunakan perspektif Maqasid Syariah yaitu Hifdzun an-Nafs (memelihara jiwa). Kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Kota Kendari selama masa pandemi Covid-19 sangat signifikan perbedaannya dari sebelum dan pada saat pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Kendari yang menangani kasus kekerasan terhadap anak dimasa pandemi Covid-19 memaparkan pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 22 laporan, 2020 19 laporan, 2021 sebanyak 25 Kasus Terhadap Anak (KTA). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 4 responden, dengan pengumpulan data secara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa orang tua belum mampu menjaga jiwa dan akalnya. Seharusnya orang tua melindungi anak nya tetapi melakukan tindakan kekerasan pada anak nya sendiri, dari tinjauan Hifdzun An-Nafs sudah sangat melenceng jauh, karena didalam penjelasan hifdzun an-Nafs adalah memelihara atau menjaga jiwa. Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kekerasan pada anak di masa pandemi covid-19 diantaranya : faktor ekonomi, faktor lingkungan, faktor pendidikan, dan pola asuh.  Upaya Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak dalam penanggulangan kekerasan pada anak dimasa pandemi covid-19 Di Kota Kendari dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu : upaya preventif, upaya represif.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the paradigm of ecotheology as a response to the global ecological crisis rooted in anthropocentrism and the secularization of the relationship between humans and nature. The research employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach and hermeneutical analysis of Islamic theological sources, particularly the concepts of cosmic tawhid, khalifah (stewardship), mīzān (balance), the prohibition of fasād (corruption/destruction), and ihsan (moral excellence). The findings indicate that an ideal ecotheological paradigm should be developed through the integration of spiritual awareness, ecological ethics, and sustainable social praxis. Ecotheology functions not merely as an environmental ethic, but as an epistemological foundation and civilizational orientation that affirms the interconnectedness of humans, nature, and God. The resulting operational model of ecotheology positions spirituality as the basis of ecological consciousness, ethics as moral regulation, and ecological action as its concrete implementation in social life.
