Abstract

Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang merupakan kabupaten konsentrasi peternakan ayam ras di Sulawesi Selatan dan sangat rawan terjangkit penyakit flu burung. Ramuan herbal sudah banyak digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk pencegahan penyakit pada unggas termasuk kasus flu burung. Unggas yang diberi ramuan herbal selaiin lebih sehat juga merupakan produk organik yang memiliki keunggulan dari produk yang menggunakan obat-obatan sintetik. Metode yang digunakan adalah PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal)/RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal). Metode pendekatan menyelesaikan masalah, meliputi penyuluhan, latihan dan kunjungan (Laku), pendidikan sekolah lapang (SL), demplot, pembimbingan dan pendampingan, learning by doing. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan. Teknologi yang diterapkan meliputi penggunaan ramuan herbal dan pengolahan feses ayam menjadi pupuk organik. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa peternak yang digunakan sebagai tempat demplot merupakan ketua kelompok maju yang menerima penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan memiliki kelompok binaan. Ramuan herbal mampu meningkatkan kualitas interior telur (warna kuning telur dan ketebalan kerabang telur).

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai peran kepala sekolah dalam profesionalisme guru pendidikan agama Islam merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena berkaitan dengan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan agama Islam, pengaruh kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin sekolah, dan upaya untuk memperbaiki pengajaran agama Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap strategi dan tindakan yang diambil oleh kepala sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalisme guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah melakukan berbagai tindakan, termasuk pelatihan, pengembangan metode pengajaran Islami, penyusunan kurikulum, supervisi, penyediaan sumber daya, pendukungan kepribadian Islami, kolaborasi dengan ustadz/ustadzah, monitoring, dan pengakuan khusus. Temuan ini dapat membantu dalam perancangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih efektif di masa depan.

Abstract

This research examines crucial issues related to the development of a sustainable e-commerce ecosystem for the creative industry in Indonesia. The main problems identified are uneven digital infrastructure, lack of digital literacy, and fierce competition in local and global markets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by creative industry players in utilizing e-commerce platforms. The method used is literature review by collecting data from various secondary sources, including journal articles and policy reports. The results of the study show that collaboration between the government, the private sector, and local communities, as well as effective training programs, are very important to improve the competitiveness of creative industry players. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for an integrated approach in creating an e-commerce ecosystem that supports the growth of the creative industry in the digital era.

Abstract

Cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Dawe yaitu 11,9%, droup out ASI Eksklusif satu bulan pertama 65%. Study pendahuluan 70% karena produksi ASI kurang. Upaya pemerintah belum optimal, diperlukan upaya alternatif untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI dengan pijat oksitosin dan aromaterapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan perbedaan efektifitas pijat oksitosin tehnik Effleurage, aromaterapi rose dan kombinasi pijat oksitosin tehnik Effleurage dan aromaterapi rose terhadap kadar prolaktin. Jenis penelitian quasy eksperimen rancangan non randomized controlled trial desain pretest posttes control group. Jumlah sampel 40. Analisis data secara univariat, bivariat dengan independent t test dan metode anova. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis bivariat menunjukkan rata – rata hormon prolaktin pada kelompok pijat 34,33 ng/ml, sd 47,13 ng/ml. Kelompok aromaterapi rata – rata 45,04 ng/ml, sd 156,04 ng/ml, kelompok pijat dan aromaterapi rata – rata 224,99, sd 145,45 ng/ml, kelompok kontrol rata – rata 14,97, sd 155.17 ng/ml,p value 0,004 (p < 0,05) artinya ada perbedaan bermakna rata rata kadar hormon prolaktin ketiga perlakuan. Pijat oksitosin tehnik effleurage dan aromaterapi rose paling efektif terhadap peningkatan kadar hormon prolaktin ( 95% CI 120,95-329,02 ; p value 0,008). Perlunya sosialisasi, penerapan, dukungan, pelatihan serta kebijakan program manajemen laktasi di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten tentang terapi komplementer kombinasi pijat oksitosin tehnik effleurage dan aromaterapi rose.

Abstract

The 4.0 revolution era which belongs to digital and internet nowadays has been extremely dominated by teenagers. This has huge impact on various aspects, especially in terms of biological, psychological, social, and spiritual. Adolescence is a time for a transition from childhood to be an adult human. In this era, there are many both behavioral changes and developments that occur in each individual. This paper will try to describe and analyze the industrial revolution 4.0 and juvenile delinquency with a strength-based approach on their adolescent life. The Teenagers nowadays are tend to influenced by the social media environment in establishing their self-concept. It includes the identity search for youth through social media. The netizen’s Positive reactions will strengthen and support the identity of teenagers. On the other hands, netizen's negative reactions will be affected to the identity confusion among teenagers.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Hani Fitriani, (2020): Efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Problem Solving untuk Meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di Sekolah Menengah pertama di SMPN 1 Pakong. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Pre-eksperimen dengan the one group pre-test post test design.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di Sekolah SMPN 1 Pakong.Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap siswa Sekolah SMPN 1 Pakong pada tahun 2020. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 28 siswa yaitu satu kelas eksperimen yang merupakan penelitian sampel dengan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan dengan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving mengalami peningkatan dari kategori rendah dan setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving mengalami peningkatan menjadi kategori tinggi dengan. Maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pre-test dan post-test, artinya layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving efektif untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dilihat dari hasil analisis data bahwa Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.005 jika dibandingkan dengan signifikasi 5% maka 0.036< 0.05 sehingga hipotesis alternatif diterima, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this study did not look for or explain the relationship, do not test the hypothesis or prediction, but to examine the moral meaning in the face of Indonesian Cinema Film Slippers Butut is to analyze the moral and social krtitik in various scenes are displayed. The method of analysis is Semiotics Roland Barthes who use the term to indicate the denotation and connotation levels of meaning. Conclusion of the study, Cinema Film Indonesia Slippers Butut face is a representation of the social conditions of the middle to lower Meaning denotation indicated when residents disturbed by residents who lost slipper. Connotations depicted in the television film is a picture of the simplicity of small communities with diverse complexity of social problems. Myths which emerged characterized by thieves Slippers disease kleptomania. Moral messages contained in the film is the patient, must not accuse someone without definite proof, being ascetic, uphold tolerance, mutual respect and helping in social life.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase the business capacity of MSME actors through business management training, digital marketing, and technical assistance. The activity was held on April 16, 2025 at the Tempe Tofu Production Center, Jl. Macan Lindungan No.43 Bukit Kecil Village, Ilir Barat 1 District, Palembang, with a total of 20 traders. The methods used include initial observation, program socialization, financial management training, social media workshops, and marketing strategy assistance. The results showed that 80% of participants began to use digital platforms for promotion, 7 traders succeeded in preparing capital assistance proposals, there was an improvement in product packaging, and the formation of the "Tahu Tempe Mandiri" business group. This program has a positive impact on increasing turnover and market access. For sustainability, it is recommended that there be further training and collaboration with relevant agencies.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach aimed at describing how the emotional intelligence of school principals improves teacher personality competence, to find out how teacher personality competence is and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving teacher personality competence with the emotional intelligence of school principals at SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi. The research findings indicate that the principal’s ability to recognize, manage, and express emotions effectively can create a conducive environment for the development of teacher personality. By providing motivational support, leading with empathy, and setting an example in interacting with teachers, the principal plays a role as an agent of change that enhances interpersonal relationships and teacher professionalism. Teacher personality competence is reflected in aspects of integrity and responsibility, emotional maturity, interpersonal skills, and strong commitment to the teaching profession. The main supporting factors for the principal's emotional intelligence in enhancing teacher personality competence include a conducive school environment, professional training and development, good role modeling by the principal, and social support among teachers. Meanwhile, significant inhibiting factors include limited time and resources, as well as teacher stress and workload. A principal with high emotional intelligence can play an essential role in creating positive change that supports the development of teacher personality, even though various challenges must be addressed.
