Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of attractiveness, accessibility, and amenities on customer loyalty related to the intention to revisit Telaga Kusuma Karanganyar agrotourism and waterpark. This research method is quantitative. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The population in this study was all Telaga Kusuma Karanganyar Agrotourism and Waterpark. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. The number of samples in this study was 200 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique was carried out with the help of structural tests (SEM) and hypothesis tests (PLS), with SmartPLS software. The results showed that attractiveness had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Accessibility had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Amenities had a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, product quality, and price on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is all respondents, both men and women who are buyers and customers who have purchased Bluder Bread at Bluder Cokro. The number of samples for this study were 165 respondents. The sampling technique can be classified as non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data source used in this research is primary data. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was made using a Likert scale format. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Price, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Manggala Beauty Clinic in Blora City. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were all people or customers who had treated and used products from Manggala Beauty Clinic. The number of samples in this study were 160 respondents. The sampling technique is non-probability with purposive sampling. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used in this research is through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis with Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction can partially mediate the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. Abstract

Tourism is an important sector in national development. Competition for tourist destinations, including Grojogan Sewu Nature Tourism Park, is getting tighter. To compete, managers must offer competitive prices and quality services. Precise price and good service are not only attractive, but also retain customers. Customer satisfaction is the key to success, as it has an impact on loyalty and positive recommendations. The purpose of this study is to see how price and service quality affect customer happiness and loyalty at Grojogan Sewu Nature Tourism Park in Karanganyar. The research method adopted was quantitative. Data was collected via a questionnaire completed by 100 visitors to the location. The analysis technique employed was Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) utilizing SMARTPLS 3.0 software. The study's findings reveal that pricing and service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn has a favorable and significant effect on customer retention. This demonstrates how right pricing and outstanding service may boost customer happiness and loyalty at Grojogan Sewu Nature Tourism Park.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of advertising and brand image on online purchasing decisions in shopee consumers. To determine the effectiveness of advertising and brand image on shopee consumers.This study also analyzes whether advertising and brand image have an effect on online purchasing decisions on shopee consumers. The population in this study were people who used the shopee application and the sample studied was 165 respondents (sample). The data was examined using smartPLS.The results of hypothesis testing that have been carried out show that: 1) Advertising has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. 2) Advertising has a positive effect on brand image. 3) Brand image is positive for purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The transportation sector plays a crucial role in facilitating human mobility, moving production factors, and transporting goods to markets. Trains, with their large transportation capacity and dedicated lanes, are a preferred mode of transport. As part of its community service mission, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia aims to ensure that all citizens, including individuals and organizations, experience convenience, comfort, and security. To achieve this, a study was conducted to measure the impact of price perceptions and service quality on purchasing decisions, with customer trust as the mediating factor. The research involved 74 respondents using the KAI Access application, and the analysis was done using the Smart PLS3.0 tool. The results of the assessment showed that price perception and service quality both had a positive and significant impact on trust. Similarly, price perception and service quality independently had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Trust was found to play a significant role in mediating the influence of both price perception and service quality on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Permintaan sayuran di Kota Madiun terus meningkat. Faktor adanya peningkatan tersebut karena pemerintah telah mencanangkan program “Warung Stop Stunting” (WSS) dalam rangka untuk menekan angka kasus balita pendek (stunting). Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) Ngongak Tanduran merupakan usaha budidaya tanaman sayuran yang ingin memenuhi permintaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang strategi bisnis P2L Ngongak Tanduran dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan 9 elemen BMC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Segmen Konsumen P2L Ngongak Tanduran adalah Pasar Massa (mass market); Nilai Proposisi P2L Ngongak Tanduran menggunakan pestisida nabati, harga bersaing dengan kelompok lain, serta kualitas sayuran yang baik; Saluran P2L Ngongak Tanduran berupa direct selling, festival, dan Sunday Market; Hubungan Pelanggan P2L Ngongak Tanduran dengan memberikan promosi berupa memajang produk sayuran saat kegiatan festival maupun Sunday Market maupun juga melakukan interaksi konsumen secara langsung; Alur Pendapatan P2L Ngongak Tanduran berasal dari penjualan produk sayur; Aktivitas Kunci P2L Ngongak Tanduran yaitu pengadaan bahan baku, produksi dan budidaya, pemasaran dan distribusi, serta pengembangan produk; Sumberdaya Kunci P2L Ngongak Tanduran adalah lokasinya yang strategis serta menggunakan bibit yang unggul; Mitra Kunci P2L Ngongak Tanduran adalah Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian (DKPP) Kota Madiun serta HOREKA; serta Struktur Biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh P2L Ngongak Tanduran untuk menjalankan usahanya adalah pengadaan bibit, pengadaan pupuk, pengadaan pestisida, perluasan lahan, dan peningkatan infrastruktur lahan tanam.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of consumer lifestyles and product knowledge mediated by perceived ease of use on online shopping decisions among online shopping consumers in Sukoharjo using quantitative research methods and SMART PLS 4 analysis tools. The population in this study is online shopping consumers in Sukoharjo district using a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive sampling approach with a sample size of 153 according to the criteria. The results of this research show that Consumer Lifestyles and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant influence on Online Shopping Decisions, while Product Knowledge does not have a significant influence on Online Shopping Decisions, Consumer Lifestyles and Product Knowledge have a positive and significant influence on Online Shopping Decisions which is mediated by Perceived Ease of Use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun Jawa Timur pada Bulan Mei 2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor-faktor psikologi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen ikan segar, dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor psikologi apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumen ikan segar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebesar 34 dimana sebagai pegawai (dosen dan tenaga kependidikan) di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Ikan segar dikonsumsi yang terbanyak yaitu didominasi pegawai yang berpenghasilan Rp 1.000.000 - Rp 3.000.000,-/bulan. Faktor-faktor psikologis sebagai sebuah proses yang terdiri dari motivasi, pengamatan, belajar, dan sikap cukup mampu menjelaskan dan memberikan pengaruh nyata secara bersama-sama terhadap perilaku konsumen di dalam memutuskan untuk mengkonsumsi ikan segar di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun. Keempat faktor tersebut mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 55,2% terhadap konsumsi ikan segar, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 44,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Di dalam faktor-faktor psikologis tersebut, variabel motivasi dan sikap merupakan variabel yang berperan memberikan pengaruh nyata secara sendiri-sendiri terhadap perilaku konsumen untuk memutuskan mengkonsumsi ikan segar atau tidak di Universitas Muhammadiyah Madiun.

Abstract

Harga saham pada pasar modal selalu berfluktuasi setiap waktu. Faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham antara lain kondisi perekonomian, laju inflasi, penawaran dan permintaan. Dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk membeli, menahan, dan menjual saham, investor memerlukan sebuah informasi berupa prediksi harga saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil prediksi gerakan saham syariah JII70 menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakan yaitu harga minyak mentah, kurs dollar, suku bunga, inflasi, laju PDB, dan IHSG. Data yang digunakan adalah data Bulan Juli 2021 hingga Bulan Juli 2023. Data harga saham yang diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance dilakukan prepocessing data agar data yang diperoleh dapat diramalkan menggunakan regresi secara akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah harga saham JII70 secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga minyak mentah, kurs dollar, suku bunga, inflasi, laju PDB, dan IHSG, dengan kontribusi sebesar 77,52%. Variabel harga minyak mentah, suku bunga BI, dan laju PDB memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap harga saham JII70, sedangkan variabel kurs dollar, inflasi, dan IHSG memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap harga saham JII70.
