Abstract

Problematika kesejarahan hadis masih tetap menjadi isu utama dalam pengkajian hadis modern. Urgensitas pengkajian historisitas hadis akan mengungkap sejauhmana keotentikan hadis dapat dipertanggungjawabkan secara ilmiah. Berbagai pandangan yang ada dan berkembang dewasa ini perlu mendapat tanggapan serius, sebab di dalamnya ada pandangan yang tidak sesuai secara fakta historis-empiris. Problem utama tulisan ini menyangkut sejauhmana argumentasi pemikiran kesejarahan hadis benar-benar dapat diterima secara ilmiah. Sementara pendekatan yang dipakai lebih bersifat historis, dengan mengacu pada model sejarah pemikiran. Azami mencoba memberikan kritik dan pelurusan atas beberapa pandangan yang mencoba mendistorsi kesejarahan hadis. Bukan hanya kalangan orientalis semata yang mendapat kritik dari Azami, termasuk ulama sekaliber al-Asqalani dan al-Baghdadi juga mendapat sorotan. Ungkapan kodifikasi hadis seringkali diasumsikan semua proses penulisan hadis sejak masa awal. Sementara dalam lintasan sejarah kodifikasi hadis baru ada masa az-Zuhri. Azami menjelaskan bahwa penulisan (kitabah) hadis berbeda dengan kodifikasi (tadwin) hadis. The most interesting modern hadith study nowdays is historical problem of hadith. Because it will verify original or genuine hadith truely and scientifically. Many though must be respondsed seriously, nevertheless, it could not have based on the contex historically and empirically. Because some of distortion in historical hadith, Azami gives critical thought not only to orientalist thought but also to the popular scholar Asqalani and Albagdadi. In Azami’s thought differenciated between kitabah of hadith and tadwin of hadith.

Abstract

The existence and authenticity of hadith have become two of the most essential objects in the discourse of hadith among Muslims, especially after coming into contact with criticism from Orientalists. This article describes explicitly and criticizes Azami's hadith thought in the hadith debate among Orientalists. This research is an analytical descriptive research based on content analysis. The results reveal that Azami can position himself as a critic of the Western thesis by presenting historical data as a basis for his thoughts. The rhythm of the scientific debate modeled on by Western thinkers can be dived into and followed convincingly so that their responses and criticisms reach the Orientalists. Orientalists believe that Azami's criticism has not been able to divert the orientation of the general thesis that hadiths are not historically authentic. Azami's defense still needs convincing, and the arguments are still circular. This model of thinking has yet to satisfy the scientific desires of the Orientalists, so it has a small implications.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis model manajemen strategi pembinaan mental spiritual Militer dengan pendekatan AP2EP. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilaksanakan oleh institusi militer. Sumber data dipilih secara purposive dan bersifat snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian hasilnya menggunakan analisis induktif dengan melakukan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian (1) Hasil analisis lingkungan eksternal pembinaan mental spiritual militer ditemukan peluang dan ancaman dari aspek penerima manfaat, kolaborator, dan kompetitor. Sedangkan hasil analisis lingkungan internal pembinaan mental spiritual militer ditemukan kekuatan dan kelemahan dari aspek sumber daya manusia, sumber daya keuangan, kultur organisasi, dan sarana prasarana. (2) Memformulasikan strategi dalam pembinaan mental spiritual prajurit dengan menganalisis rumusan visi, misi, tujuan, strategi yang telah dilakukan. (3) Implementasi strategi dalam pembinaan mental spiritual prajurit dilakukan secara formal tanpa berbasis kurikulum, wajib diikuti setiap personel, adanya jadwal kegiatan harian, mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan, dilakukan oleh pihak staf personel melalui kasibinrohis, penggunaan metode ceramah, seminar keagamaan, bimbingan, penyuluhan dan perawatan. (4) Evaluasi kegiatan pembinaan mental spiritual militer ditemukan tingkat mental spiritual pada umumnya cukup baik, ditemukan hambatan atau kendala dalam pembinaan mental spiritual, pelaporan perkembangan dilakukan secara lisan dan tulisan. (5) Mengendalikan kegiatan pembinaan mental spiritual militer melalui tinjauan lapangan, pemantauan kasus mental spiritual militer dengan memantau persentase kasus, mengambil tindakan koreksi sebelum kegiatan selesai dikerjakan, dan mencegah masalah yang telah diantisipasi, serta memberikan perlindungan terhadap pola yang cocok untuk dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan

Abstract

Pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia terutama pendidikan tinggi negeri yang memiliki aset wakaf pada umumnya belum dapat berinovasi dalam mendapatkan sumber pendanaan alternatif selain dari APBN dan bantuan pemerintah, dimana baik perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta masih mengandalkan SPP mahasiswa dan alokasi bantuan pemerintah sebagai sumber utama pendanaan universitas. Jika aset wakaf dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik,pendapatan dari aset wakaf tersebut dapat menjadi sumber pendanaan alternative bagi pendidikan tinggi untuk mendukung pengembangan institusi dan pendidikan Islam serta berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan konsep dan strategi dalam pengembangan manajemen wakaf sebagai instrumen pendapatan alternative pada pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua role model sebagai objek penelitian, yaitu Badan Wakaf Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dan Social Trust Fund UIN Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi pengembangan terhadap manajemen wakaf yang perlu dilakukan yaitu 1) pengembangan literasi masyarakat terkait urgensi wakaf, 2) Visi misi yang terukur, 3) kolaborasi dan kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak eksternal, 4) perekrutan SDM yang berkualitas, 5) terobosan inovasi bisnis, dan 6) melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengembangan aset wakaf produktif.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an is a very important primary source because it includes everything that humans need. However, in reality, not everyone living in this world receives guidance in their lives. The aim of this research is to explore the concept of ghaflah (negligence) and identify terms or concepts that are opposed to it in the Al-Qur'an, using Sayyid Qutb's tafsir as an analytical framework. This research method uses library research, so the technique used for data processing consists of evaluating data obtained from data collection techniques then grouping and categorizing the data according to the problem being studied and then analyzing it. The results of the research show the meaning of ghaflah and its counterterms in the interpretation of Fi Dzilal al-Qur'an. First, ghaflah is negligent behavior that deliberately ignores all of God's gifts in the form of guidance, guidance, favors, gifts, and signs of His greatness, as well as indifference to oneself and one's surroundings. Second, the counterterms of ghaflah are gratitude and dhikr. Being grateful to Allah means being aware of the blessings Allah has given you and doing dhikr as an effort to remember that Allah is the strongest.

Abstract

This study specifically focuses on the minority stigma faced by niqab wearers, particularly among university students in Lampung, Indonesia. On the one hand, this group of niqab-wearing students tries to apply Islamic teachings (read: hadith) in their everyday lives. However, this group finds itself as a minority and frequently faces a negative stereotype. Therefore, this study aims to reveal how both niqab and non-niqab-wearing students understand the hadiths pertaining to the niqab, how the majority group, consisting of students and lecturers, perceive the minority of niqab-wearing students, and how the attitudes of the minority of niqab-wearing students toward the stigmatization they encounter. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method and phenomenological approach. The results revealed that students’ understanding varied from understanding, to lack of understandin, and not understanding the hadith teachings about the niqab. Furthermore, the Islamic State University in Lampung adheres to the principle of providing equal service by the law. Similarly, in everyday situations, niqab-wearing students were not subject to any discrimination based on their minority status. Although several lecturers and students perceived niqabi as a different occurrence, they do not discriminate against students who choose to wear niqab. Consequently, niqab-wearing students remained at ease while confidently adhering to the teachings of the sunnah on the niqab.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna wail yang terdapat pada al-Qur'an surat al-Ma’un. Makna wail biasanya dikaitkan dengan perbuatan yang negatif, tetapi pada aur’an surat al-ma’un inidikaitkan dengan perbuatan yang positif tetapi termasuk dalam kategori perbuatan yang celaka. Untuk mengetahui aspek linguistik pada lafadz wail penulis menggunakan tafsir “Ma’ani Qur’an karya al-Farra”. Lalu untuk melihat konteks sosial pada masyarakat di era klasik hingga dapat diterapkan di era kontemporer penulis menggunakan kitab tafsir asy-Sya’rawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi pustaka dengan sifat jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berfokus pada analisis deskriptif teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa makna wail disini yaitu kecelakaan bagi orang yang sholat, bentuk sholat seperti apa yang terancam oleh kecaman Allah swt? Menurut surat tersebut, mereka adalah individu-individu ceroboh yang melakukan sesuatu ketika dilihat orang lain dan menghalangi mereka melakukan aktivitas yang baik. Penafsiran al-Farra’ berfokus pada aspek bahasa dan tafsir klasik sementara asy-Sya'rawi berfokus pada aspek sosial dan  kemasyarakatan.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini menginvestigasi penerapan strategi kolaboratif dalam implementasi program moderasi beragama bagi narapidana (Napi) di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Bandar Lampung melalui pendekatan Participatory Action Research. Tujuan utama Pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan program moderasi beragama di lembaga pemasyarakatan dan untuk merancang strategi kolaboratif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi Napi dalam program tersebut. Metodologi Pengabdian melibatkan partisipasi aktif berjumlah 30 Napi, staf lembaga pemasyarakatan, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Hasil Pengabdian mengungkapkan bahwa faktor-faktor seperti pemahaman agama, dukungan staf, dan partisipasi aktif Napi berperan penting dalam keberhasilan program moderasi beragama. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, Pengabdian ini mengusulkan sejumlah strategi kolaboratif, termasuk pelatihan staf, fasilitasi interaksi antara Napi dari berbagai latar belakang agama, dan peningkatan komunikasi dengan pemangku kepentingan eksternal. Hasil dari Pengabdian ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi lembaga pemasyarakatan lainnya yang ingin meningkatkan efektivitas program moderasi beragama bagi Napi, serta memberikan wawasan berharga tentang pendekatan Participatory Action Research dalam konteks ini. This service investigates the application of collaborative strategies in the implementation of religious moderation programs for prisoners (prisoners) in Bandar Lampung Class I Penitentiary through a Participatory Action Research approach. The main objective of this Community Service is to identify factors influencing the success of religious moderation programs in prisons and to design effective collaborative strategies to increase prisoners' participation in such programs. The Community Service methodology involves the active participation of 30 inmates, prison staff, and relevant stakeholders in the program planning, implementation, and evaluation process. The results of Community Service revealed that factors such as religious understanding, staff support, and active participation of prisoners play an important role in the success of religious moderation programs. Based on these findings, the Community Service proposes several collaborative strategies, including staff training, facilitation of interaction between prisoners from various religious backgrounds, and improved communication with external stakeholders. The results of this Service can serve as a guide for other prisons seeking to improve the effectiveness of religious moderation programs for prisoners, as well as provide valuable insights into Participatory Action Research approaches in this context.

Abstract

Parenting stress is an uncomfortable and unpleasant condition experienced by parents when raising children. This study aims to determine the mediating role of resilience in the relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress in working mothers. This study uses a quantitative correlational design method with a sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so that a sample of 86 working mothers with children aged 0-6 years was obtained. The data collection technique uses three scales, namely the self-compassion scale, the resilience scale, and the parenting stress scale. The analysis technique in this study uses effect mediation analysis, multiple regression, and correlation. The results showed that resilience acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between parenting stress and self-compassion with an estimate value of -0.046, p <0.01. The results also show a value of r = -0.640, p <0.01, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress. Then the results show a value of r = -0.630 p <0.01, which means that there is a significant negative relationship between resilience and parenting stress. The results of the study indicate that resilience partially mediates the relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress. This means that there are other variables that can mediate the relationship between self-compassion and parenting stress, and self-compassion and resilience are needed in working mothers who have children aged 0-6 years to cope with stress that arises in parenting.

Abstract

This article discusses the problem of marriage in Indonesia, especially regarding the role of parents of adopted children as marriage guardians, which is still an issue among the community. This study aims to answer two main questions, How are the interpretations of Qur'anic verses according to tafsir scholars about marriage guardians, and who has the right to be a marriage guardian for adopted children in the present context? To answer these questions, the researcher uses Fazlur Rahman's double movement theory as a conceptual framework to understand the historical context of related verses, such as those found in surah Al-Baqarah: 231, 232, and surah An-Nur: 3. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach and descriptive analysis technique. Researchers used al-Farmawi's thematic interpretation approach to collect relevant verses, as well as the content analysis method to analyze existing texts. This research also contextualizes the understanding into the current social situation of society. The results show that in the current context, the role of guardians in marriage remains relevant as a form of protection and preservation of women's honor, as has been confirmed by the scholars of tafsir. In addition, when the nasab guardian (legally entitled guardian) cannot be present or is obstructed, then the right of guardianship passes to the judge's guardian, including in the case of adopted children's marriage. This research makes an important contribution to the discourse on Islamic marriage law by emphasizing that the principle of guardianship is an essential part of protecting women's rights in marriage, both in the context of the past and the present.
