Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran teknologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas sistem pendidikan di Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat, untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapan teknologi pendidikan di Indonesia dibandingkan dengan Amerika Serikat dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan strategi dan pendekatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan antara Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian kepustakaan melibatkan pengumpulan laporan dan data secara ekstensif dengan menggunakan berbagai literatur, artikel, buku, catatan, majalah, referensi lain, dan temuan penelitian terdahulu relevan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia dan Amerika Serikat. Indonesia memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pemerataan akses pendidikan, terutama di wilayah terpencil, namun masih menghadapi kendala infrastruktur, pelatihan guru, dan anggaran. Sebaliknya, Amerika Serikat telah mengintegrasikan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan VR untuk pembelajaran personal dan interaktif, didukung oleh infrastruktur yang merata dan kebijakan yang terdesentralisasi.

Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern education has increased significantly, especially since the Society 5.0 era, which emphasizes the integration of technology with human needs. AI has been used for various learning functions, such as personalized content, adaptive learning, automated assessments, virtual tutors, and real-time analysis of student learning progress. This literature review aims to identify the challenges and opportunities for implementing AI in modern learning across various educational contexts. The analysis of current literature indicates that AI holds significant potential for improving learning effectiveness through the automation of teacher administrative tasks, increased access to digital learning resources, and the development of data-driven personalized learning models. However, key challenges identified include school infrastructure readiness, teacher digital skills, algorithm accuracy, data bias, and ethical issues related to student data privacy and security. These literature findings provide insight that the success of AI implementation in schools is heavily influenced by technological readiness, clear regulations, and increased educator capacity in AI literacy. Therefore, AI implementation is not only a technological transformation but also a pedagogical transformation and digital culture within the education ecosystem. This research provides a theoretical foundation for policy development, implementation models, and further research on AI in future education.

Abstract

The development of digital technology in the context of modern education has driven significant changes in the strategies, approaches, and learning media used by educators. One innovation considered effective in enhancing the learning experience is the use of interactive learning media. This literature review aims to analyze the role, benefits, and challenges of integrating interactive learning media in increasing active student participation at various levels of education. Through a review of academic articles, the latest scientific journals, and research reports during the 2018–2025 publication period, it was found that interactive learning media such as animated videos, game-based learning applications (gamification), Augmented Reality (AR), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital simulations can have a positive impact on student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The study also shows that interactive learning can improve students' critical thinking skills, collaboration, and creativity through responsive and adaptive two-way learning activities. However, several challenges remain, such as teacher readiness, access to technology, training in digital media use, and selecting media appropriate to learning objectives. Based on the results of the literature analysis, the integration of interactive learning media is considered a relevant and strategic pedagogical solution to support active student participation, particularly in the era of technology-based learning and the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

The development of information technology has brought significant changes in the world of education, including the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a learning medium. One implementation is the use of AI chatbots as learning assistants to support student independence and improve learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of AI chatbots in learning for eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Baraka. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a single-group pretest-posttest design. The study population was all eighth-grade students with a sample of 32 students selected purposively. The research instruments were learning outcome tests and learning independence questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests to see significant improvements in learning outcomes. The results showed that the use of AI chatbots as learning assistants had a positive impact on student learning independence, as seen from the average independence score increasing from 65.3 to 81.7. In addition, student learning outcomes also showed significant improvements, with an average pretest score of 62.5 and a posttest score of 79.4. These findings indicate that AI chatbots can be an effective learning medium to encourage student independent learning and improve academic outcomes. This study recommends the routine integration of AI chatbots into the learning process as a strategy to increase student motivation, independence, and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan konsentrasi efektif pupuk Gandasil D terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kakao klon MCC 02, BB 01 dan S2. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan Rampoang Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo, di Kelurahan To’ Bulung, Kecamatan Bara, Kota Palopo, pada bulan Juni – Agustus 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis klon (K) dan faktor kedua adalah Gandasil D (G). Penelitian ini terdiri dari 12 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, sehingga dalam penelitian ini terdapat 36 unit percobaan, setiap unit percobaan terdapat 2 sampel tanaman sehingga terdapat 72 sampel tanaman. Adapun percobaan yang digunakan yaitu : K1G0 = klon MCC 02 tanpa perlakuan, K1G1 = klon MCC 02 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 0,5 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K1G2 = klon MCC 02 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 1 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K1G3 = klon MCC 02 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 1,5 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K2G0 = klon BB 01 tanpa perlakuan, K2G1 = klon BB 01 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 0,5 g/ 100 ml air pertanaman , K2G2 = klon BB 01 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 1 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K2G3 = klon BB 01 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 1,5 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K3G0 = klon S2 tanpa perlakuan, K3G1 = klon S2 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 0,5 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K3G2 = klon S2 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 1 g/100 ml air pertanaman, K3G3 = klon S2 + Gandasil D konsentrasi 1,5 g/100 ml air pertanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pupuk Gandasil D terhadap beberapa klon bibit kakao menunjukan hasil berbeda nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang. Perlakuan G1 (Gandasil D 0,5 g/100ml air pertanaman) merupakan konsentrasi Gandasil D yang efektif untuk pertumbuhan bibit kakao, dengan rata-rata tinggi tanaman 54 cm, diameter batang 5,8 mm, jumlah daun sempurna 9,9 helai dan jumlah daun flush 1,3 helai. Perlakuan klon kakao menunjukan hasil berbeda nyata pada tinggi tanaman. Perlakuan K2 (Klon BB 01) merupakan klon kakao yang menunjukan pertumbuhan terbaik, dengan rata-rata tinggi tanaman 58,81 cm, diameter batang 6,1 mm, jumlah daun sempurna 10,8 helai dan jumlah daun flush 1,3 helai.

Abstract

The use of renewable energy sources has become widespread throughout the world as a step to reduce dependence on fossil energy. Hybrid electric power systems that use renewable energy as their base have been adopted as a solution to produce energy efficiently. In this paper, the hybrid system discussed is hybrid PV, wind turbine and battery storage. This hybrid design system is very dependent on the load profile, potential energy sources, and geographical location of the research location. This research discusses the technical design and capital costs of a hybrid electric power system which will be implemented as a practicum alternative energy source on the ATS campus, Sorowako. Irradiance, temperature, average wind speed and component sizing are the main parameters discussed. Design technical and economic analysis (capital cost) using MATLAB software with the wild horse optimization (WHO) algorithm. The results of the WHO analysis will be compared with the analysis of a common optimization method, namely PSO. And the results obtained from the WHO and PSO analyzes are not much different, but the WHO analysis reaches its convergence value faster, namely in the 20th iteration, while the PSO analysis reaches its convergence value in the 40th iteration. The capital cost value obtained by the WHO analysis is $ 198,363.05 with a total of 772 PV units, a total of 1 unit of WT, and a total of 54 batteries.
