Abstract

Dircomnet Yogyakarta adalah suatu badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa persewaan akses internet, perawatan komputer, dan pemasangan jaringan internet, memiliki banyak pegawai yang digaji setiap bulannya. Pimpinan sering menangani order pekerjaan secara langsung di luar kantor. Masalah timbul ketika pimpinan membutuhkan laporan penggajian dan memberikan kebijakan penggajian pegawai ketika di luar kantor. Karyawan ingin mengetahui berapa jumlah gaji beserta rinciannya. Berdasar persoalan tersebut, perlu dibangun suatu sistem penggajian real time yang dapat menampilkan laporan penggajian dan memberikan kebijakan penggajian yang dapat diakses dari manapun, serta rinci gaji karyawan yang akan diterima. Penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, wawancara dan observasi. Kemudian melakukan analisis data, perancangan sistem meliputi DAD dan ERD, perancangan menu, input dan output, serta perancangan WAP. Program dibangun dengan sistem operasi Windows XP, Internet Explorer, MySql front, Dreamweaver MX, Openwave Simulator, Apache, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan terakhir menguji program dengan metode black box test  dan alpha test. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sistem penggajian berbasis web yang dapat memberikan laporan penggajian kepada pimpinan dimanapun berada, pegawai dapat mengetahui rinci gaji diteriman, dan mengoreksi kesalahan pembayaran gaji. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian program, disimpulkan bahwa program dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sudah memenuhi kebutuhan pemakai serta layak diimplementasikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh media papan pintar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas IV di SLB ACD Pertiwi kota Mojokerjo. Metode penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan 2 siklus, Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi dan tes. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu pada sikulus pertama didapatkan hasil 40% nilai ketuntasan, sedangkan pada siklus 2 nilai ketuntasan naik menjadi 80%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan papan pintar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa tunagrahita ringan kelas IV di SLB-ACD Pertiwi Kota Mojokerto

Abstract

This study aims to find out what the financing model of People's Business Credit (KUR) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo is like and find out its application to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Units in Ponorogo. This research uses a descriptive method of analysis using a qualitative approach. This research uses a descriptive method of analysis using a qualitative approach. This study used primary and secondary data, with observational data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation. 1) Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that 1) Sharia Microfinance Products have many products, one of which is the People's Business Credit (KUR) program. There are several models of People's Business Credit Financing (KUR) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Ponorogo such as, KUR Super Mikro, KUR Mikro, KUR Kecil. 2) In its application, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Ponorogo has several requirements such as Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK), marriage certificate, current account, business letter, and guarantee. The Bank has an obligation to monitor what has been given to customers, because the funds must be used according to the initial agreement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, current ratio dan, total asset turnover terhadap perubahan laba pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling dengan populasi adalah perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2017-2019 yang berjumlah 20 perusahaan dan sampel yang terpilih berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan adalah 14 perusahaan selama 3 tahun. Metode anlisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS V.23 Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba sedangkan umur perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, current ratio dan, total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap perunahan laba. Secara simultan umur perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio, current ratio dan, total asset turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba

Abstract

In the learning process, library sources or teaching references are one of the main components needed for a lecturer. The large number of textbook references available for a course can make it difficult for a lecturer to determine which option is appropriate or widely used by lecturers for the same course. The importance of selecting textbook references allows a lecturer to search for information to determine whether the reference is the main reference or an additional reference. Digital literacy is one way that a lecturer can use to search for information related to textbook references by using computers or smartphones. The problem is that the available digital literacy is not yet able to provide recommendations for textbooks that teachers widely use for a course based on certain criteria. Several criteria can be used as determining indicators for a recommended book, for example, popularity due to the highest rating used, author's name, publisher's name, content or material, and year of publication are usually the determining indicators for using a book as a reference.  In fact, in cyberspace, a lot of textbook reference information is provided, but it has not been grouped based on use. By utilizing a database of books published or sold online, you can find out what textbooks are the most popular and can be used as teaching materials. Still, a lecturer needs to find out one by one in each available online shop. The method in this research is data mining for textbooks that can be used as a reference for a lecturer using text mining techniques by clustering book titles in several online stores and based on semester learning plans from several campuses to map textbooks that are widely used. as reference material for 500 book titles from several publishers. Using 6 variables consisting of a book title, use for courses or fields of science, publisher, author, year of publication, and material, analysis will be carried out to obtain a data pattern. This research aims to apply a text mining concept to provide textbook recommendations for lecturers in the Informatics field of artificial intelligence courses using clustering techniques so that they can recommend reading books using 6 variables. The aim of this research is achieved in the form of software as a form of application of theory that has been tested in the laboratory for accuracy. The benefit of this research is providing lecturers with a list of textbooks that have been ranked automatically and are widely used in the same field of science.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga, kredibilitas merek, dan preferensi merek terhadap niat beli ulang produk kecantikan Warda. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel  artikel ini diambil dengan menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Besar sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 423 responden dan kriterianya adalah wanita berusia di atas 17 tahun dan pernah membeli produk kecantikan Wardah. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, penelitian literatur, dan penelitian internet. Analisis data dengan IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji kelayakan instrumen, uji hipotesis klasik, regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi harga, kepercayaan merek, dan preferensi merek mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Abstract. This study aims to determine how people's intention to buy beauty items is influenced by perceived price, brand preference, and brand trust. Through hypothesis testing, this explanatory investigation clarifies the causal relationship between variables. 423 women who had bought and used Wardah items and were at least seventeen years old were chosen as respondents using the non-probability selection method and purposive sample methodology. Data was collected via surveys and subjected to multiple linear regression analysis after the instrument was evaluated using the traditional assumption test. IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0 was used for all statistical procedures, including the hypothesis test. According to this study, Repurchase Intention is positively and significantly impacted by Perceived Price, Brand Trust, and Brand Preference.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship contributes significantly to economic growth by creating opportunities and reducing unemployment and improving community welfare. This study examines the role of entrepreneurial knowledge and creativity in shaping entrepreneurial behavior with self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The data of this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to young entrepreneurs in Malang City. The data obtained were then analyzed using PLS. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge and creativity have a positive effect on self-efficacy, which then mediates entrepreneurial behavior. This study provides implications for the design of targeted Education Policy to encourage the development of human capital, innovation and economic growth.

Abstract

Green marketing for coffee products is explored for its role on purchase intention. As concern on environmental matters is raising, green marketing becomes an important part to drive customers purchase intention, more over it is in the trending business in Indonesia like coffee product. This is an explanatory research with quantitative approach that used dichotomous data and logistic regression to measure and analyze Guttman’s scale. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed directly to coffee drink consumers in Malang Raya, involving 216 respondents. The results show that green marketing simultaneously affects the purchase intention of Fore coffee drinks by 24.5%. All three variables are significant in encouraging purchase intention including green product, green promotion, and green place. Yet, green price as assumed to be more expensive is required to remain affordable. The implications of these findings are expected to deliver theoretical contribution on green marketing as price remains sensitive for customers; in addition, it also provides practical contribution on how a green company should address this issue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Electric Word of Mouth influences Purchase intention for Kahf products on the TikTok application among Generation Z in Malang City. This type of research is explanatory research, which explains or proves the relationship between independent and dependent variables. This study uses a sample of 242 respondents, with questionnaires distributed online through Google Forms. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of respondents who are Generation Z in Malang City. Data analysis employs PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that the Information adoption variable positively and significantly influences the Purchase intention variable, the Information usefulness variable positively and significantly influences the Information adoption variable, the Information quality variable positively and significantly influences the Information usefulness variable, the Information credibility variable positively and significantly influences the Information usefulness variable, and the Information quantity variable also positively and significantly influences the Information usefulness variable.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Electric Word of Mouth terhadap Purchase intention produk Kahf di aplikasi TikTok pada Generasi Z di Kota Malang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel terdiri dari responden yang merupakan Generasi Z yang ada di Kota Malang. Analisis data menggunakan Analisis PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Information adoption secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi variabel Purchase intention, variabel Information usefulness secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi variabel Information adoption, variabel Information quality secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi variabel Information usefulness, variabel Information credibility secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi variabel Information usefulness dan variabel Information quantity juga secara positif dan signifikan memengaruhi variabel Information usefulness.
