Abstract

The Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) recorded more and more cases sexual violence that occurs in Indonesian children. In 2022 there are around 393 victims of sexual violence from 66 perpetrators. Meanwhile, at the beginning of 2023, namely from January to February, sexual violence cases have reached 117 victims with 22 perpetrators. Facts about the increase in sexual violence that occurs in children making us aware of the importance of protecting children from the threat of sexual violence. Wrong One Effort Can Be Done to Protect Children from Cases of Sexual Violence namely by providing information and understanding of sexual education so that Children can protect themselves from the threat of sexual violence. In this study The author conducted research on increasing sexual knowledge to children through Media Pop-Up Book. This research aims to determine the feasibility of pop-up book media to improve educational understanding sexual in children aged 5-6 years. Kind this research is research and development or Research and Development (R&D) using the Borg & Gall model. The results of this research indicate that there has been an increase in sexual education for children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Ummul Habibah, Kelambir V Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and compile the financial statements of the Disaster Risk Reduction Forum of South Dolo District and its conformity with the standards of financial statements of non-profit organizations that have been regulated in ISAK 35 regarding the presentation of financial statements of non-profit entities. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this research are interviews with the management, documentation of daily, weekly and monthly transactions, and literature study using ISAK 35 as the main reference in preparing financial statements. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that the financial statements of the Disaster Risk Reduction Forum of South Dolo District have not been prepared in accordance with the provisions of ISAK 35. This research produces a statement of financial position, statement of comprehensive income, statement of changes in net assets, statement of cash flows, and notes to the financial statements.

Abstract

This study is a literature review that aims to identify and analyze the application of GeoGebra applications in learning geometric transformations at the high school level. Geometric transformation is a material that requires high spatial visualization skills, so learning media are needed that are able to present concepts in a concrete and interactive way. GeoGebra, as a dynamic mathematics application, is considered capable of facilitating student understanding through direct visualization of transformation processes such as translation, reflection, rotation, and dilation. The study was conducted by reviewing 11 relevant scientific articles, published in the last five to ten years, and meeting certain inclusion criteria. The results of the analysis show that the application of GeoGebra in learning has a positive impact, both cognitively, affectively, and technically. GeoGebra is able to improve students' understanding of concepts, learning motivation, and learning outcomes. The implementation strategy includes the development of e-modules, digital teaching materials, problem-based learning, and application usage training. Overall, GeoGebra has proven to be valid, practical, and effective in supporting more interesting and meaningful learning of geometric transformations.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of modeling techniques in group counseling services as an effort to enhance self-esteem among university students. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this study reviews scholarly literature including journals, books, and theses related to self-esteem, modeling, and group guidance. Self-esteem plays a vital role in shaping students’ psychological well-being, influencing their confidence, academic performance, and social relationships. Modeling is a technique where individuals learn through observation and imitation of behaviors demonstrated by role models. In a group counseling setting, modeling offers real-life examples of positive behavior that participants can reflect upon and practice. The literature indicates that both single and multiple modeling approaches can significantly improve students' self-perception, self-regulation, and adaptive behavior. These processes help internalize a stronger sense of competence and self-worth. In addition, the group setting creates a supportive environment that fosters mutual learning, empathy, and emotional resilience. The findings suggest that incorporating modeling into group counseling is a promising strategy for promoting self-esteem among students.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila di sekolah dasar memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui internalisasi nilai-nilai luhur bangsa. Namun, proses pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional seringkali kurang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut secara bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan media Papan Garuda berbasis model pembelajaran interaktif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Tambahrejo. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Papan Garuda mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang aktif, kontekstual, dan menyenangkan. Simbol-simbol visual pada media mempermudah siswa dalam memahami makna tiap sila dan mengaitkannya dengan pengalaman sehari-hari. Kegiatan simulasi dan diskusi kelompok mendorong siswa untuk lebih reflektif dan partisipatif dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru juga merasakan kemudahan dalam menyampaikan materi nilai-nilai Pancasila secara konkret dan aplikatif. Kendala yang ditemukan mencakup keterbatasan waktu dan variasi partisipasi siswa, namun dapat diatasi melalui perencanaan yang matang. Temuan ini merekomendasikan Papan Garuda sebagai media pembelajaran inovatif untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Pengembangan lebih lanjut dengan muatan lokal dan pelatihan guru menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat implementasi pendidikan Pancasila berbasis nilai.

Abstract

Toko Ulin Utama is a building materials store located in Kandangan Hulu, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, South Kalimantan. Along with the development of this region, the demand for building materials continues to increase, in line with the growth of infrastructure and the property sector. This condition makes Toko Ulin Utama one of the key suppliers that plays an important role in supporting development activities in the area. This study focuses on two main aspects: management and marketing. In terms of management, the focus is on how the store manages human resources, organizes its structure, and improves operational efficiency. Meanwhile, in terms of marketing, this research discusses promotion strategies, market segmentation, consumer behavior, and the store's competitiveness in the local market. The data for this research was obtained through direct interviews with the store owner and manager, providing in-depth information about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced by the store in its operations. The concept guiding this study is the business feasibility study, which explores various aspects such as market, marketing, and management. The results of this study are expected to provide a clear picture of the operational feasibility of Toko Ulin Utama, while also serving as a guide to developing more effective and sustainable business strategies. With the increasing demand for building materials driven by the development of infrastructure and the property sector in the area, the findings of this study are expected to help the store take advantage of market opportunities and better address existing challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategies and roles of teachers in the success of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based curriculum by strengthening pedagogical competencies to improve the quality of education towards the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045. The method used is library research with content analysis of secondary sources such as journals, books, policy documents, and academic databases (Google Scholar, Garuda, Scopus). The results show that teacher pedagogical competencies, including student understanding, learning design, technology utilization, and evaluation, are key to optimizing the AI curriculum. However, challenges such as the low increase in pedagogical competency (0.23) and the digital infrastructure gap hinder implementation. Proposed solutions include teacher training, development of an adaptive AI platform, collaboration with the technology industry, and integration of critical pedagogical approaches to shape a competitive generation. This study concludes that the synergy between teacher pedagogical competencies and the AI curriculum can create personalized, innovative, and relevant learning to meet the needs of the digital era, while supporting the development of superior human resources for Golden Indonesia 2045.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of optimizing the assignment of working hours in the Procurement Division of PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal through the application of the Hungarian method. The fundamental problem faced is the imbalance between the number of permanent workers and the high workload that must be completed, thus creating a risk of inefficiency in the operational process. To address this problem, a quantitative approach was used with linear programming modeling techniques designed to produce a more systematic and measurable assignment allocation. Through the analysis conducted, an optimal solution was obtained regarding the distribution of working hours, where the total working time can be reduced to 10,120 minutes per month, lower than the previously set maximum limit of 10,560 minutes per month. These results indicate that the application of the Hungarian method is not only able to reduce excessive workloads on some employees, but also ensures a more proportional distribution of assignments among all available workers. In addition, this method can increase operational effectiveness because each worker receives a load according to their capacity, so that the risk of fatigue or decreased performance can be minimized. The findings of this study confirm that the Hungarian method is an alternative work scheduling strategy that is efficient to be applied in industrial environments with high task complexity. Proper implementation can also support the achievement of overall company productivity, improve the quality of human resource management, and strengthen the company's competitiveness in facing future operational challenges.

Abstract

Gymnospermae adalah sekelompok tumbuhan yang memiliki biji tidak tertutup dalam bakal buah. Biji berkem- bang baik pada permukaan sisik atau daun, sering bermodifikasi membentuk kerucut atau di bagian akhir tangkai yang pendek. Kelompok ini terdiri dari Conifers, Cycads, Ginkgo dan Gnetales. Ada sekitar 800 - 900 jenis dan telah dilaporkan bahwa Conifer mempunyai keanekaragaman jenis tertinggi (500 - 600 jenis) diikuti oleh Cycad (75 - 80 jenis). Inventarisasi dan eksplorasi telah dilakukan di Pulau Wawonii, sejak tahun 2003 sampai 2006. Enam jenis Gymnospermae yang diidentifikasi termasuk dalam 3 suku, yaitu Cycadaceae (Cycas rumphii), Gnetaceae (Gnetum gnemon dan G. cuspidatum), Podocarpaceae (Podocarpus neriifolius, Dacrydium nidulum dan Nageia wal- lichiana). Salah satu diantaranya merupakan rekaman baru untuk Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores the theme of identity ambiguity in literary works produced by Muslim writers from Turkey and Muslim immigrants in Europe and America, focusing on Muhammad Asad (“Road to Mecca”), Imamu Amiri Baraka (“Some Poems of Imamu Amiri Baraka”), and Abdulrazak Gurnah. These three authors describe their struggles in reconciling their Islamic identity with the different Western cultural environment. Asad through his narrative shows a complex spiritual transformation, attempting to find new meaning in Islam amidst a Western identity crisis. Baraka articulates African-American Muslim identity experiences in the context of political and social struggles, while Gurnah writes about diasporic experiences and postcolonial identity tensions. Important differences emerge when compared to non-Muslim works such as Washington Irving (“Alhambra”) who presents a romanticized narrative of Islam in the past, without internal identity struggles. Similarly, Annemarie Schimmel (“I am the Wind, You are the Fire”) focuses more on the mysticism and spirituality dimensions of Islam without centering on modern identity conflicts. This study concludes that the vacillation between two identities-Islam and the West-is a central theme in the works of Muslim writers, who present diverse approaches to spiritual, social and cultural issues in the modern world. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tema kebimbangan identitas dalam karya sastra yang dihasilkan oleh para penulis Muslim dari Turki dan imigran Muslim di Eropa dan Amerika, dengan fokus pada Muhammad Asad ("Road to Mecca"), Imamu Amiri Baraka ("Some Poems of Imamu Amiri Baraka"), dan Abdulrazak Gurnah. Ketiga penulis ini menggambarkan perjuangan mereka dalam mendamaikan identitas keislaman dengan lingkungan budaya Barat yang berbeda. Asad melalui narasinya menunjukkan transformasi spiritual yang kompleks, berupaya menemukan makna baru dalam Islam di tengah krisis identitas Barat. Baraka mengartikulasikan pengalaman identitas Muslim Afrika-Amerika dalam konteks perjuangan politik dan sosial, sedangkan Gurnah menulis tentang pengalaman diaspora dan ketegangan identitas postkolonial. Perbedaan penting muncul ketika dibandingkan dengan karya non- Muslim seperti Washington Irving ("Alhambra") yang menyajikan narasi romantisme tentang Islam di masa lalu, tanpa pergulatan identitas internal. Begitu pula, Annemarie Schimmel ("Akulah Angin, Engkaulah Api") lebih fokus pada dimensi mistisisme dan spiritualitas Islam tanpa memusatkan pada konflik identitas modern. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebimbangan antara dua identitas Islam dan Barat menjadi tema sentral dalam karya penulis Muslim, yang menampilkan beragam pendekatan terhadap persoalan spiritual, sosial, dan budaya di dunia modern. Kata Kunci : Karya Sastra, Identitas, Sastra Muslim, Keseimbangan.
