Abstract

ABSTRAK COVID-19 adalah infeksi pernafasan yang muncul pertama kali pada Desember 2019 di kota Wuhan, provinsi Hubei, Cina. Gejala utama COVID-19 seperti demam, batuk kering, kelelahan, mialgia, sesak napas, dan dyspnoea. Penularan SARS-CoV-2 dapat terjadi dari manusia ke manusia lain, terutama di antara anggota keluarga dan teman-teman yang berhubungan dekat dengan pasien dengan COVID-19 atau orang yang terinfeksi COVID-19 tetapi tanpa gejala. COVID-19 telah menyebar luas dan dengan cepat, dari kota Wuhan, ke bagian lain dunia dan mengancam kehidupan banyak orang termasuk Indonesia. Edukasi tentang pandemi COVID-19 penting untuk dilakukan, termasuk pada warga Gereja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku warga Jemaat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jemaat Smirna GKII Klasis Dofonsolo Kabupaten Jayapura Provinsi Papua, dengan desain cross-sectional dengan teknik sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku Jemaat menunjukkan hasil yang baik, terdapat perbedaan pada karakteristik pekerjaan untuk aspek pengetahuan dan karakteristik pendidikan untuk aspek sikap. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa anggota Jemaat Smirna GKII Klasis Dofonsolo Kabupaten Jayapura Provinsi Papua memiliki pemahaman yang baik terkait pandemi covid-19 dan menerapkan perubahan pola hidup bersih dan sehat pada masa pandemi. Kata Kunci: Jemaat GKII Smirna Papua, Pandemi Covid-19, Pengetahuan, Perilaku, Sikap

Abstract

Creative thinking ability is one of the skills of 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration and Communication) that students must have. However, students' creative thinking skills are still quite low, so learning is needed that can improve students' creative thinking skills, one of which is by using a creative problem-solving learning model. This study aims to analyze the effect of creative problem-solving learning model on students' creative thinking skills, based on material, school level and region. The research used is quantitative research with meta-analysis method. This study used 16 articles and theses with a range of years 2013-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by coding and measuring effect size. The results found that the effect size of the creative problem-solving learning model on creative thinking skills was 1.32, which was in the very high category. Based on the material, there are nine materials with an effect size that shows the creative problem-solving model has a high influence. Based on school level, the effect size obtained in high school is 1.40 and in junior high school is 1.78. Based on region, there are nine provinces with an effect size that shows the creative problem-solving model has a high effect

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze learning independence and learning motivation as determinants of increasing students' critical thinking in 21st century learning. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 100 students. The instruments used are tests and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis including hypothesis testing T test, F test and R2 test. 1) Learning independence has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in 21st century learning, 2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in 21st century learning, and 3) Learning independence and learning motivation have a positive effect and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills in 21st century learning. The findings of this study indicate the importance of independent learning and learning motivation in improving students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Problem-based learning can improve conceptual understanding and constructive thinking. This research aims to develop a problem-based learning model design and an ideal family or cell group worship design. Family worship or cell group worship is a worship that is carried out regularly once a week. This research was conducted at the Smirna GKII Sentani Papua Congregation, qualitative, data collection was carried out through observation and review of articles. The problem-based learning model developed consists of six stages, namely determining the problem; problem analysis; information retrieval; synthesis of knowledge; conclusion and evaluation of the problem-solving process; as well as evaluation of activities. The worship design developed includes leading praise and opening prayers (initial activities), prayers, preaching God's Word, devotionals (core activities), intercessory prayers and offerings, concluding (final activities). The problem-based learning model is carried out on the core activities and the problems discussed are raised from the bible passages read. During the process of core activities, church members play an active role in discussions, expressing opinions, explore Bible passages related to the problems discussed, providing solutions to problems appropriately based on Bible verses. This model is expected to be used as an alternative model in the implementation of family worship or cell groups, because it can empower congregation members.Keywords: Problem Based Learning Model; Smirna GKII Sentani Chruch; Worship; JonahAbstrakPembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual dan pemikiran konstruktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan desain model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan desain ibadah keluarga atau kelompok sel yang ideal. Ibadah keluarga atau kelompok sel dimaksud merupakan ibadah yang dilakukan secara rutin satu kali dalam seminggu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jemaat Smirna GKII Sentani Papua, bersifat kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan review artikel. Model pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang dikembangkan terdiri dari enam tahap, yaitu menentukan masalah; analisis masalah; penelusuran informasi; sintesis pengetahuan; kesimpulan dan evaluasi proses pemecahan masalah; serta evaluasi kegiatan. Desain ibadah yang dikembangkan meliputi memimpin pujian dan doa pembukaan (kegiatan awal), doa, pemberitaan Firman Tuhan, renungan (kegiatan inti), doa syafaat dan persembahan, penutup (kegiatan akhir). Model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dilakukan pada kegiatan inti dan masalah yang dibahas diangkat dari bagian Alkitab yang dibaca. Selama proses kegiatan inti berlangsung, anggota jemaat berperan aktif dalam diskusi, mengemukakan pendapat, melakukan penelusuran bagian alkitab yang terkait dengan masalah yang dibahas, memberikan solusi terhadap masalah dengan tepat berdasarkan ayat Alkitab. Model ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan alternatif model dalam pelaksanaan ibadah keluarga atau kelompok sel, karena dapat memberdayakan anggota jemaat.Kata kunci: Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah; Jemaat Smirna GKII Sentani; Ibadah; Yunus

Abstract

I am using educational game tools as learning media in playing while learning is an important topic in children's education. As an artificial intelligence, I cannot provide an analysis of this discussion because I cannot evaluate the truth of the debate or research methodology. This research analyzes educational game tools as learning media in playing while teaching activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Triangulation is the method used, which includes interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings of this study are that the use of educational game tools in learning can increase children's interest and motivation in learning and help develop children's social, cognitive, and motor skills. I am using educational game tools as learning media in playing activities while learning has great potential to improve children's learning. However, parents and teachers must do it properly and support its use. Further research must be done to reveal its potential, limitations, and influence on the child's development.

Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan, manajemen pembelajaran berbasis teknologi semakin penting. Para guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SMP se-Distrik Sentani dapat memanfaatkan Kahoot dan TeamViewer untuk meningkatkan keefektifan proses pembelajaran. Melalui penerapan sistem manajemen pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, yaitu Kahoot dan TeamViewer. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi para guru PAK pada SMP yang berada di Distrik Sentani. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan PkM ini memberikan kontribusi yang efektif atau pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan 20 orang guru PAK dalam memanfaatkan administrasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Sehingga, kemampuan ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan standar pengajaran di dalam kelas. Dengan mengintegrasikan Kahoot dan TeamViewer ke dalam pengembangan guru PAK, banyak manfaat yang dapat diperoleh, termasuk peningkatan kecakapan teknologi di antara 20 orang guru PAK, aksesibilitas pendidikan yang lebih luas, peningkatan efisiensi pembelajaran, dan peningkatan kolaborasi.

Abstract

The destruction of forests in Indonesia has resulted in disasters and threatens the future of humanity on earth. Using forests for personal interests is an action that humans should prohibit. Theological reflection or Christian perspective studies are needed to encourage a contemplative approach to forests. This paper aims to examine the issue of ecological crisis in Indonesia with a biblical approach. A qualitative methodology of literature review approach is used in this article. The research reveals that deforestation continues to be the most significant form of land degradation in Indonesia. Although the Central Bureau of Statistics reported a substantial decrease in deforestation in Indonesia from 2019 to 2020, the country lost 213 million hectares of forest, equivalent to 3.5 times the size of Bali Island, between 2015 and 2020. Therefore, eco theology seeks to critique the Christian tradition to raise public awareness of the ecological crisis and not just concern for the environment. Awareness of forest sustainability should be instilled in the younger generation through planting programs to develop a sense of belonging, appreciation, and responsibility for the forest. This is an expression of gratitude to the Owner, God, while at the same time showing love to others and ensuring the preservation of the planet for future generations. Pemanfaatan hutan untuk kepentingan pribadi adalah tindakan yang seharusnya dilarang oleh manusia. Dibutuhkan refleksi teologi atau kajian perspektif Kristen untuk mendorong pendekatan kontemplatif terhadap hutan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji persoalan krisis ekologi di Indonesia dengan pendekatan biblis. Metodologi kualitatif pendekatan tinjauan literatur digunakan dalam artikel ini. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa deforestasi terus menjadi bentuk degradasi lahan yang paling signifikan di Indonesia. Meskipun Badan Pusat Statistik melaporkan penurunan deforestasi yang signifikan di Indonesia dari tahun 2019 hingga 2020, kenyataannya negara ini kehilangan 213 juta hektar hutan, atau setara dengan 3,5 kali luas Pulau Bali, antara tahun 2015 dan 2020. Oleh karena itu, ekoteologi berusaha untuk mengkritik tradisi Kristen untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang krisis ekologi, dan bukan hanya sekedar kepedulian terhadap lingkungan. Kesadaran akan kelestarian hutan harus ditanamkan kepada generasi muda melalui program penanaman, sehingga mereka dapat mengembangkan rasa memiliki, menghargai, dan bertanggung jawab terhadap hutan. Hal ini merupakan ungkapan rasa syukur kepada Sang Pemilik, Tuhan, dan sekaligus menunjukkan rasa cinta kasih kepada sesama, serta memastikan kelestarian planet ini untuk generasi mendatang.Kata Kunci: kehilangan hutan; kehilangan masa depan; krisis ekologi; pendekatan biblis

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of using various learning models in learning at school. In learning students tend to be passive and only act as recipients of information from the teacher. In addition, the learning model used by teachers is still conventional or teacher-centered. The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of the Problem-Based Learning model on students' learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a quantitative experiment. While the population of this study were MA class students. Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Malang, with a sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data collection technique used is documentation of student scores and questionnaires. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis that the Problem Based Learning Model influences Aqidah Akhlaq Learning Outcomes at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Ulum, according to the records of the Aqidah Akhlaq subject teacher scores show an average value of 77.4 which is included in the very good category. So, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes in the Aqidah Akhlaq subject at Mambaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Malang are influenced by one of the learning models, namely Problem Based Learning.

Abstract

Understanding religious moderation literacy at SMP Negeri 5 Sentani is an urgent need to anticipate future social challenges. In order to answer this need, a team of lecturers from the STAKPN Sentani Christian Religious Education Department held community service activities with the main aim of increasing understanding of religious moderation literacy among students. This activity proved to be very relevant and effective in addressing the issue of religious moderation in the school. The PkM team succeeded in delivering material regarding the challenges of practicing religious moderation, the role of education in advancing moderation, as well as strategies for increasing religious moderation literacy in a way that was easy for students to understand. As a result, this activity had a significant positive impact on increasing knowledge of religious moderation literacy for students at SMP Negeri 5 Sentani.

Abstract

Community Service Activities by STAKPN Sentani Postgraduate lecturers and educational staff at the Kalam Kudus Doyo Baru Congregation aim to equip the millennial generation to face the challenges of globalization on faith and spirituality. In the modern era filled with the flow of digital information, values such as secularism, materialism and moral relativism often conflict with Christian teachings. Through lecture methods, group discussions and Biblical training, this activity provides participants with in-depth insight into the importance of maintaining the foundations of faith amidst the negative influences of globalization. This activity also emphasizes the role of technology as a means of deepening faith and the importance of a strong spiritual community among millennials. As a result, the younger generation of the Kalam Kudus Doyo Baru Congregation is better prepared to face cultural shifts without losing their Christian identity. With creative and relevant approaches, such as the use of digital media and innovative services, it is hoped that participants will become more actively involved in church life. This service succeeded in having a significant impact in strengthening the faith and spirituality of the millennial generation, as well as strengthening their commitment to maintaining Christian values in the era of globalization.
