Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors that influence Corporate Sustainability Performance in creating a green strategy for companies in the agricultural sector, particularly Crude Palm Oil (CPO) companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data from 11 Crude Palm Oil (CPO) agricultural companies during the 2021–2024 period, resulting in a total of 44 data observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression with panel data. The results show that institutional ownership, independent commissioners, Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) jointly have a significant effect on Corporate Sustainability Performance in creating a green strategy for agricultural CPO companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a coefficient of determination of 40.6367%. The remaining 59.3633% is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as firm size, managerial ownership, firm age, environmental performance, and corporate social responsibility disclosure policy. Partially, the findings reveal that institutional ownership has a positive but insignificant effect, independent commissioners have a negative but insignificant effect, Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect, and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect.

Abstract

Pak choy farming is the organized cultivation of bok choy plants to produce economically valuable agricultural products. This study aims to determine the current state of hydroponic and conventional bok choy cultivation techniques and to compare the feasibility of hydroponic and conventional bok choy farming. A total of 18 bok choy farmers were interviewed. The analysis used in this study was the R/C Ratio and B/C Ratio. The results indicate that both cultivation methods are feasible because they have R/C and B/C ratios above 1. The hydroponic method offers advantages in land use efficiency and environmental control, while the conventional method is more cost-efficient due to lower costs. Each method presents its own challenges, both technically and financially. Therefore, the choice of cultivation method is tailored to the conditions and capabilities of the farmer, as well as the objectives of the farming business.

Abstract

              Penelitian ini Bertujuan Untuk : 1) Mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang ada dalam menjalankan usaha dan 2) Merumuskan strategi alternatif dalam pengembangan usaha Teh Daun Sirsak Sadaputea Pada UKM Mafahim Gorontalo Desa Helumo Kecamatan Mootilango Kabupten Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah metode survei, dengan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu pembobotan menggunakan tabel EFAS dan IFAS. Hasil Penelitian yaitu 1) Aspek-aspek yang ada dalam lingkungan internal antara lain: (a) bahan baku mudah diperoleh, b) harga yang cukup terjangkau, c) daya tahan produk, d) proses produksi, dan 2) Aspek lingkungan eksternal yaitu ; a) perkembangan teknologi, b) dukungan pemerintah, c) masuknya produk sejenis yang lebih murah, d) ancaman pendatang baru yang membuat produk sama.Posisi Usaha Teh Daun sirsak Sadaputea UKM Mafahim Gorontalo berada pada Kuadran I (Agresif), sehingga strategi yang paling utama dapat diterapkan adalah Strategi SO yaitu Menjaga kestabilan harga dan meningkatkat kualitas produk sehingga memberikan rasa puas kepada konsumen.
