Abstract

Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) adalah instansi kesehatan masyarakat yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat. Kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan Puskesmas sangat dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan dan ketepatan petugas dalam menanggapi pasien. Perkembangan teknologi akhir-akhir ini telah memungkinkan pelayanan yang lebih cepat kepada masyarakat, terutama di sisi rekam medis. Maka dari itu penelitian ini melakukan pengelolaan data rekam medis yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah aktifitas pada Puskesmas Pemulutan, maka dari itu dibangunlah sebuah aplikasi system berbasis Netbeans IDE 7.1.1 dan menggunakan server XAMPP yang bertujuan untuk mengelola data pasien dan rekam medis yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah karyawan puskesmas pemulutan. Aplikasi yang di hasilkan dapat melakukan aktifitas pendaftaran, Kelola data keluarga, kelola rekam medis, dan mencetak laporan. Hasil akhir dari pembuatan program ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Puskesmas Pemulutan dalam menangani permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan data pasien, pendaftaran, dan rekam medis.

Abstract

The aims of the research is to knows and analysize the effect of motivation of work, competences and compensation on the performance of PT Hexing Technology’s employees. PT Hexing Technology is the company who manufacturing in Prepaid Electrical Meter Measurement that located in Karawang, West of Java with the total of the employees are 150 employees whereas 118 employees (84%) are emplyees in production department who will be population and sample in this research caused the sampling technic to take a sample is using Sensus Sampling Technic. Meanwhile the design of research is using Quantitative methode. To analyze the effect of the independent variable (motivation of work, competence and compensation) to dependent variable then used of Multiple Linear Regression to knows which the variable that most effected. The research result by using SPSS version 22 shows that the motivation is positifly effected to the employee’s performance is 29,8% which mean that when the motivation increasing then performance getting increase. The competence variable is not effected to the employee’s performance . The compensation is effected to the performance is 25,4% which mean that when the motivation increasing then performance getting increase. Motivation, competence and compensation is simultantly are effected to the employee’s performance around 23,4% which mean that employee’s performance is effected by another factor who is not researched. The result of this research to be able to a guidance for the other parties to improve the performance of the employee. For that need to attention on the motivation of work in the organization. Beside that, need to be done improvement as continuously by competences and compensation to tha all employees.

Abstract

Manual infusion monitoring in medical settings can lead to errors and delays in care steps that can put patients at risk. Internet of Things (IoT) technology provides a solution that enhances the accuracy and efficiency of real-time infusion monitoring. This study develops an IoT-based infusion monitoring system with the HX711 module and ESP32 microcontroller, using a connected load cell sensor as a monitoring interface through the Blynk application. This system can accurately measure the volume of infusion fluid and provide automatic notifications when the fluid volume approaches the minimum limit. Tests were conducted with infusion fluid simulation, load cell sensor calibration, and system calibration integration testing. The test results indicate that the system can display data on fluid weight in real time with an accuracy level of 98.5%, and when the fluid volume reaches 1 second in average response time, you can send notifications at the right time. Therefore, this system is expected to be implemented in various medical facilities as a solution for patient safety and the effectiveness of infusion care, as well as for automatic and reliable infusion monitoring.

Abstract

MA Nurul Huda has utilized Teaching Aids in the learning process, but it is still in print form, despite the school facilities strongly supporting the use of digital Teaching Aids in the learning process due to the limited technological literacy of the teachers. Based on observations, it was also found that teachers only leave assignments and notes when the standby teacher is not present at school, resulting in an unconducive classroom atmosphere. Therefore, training and mentoring in the use of interactive Teaching Aids based on Liveworksheet are implemented to address these issues. With the method of introduction, training, practice, and mentoring, along with evaluation using Google Forms, it was found that 99% of the material delivery by the resource person is excellent, 85% of the service during the activity is good, 100% of the conveyed material is considered very important and beneficial by the participants, 84% find the practice of creating Liveworksheet media easy to understand, with difficulties mainly related to internet access. Furthermore, 80% of the mentoring activities via WhatsApp are intensive. This indicates that the activities are smoothly conducted and have a positive impact on the participants. It is expected that this will boost the enthusiasm of teachers in using technology for the progress of students

Abstract

Digital marketing is a crucial element in modern business strategies, yet its effectiveness is often influenced by various factors such as market trends, customer preferences, and advertising efficiency. This study aims to optimize the digital marketing strategy at Toko Sumber Perabot dan Elektronik using a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution (EDAS) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the priority weight of each marketing criterion, while the EDAS method ranks alternative strategies based on their distance from the average solution. The study results indicate that the social media advertising based on market trends strategy achieved the highest ranking with a final score of 0.931, demonstrating greater effectiveness compared to other alternatives. This approach enables the store to enhance its competitiveness and digital marketing efficiency. Additionally, the AHP-EDAS method proves to reduce subjectivity in decision-making and provides more accurate insights for determining the optimal marketing strategy.

Abstract

Technological developments in all aspects of life today are urgently needed, this can be seen from the many technologies that have replaced human jobs. As with the fish column at home, the work that is routinely done in the fish column is to replace the water in it if it is too cloudy so that it looks clean and creates good conditions for the development and health of the fish. Usually, fish farmers will make a schedule to check water quality and replace it. This work can sometimes take up time, especially when busyness increases and if you are late or forget to change the water in the pond, it can harm the condition of the fish in it. To help overcome this problem, equipment has been designed to monitor the turbidity level of the water that can be monitored from anywhere and at any time. This study aims to produce a tool that can monitor and control the condition of the level of water turbidity in fish ponds so that fish growth can be maximized. This monitoring is carried out regularly in real-time using IoT (Internet of Things) so that it can facilitate monitoring without the need to come directly to the pond location. This research succeeded in creating a monitoring system that can detect the turbidity of aquarium water using the ESP 32 tool and display on the Blynk application automatically in real-time.

Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul “Batik Salingka Tabek Studi Kasus di Nagari Koto Baru Kabupaten Solok” bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses pewarnaan alami dan makna motif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Triangulasi. Batik Salingka Tabek menggunakan menggunakan dua teknik batik, yaitu batik tulis dan batik cup. Hasil penelitian yaitu proses membatik alami memalui suatu proses yang sama pada umumnya, tetapi yang membedakannya menggunakan pewarnaan alami yang di hasilkan dari kulit jengkol. Makna yang terdapat lima buah motif 1). Motif Rumah Gadang Usang memiliki makna menghidupkan kebiasaan lama yang sudah di lupakan orang dan memperbaiki kebiasaan orang yang kurang baik. 2). Motif Padi dan Markisa memiliki makna sumber kehidupan, kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran bagi masyarakat. 3) Motif Rumah Sajik Tuo memiliki makna belajar menuntut ilmu. 4) Motif Lima Danau memiliki makna kesejahteraan.

Abstract

To achieve the goals of a company, employee performance is needed which is a driving factor for the creation of every organization in the company. However, to support the achievement of company goals, there are several factors that are strong and perfect employee performance, such as Communication, Work Stress, and Compensation. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an Effect of Communication, Work Stress and Compensation on Employee Performance. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis. Abstract

Dragon fruit plants originating from Central and South America have not been widely cultivated. This plant has only been cultivated intensively in several countries such as: Israel, Colombia, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Thailand, China and Australia. Macroscopic identification showed that the fungi associated with dragon fruit stems had similarities to the colony form of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides sp. Trichoderma is known to have antagonistic abilities against pathogenic fungi. Trichoderma is easily found in soil ecosystems and plant roots. The method in this study is a survey method. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling or Judgmental sampling method, namely purposive sampling is a sampling method that selects objects (vines) that are considered attacked or have symptoms of pathogen attack. Trichoderma sp is also tolerant to stress and able to inactivate pathogenic microbial enzymes. In addition, Trichoderma sp. Able to produce enzymes that hydrolyze pathogenic cell walls which will inhibit the synthesis of pathogenic cell walls and increase their fungicidal activity, as a result of which pathogenic fungi experience a decrease in growth rate.

Abstract

Pengendalian kualitas adalah suatu proses yang ditujukan untuk mempertahankan standar kualitas produk yang ditetapkan untuk membantu kinerja proses produksi. Pengendalian kualitas dapat dilakukan mulai dari bahan baku, selama proses produksi berlangsung sampai pada produk akhir. Masalah yang terjadi dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya kerusakan ini disebabkan oleh bahan baku namun ikut masuk ke dalam proses produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis kerusakan yang terjadi pada produk tepung tapioka. Adapun analisa yang digunakan dalam mengolah data yaitu menggunakan check sheet, histogram, c-chart, diagram Pareto dan diagram sebab akibat. Dari hasil perhitungan peta kendali c diperoleh data bahwa tidak semua hasil produksi berada dalam batas kendali yang ditentukan. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada grafik kendali dimana ada 5 titik yang keluar yaitu pada titik data (2, 8, 10, 23 dan 26). Hasil analisis diagram Pareto, prioritas perbaikan dilakukan pada 2 jenis kerusakan yang mendominasi hingga lebih dari 80% yaitu serat kasar 58% dan kadar air 24%. Dari analisis diagram sebab akibat dapat diketahui faktor penyebab kerusakan berasal dari faktor manusia, metode kerja, material dan lingkungan kerja. Penggunaan alat bantu statistik dengan c-chart dalam pengendalian kualitas produk tepung tapioka dapat mengidentifikasi bahwa ternyata kualitas produk tepung tapioka masih berada diluar batas kendali meskipun jumlah kerusakannya sebagian besar berada dalam batas kendali. Faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakannya yaitu: manusia, metode, lingkungan, mesin dan material.Kata kunci : peta kendali c, kualitas, tepung tapiokaABSTRACT: Analysis of Atribute Control Chart to Identify The Tapioca Fluor Defect Product In PT. Umas Jaya Agrotama Lampung. Quality control is a process aimed to preserve product standard quality which is set by the company and to help the performance of production process in order to always be within the control limits. Quality control can be done started from raw materials, during the production process to the final product. In process production of tapioca has done supervision but not all products are manufactured the standard with set quality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of quality control and to analyze the types of damage that occurs in tapioca products. As for the analysis used in processing the data is he use check sheet, histogram, c-chart, Pareto diagram and cause and effect diagram. The result of the c-chart obtained that not all produce being within any control determined. This can be seen on a chart control where there are 5 point that out of data (2, 8, 10, 23 and 26). The analysis result of Pareto diagram, enhancement priority can be done in two types of damage, they dominates more than 80%, there are crude fiber 58% and moisture content 24%. From the analysis of cause and effect diagram, it can be found the factors of damage which are human factor, working methods, materials and working environment. The use of statstic tool by using c-chart to control product quality of tapioca can identify that it is still out of control limits although the amount of damage are largely with in the control limits. The factors that cause the damage are: man, method, environment, machine and material.Keywords: c-chart, quality, tapioca
