Abstract

Permasalahan gangguan di jaringan distribusi 20 kV seringkali menyebabkan terputusnyapasokan daya listrik kepada pelanggan. Salah satu penyebab keandalan sistem kurang baik adalahkesalahan koordinasi setting relay pada penyulang. Seperti yang terjadi pada penyulang Ngurah Rai Idan Penyulang Ngurah Rai II dimana terdapat kesalahan koordinasi setting antara relay pada pangkalpenyulang yang terletak di Gardu Induk (GI) dengan relay pada di ujung jaringan yang terletak diGardu Hubung (GH). Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut maka perlu dianalisis setting relay yangsudah ada (eksisting). Untuk membuktikan koordinasi setting relay sudah sempurna, maka akandilakukan simulasi menggunakan bantuan program computer yaitu Electrical Transient AnalysisProgram (ETAP). Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai setting dimulai dari setting Over Current Relay(OCR) pada pangkal penyulang (GI) 360 A dan Tms 0,36 sedangkan untuk nilai setting arus OCRpada ujung penyulang (GH) yang menggunakan relay directional 330 A dan TMS 0,16. Kemudianuntuk setting GFR pada pangkal penyulang (GI) diperoleh nilai 34 A dan TMS 0,2. Sedangkan settingGFR pada ujung penyulang (GH) yang menggunakan relay directional diperoleh nilai 31 A dan TMS0,1.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Proyek konstruksi sering mengalami keterlambatan yang tidak dapat diperhitungkan sebelumnya, sehingga menghambat penyelesaian proyek konstruksi tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil survey di Kabupaten Badung dan Kota Denpasar, empat puluh proyek hotel tahun 2015 mengalami keterlambatan penyelesaian. Penyebab keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek beragam, namun ada yang sering muncul dan memberikan pengaruh yang besar pada keterlambatan. Penelitian terhadap penyebab keterlambatan proyek konstruksi dilakukan agar dapat mengidentifikasi penyebab keterlambatan dan memberikan solusi agar dapat membantu menyelesaikan proyek tepat waktu. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel proyek konstruksi pembangunan hotel-hotel di wilayah Kabupaten Badung dan Kota Denpasar. Identifikasi penyebab keterlambatan dilakukan dengan study pustaka, menyadur penelitian-penelitian sejenis sebelumnya, brainstorming dan wawancara. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk mengelompokkan dan merangking penyebab keterlambatan adalah metode kuisioner yang disebarkan kepada tiga puluh responden. Responden diklasifikasikan sebagai project manager, site manager dan penanggung jawab proyek di lapangan. Data dari pengisian kuisioner tersebut dikelompokkan dan di rangking dengan menggunakan metode analisis faktor. Hasil dari identifikasi penyebab keterlambatan yang dilakukan adalah 49 penyebab keterlambatan. Penyebab keterlambatan dikelompokkan menjadi 6 faktor yaitu faktor owner, konsultan perencana, konsultan pengawas, kontraktor, masyarakat sekitar dan pemerintah dan yang terakhir faktor alam. Setelah dilakukan analisis faktor masing-masing kelompok faktor, diperoleh ranking tertinggi untuk masing-masing faktor. Ranking tertinggi faktor owner adalah keterlambatan dalam membuat keputusan. Ranking tertinggi faktor konsultan pengawas adalah kurangnya pengalaman staff. Ranking tertinggi faktor konsultan perencana adalah keterlambatan dalam membuat keputusan. Ranking tertinggi faktor kontraktor adalah pelaksanaan tahapan pekerjaan yang kurang baik. Ranking tertinggi faktor pemerintah dan masyarakat adalah keterlambatan perijinan. Ranking tertinggi faktor alam atau force majeur adalah hujan deras.

Abstract

The cost of the project itself , in line with the accounting system which consists of direct costs and indirect costs . Contractor in determining competitive bidding strategy, should propose a cost which include estimate real cost plus mark up . Based on observations at PT. Sarana Bangun Ragam Cipta, a contractor company , found that the company does not  follow the rules mentioned above, Besides that the book keeping system for the project cost has not implemented a financial accounting system properly , so that the  proportion of direct costs and indirect costs of each project is un know. It required a study to be conducted to  determine the proportion of direct costs to indirect costs and indirect cost model. Quantitative research was conducted on the 12 (twelve ) project of  reinforced concrete building structures using two (2 ) independent variables , namely the direct costs ( X1 ) and duration ( X2 ) and 1 ( one ) dependent variable , ie indirect costs (? ) . Descriptive analysis to determine the proportion of indirect costs to direct costs . Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the indirect cost model of reinforced concrete building structures projects. From analysis found the average proportion of indirect costs to direct cost was 8.50 % , meanwhile  indirect cost model is ? = - 1.462E7 + 0.056 ( X1 ) + 558,775.937 ( X2 ) , where : ? = Indirect costs ( Rp . ) , X1 = direct costs (Rp .) , X2 = Duration ( days ) . The proportion of indirect costs can be used to calculate indirect costs = 0.085 x direct costs and the above model can also be used to predict the value of ? with accuracy 90% or at ? (±) 0.10, if the values ??of X1 and X2 is know on popolation where the data is taken

Abstract

Abstract: Mangupura region as the central government of Badung regency, the last few years has developed very fast. Increased development is a result of market demand for homes is high and land prices are relatively affordable. This study aims to determine what factors are dominant to affect the selling price of the home, assess the influence of public facilities to the selling price of the house has to offer developers, as well as assess the suitability of public facilities provided are in accordance with the selling price of the house has to offer. To get data in this study using two different methods, quantitative data (answers from the questionnaire) and qualitative data (the answers of the interview). The data were processed using a statistical test, with five score classifications, then the data is presented with the relative frequency distribution and the analysis that used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis performed indicates that public facilities provided by the developer significantly effect on peoples satisfaction in Mangupura. The dominant factor that affect consumers in buying a home is public road facility with average level 4.159. Each factor with influence level of selling price has positive linear relationship, except on public wastewater disposal facilities (-0439), assuming the higher needs of residents for these factors, the higher the level of satisfaction of the inhabitants of the factors of public facilities in residential areas. Advice that can be given of the results of this study is on the development of a region should pay attention to public facilities to be provided should be adjusted to the standard housing legislation.

Abstract

The study about consumers satisfactions toward ready mix concrete company efforts becomes a central topic in construction in Bali. More over, each of ready mix company promotes its comittment consistency in quality and is product services. The aim of these study is to identify the factors which are influenced the services quality towards the consumer satisfaction of ready mix concrete and to know the consumers satisfactions towards services quality. This study used consumers satisfaction survey through sampling technique ( questionnaires distributions to 40 respondent ) by filling  or marking the statements provided. To measure the consumers satisfaction toward the service quality, Importance – Perfomance Analysis was used. The aim is to measure the relation between consumer perseption and product/services quality improvement. The result of questionnaires data analyzes, could be concluded that the services quality was very important but the company didn’t do it maximal.The services included : the on time product delivery, the quick services for the consumers, the trust toward the quality, the consumers quality document, the readyness toward the consumers complaint. While, the services quality which were done well by the company, including : the staff took the mixture sample for the presure test, the staff did the slump test, the consumers got the information about the mixture quality, the slump test is based on the quality requirements, the pressure test is based on the the quality requirements, the concrete pump worked well, the mixer truck worked well, the volume of the mixture is based on the order, and the staff prepared  and used the testing tool on the field.

Abstract

Concrete itself is quite popular in terms of usage in the field of construction (bridges, buildings, and dams). In large projects and unconditioned special (extreme) as the long-span bridge construction in the middle of the sea, pier construction, buildings and retaining walls high sea waves need to use high-quality concrete. To be able to make high strength concrete required fas value (water-cement ratio) is low, ranging from 0.20 to 0.30 (ACI, 1998). In high quality concrete workmanship in the field, to facilitate construction of concrete because considering using a little water, then a superplasticizer admixture materials needed to facilitate mixing concrete. This study was conducted to determine the performance of each in terms of value Slump superplasticizer, concrete compressive strength and split tensile strength of concrete. Calculation of SNI 03-6468-2000 material refers to the weight ratio of cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate of 1.00: 1.67: 2.15 with water cement factor of 0.317. Used to test a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 150mm and height of 300mm which for the life of the test was made three (3) pieces of the specimen. Preparation and treatment of test specimens performed by standard procedures. The results showed that the use of superplasticizer type Napthalene Formaldehyde Sulphonate deliver results better compressive strength than the type superplasticizer Aqueous Solution Of Modified Polycarboxylate Copolymers is equal to 7.70%, but when viewed in terms of tensile strength and slump value (kelecakan) type superplasticizer Aqueous Solution Of Modified Polycarboxylate Copolymers provide better value Napthalene Formaldehyde Sulphonate when compared with that of 4.04% for split tensile strength and 22.22% for the slump value.

Abstract

The Denpasar One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service of Denpasar city often hears public complaints about the quality of Building Construction Permit, both regarding requirements that are deemed unclear, late issuance of permits, and facilities and infrastructure considered inadequate. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of Building Construction Permit services and find out the indicators that are priorities for improving service quality so that efforts can be sought to improve the quality of Building Construction Permit services. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire survey of 95 respondents with 26 questions. This study uses Servqual analysis and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Based on the results of Servqual analysis, it was found that public satisfaction with Building Construction Permit service quality was classified as dissatisfied, both seen from tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty variables. Of the 26 indicators that require quality improvement, using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis obtained 7 indicators which are the top priorities in improving the quality of Building Construction Permit services. Efforts that can be made are the addition of seats in the waiting room, conduct re-examination of files, socialization of regulations and requirements for IMB, conduct training and counseling for employees, and impose strict sanctions on employees who commits a violation.

Abstract

DESIGN OF RAFT-PILE FOUNDATION BY POULOS METHOD AND SOFTWARE PLAXIS ABSTRACT In Bali, especially Kuta area there are many layers of soft soil with hard soil depth far from the surface of the land. Sufficient foundation design is required to avoid soil degradation. This research aims to produce alternative pole-raft foundation design using Poulos manual method and Plaxis software. Poulos manual method using trial and error method with variation dimension cross section of pile, pile length, and number of piles. The results of this study show the final design configuration of the alternative foundation of this raft pile has a thickness of 0.30 meters raft and 25x25 cm2 pile along the 7 meters with 20 pieces. From this ideal configuration obtained the calculation of soil yield calculation by Poulos method of 6,53 cm, while with Plaxis software of 6,92 cm. Percentage mobilization of ultimate capacity of pole system with Poulos method by 52%, while using Plaxis software 56,5%. The percentage of load borne by the pole system by Poulos method is 79,83%, while with Plaxis software 80,24%.

Abstract

Abstract : There is incompatibility between the understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) knowledge with the application of construction workers behavior on the Nusa Dua - Ngurah Rai - Benoa Toll Road Project Pack 3, where the toll road project was built above the sea. There are workers who work with unsafe although they already know how it should work safely, and there are also workers who found himself competent, but need direction and guidance. Therefore, need to know the influence of occupational health and safety knowledge on construction workers behavior seen from several aspects such as definitions and initiation, management systems, mechanisms of personal protective devices, facilities and infrastructure, as well as the risk of OHS. The sampling technique used Non probability sampling with Incidental Sampling method. Data were taken from the assessment of respondents' answers to the questionnaire by workers sampled in the research. Correlation analysis is used to determine the relationship between knowledge of OHS with worker behavior. Regression analysis was used to explain of the knowledge of OHS aspects influence on construction workers behavior together by using the multiple linear regression analysis and partial by using simple linear regression analysis. The research result showed that there is a positive correlation between knowledge of OHS with worker behavior. In term of the OHS knowledge aspects, the use of personal protective devices mechanism aspects and utilization of facilities and infrastructure at work site affect positively / directly proportional and not significant, while aspects understanding of the definition and initiation, understanding of the OHS management system and an understanding of the risks effect Negative / inversely and not significant on the application of construction workers behavior in a secure and safe.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the selection of the winning bidder in the construction of government projects in Sikka district and determine the most dominant factors. The sample in this study was 57 respondents. Sampling was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed by factor analysis.   The results of the study obtained 4 factors that influenced the selection of the winning bidder with 84.004% cumulative variance. Factors that influenced were the dominant factor I from 15 variables namely, completeness and suitability of substantial terms requested in the bidding documents; the experience of the company/contractor; bank reference/support of banks; completeness and availability as well as the number of different types of tools/equipment/construction equipment; the availability of education and experience of personnel/field project staff; relationship/ proximity to the project owner; the validity and completeness of the offer letter; the validity of a business license; a contractor offers had to be the lowest prices and the detailed points were competitively priced; meeting tax obligations; the company was not in the custody of the court and was not included in the black list; the contractor would follow and respond quickly to requests; instructions and orders of the project owner for the repair/construction design changes; originality, suitability and validity of bid security letters; methods and strategies for the use and control of the work; the contractor completed the work in accordance with the quality required and in accordance with the specifications of the contract price.
