Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berdasarkan pada belum adanya instrumen pengukuran yang dilakukandalam mengukur perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun di day care DaarutTauhiid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan instrumen pengukuran,pengembangan instrumen pengukuran perkembangan sosial-emosional anak, danmelakukan expert judgment. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu Research andDevelopment (RD) dengan model penelitian, yaitu PPE yang meliputi Planning,Production, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakanwawancara dan validasi expert judgment. Partisipan penelitian ini, yaitu ahli pengukurandari akademisi, ahli materi bidang keahlian, dan pengelola day care. Hasil validasi padastruktur instrumen dan aspek pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa instrumen pengukuranyang dibuat sangat layak, sehingga instrumen pengukuran dapat digunakan di childcareatau day care. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan pada pengelola childcare atau day carebahwa instrumen pengukuran yang telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dapat diimplementasimenjadi panduan atau acuan saat mengukur perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun dan dapat menjadi salah satu rules model dalam pembuatan instrumenpengukuran perkembangan sosial-emosional anak usia 3-4 tahun serta bagi penelitiselanjutnya dapat dilakukan penelitian pada variabel atau ruang lingkup masalahpenelitian, yaitu uji coba instrumen pengukuran, implementasi instrumen pengukuran,dan efektivitas penerapan instrumen pengukuran perkembangan sosial-emosional anakusia 3-4 tahun berbasis home-based childcare.Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Instrumen Pengukuran, Stimulasi, Perkembangan sosialemosional,anak usia 3-4 tahun.

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah job sheet proses pencucian linen untuk kegiatan praktik peserta didik belum sesuai dengan SOP hotel dan belum tervalidasi, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan pengembangan job sheet proses pencucian linen melalui analisis kebutuhan, mengembangkan job sheet proses pencucian linen dalam mata pelajaran laundry, melakukan evaluasi melalui expert judgment. Metode pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (RD), dan mengacu pada model PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Tahap perencanaan melalui analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa job sheet proses pencucian linen belum sesuai dengan SOP. (2) Job sheet proses pencucian linen dikembangkan sesuai dengan SOP hotel mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan hasil praktik. (3) Tahap evaluasi pada job sheet melalui expert judgment dilakukan oleh empat validator yaitu dua ahli materi dan dua ahli kurikulum pembelajaran. Hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh sebesar 96% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan hasil validasi oleh ahli kurikulum pembelajaran sebesar 88% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa job sheet proses pencucian linen dalam mata pelajaran laundry yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Job Sheet, Proses Pencucian Linen, Laundry, Akomodasi Perhotelan

Abstract

This background of this research is motivated by the fast moving technology development of the education world which implicates the development standard development of performance assessment in assessing student's competence in SMK Hotel Accommodation, so the result of performance assessment could be well documented for a long time. The purpose of this research is to develop a Web-Based VE.Rubric to the Making Bed Performance Assessment Application in SMK Hotel Accommodation. This research is using descriptive method with the planning, production, and evaluation phase. Data collecting technique was used by utilizing interview and validation test through Expert Judgement to IT Expert, Assessor, Teacher, and Hotel Practitioner as Housekeeping's Expert. The result of the shows that VE.Rubric to the Making Bed Performance Assessment is considered worthy to be implemented to the performance test in SMK Hotel Accommodation and the in the Hotel Industry to the Job Performance Housekeeping Department.Keywords: VE.Rubric, Web based application, Performance assessment, Making bed, SMK Hotel Accommodation

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, a disaster that shocked the whole world, has affected various aspects of people's lives, including the resilience of society, especially the poor. This study aims to see the condition of the resilience of the poor in Bandung in facing the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey method was chosen to obtain the latest data flexibly with a total of 200 respondents, through the distribution of a questionnaire of 40 items consisting of aspects of individual, family, and community resilience. The results show that individual resilience is very dominant during the COVID-19 pandemic disaster, this mutually affects family resilience and community resilience. The most dominant factor in the resilience of individuals and families is the factor of spirituality and optimism in facing this epidemic, the factors that affect community resilience are individual interactions in community activities in the security, social and religious fields

Abstract

Daycare or Childcare is a very necessary place for women who work to provide parenting and education services to their children while they work. Caregiver Competence in providing services, parenting, is very important to learn. Based on the results of the study, the achievement of competency of an employee has a relationship with a commitment to an organization. This research aims to learn more about the commitment to the Organization with caregiver competence, especially in the competency that supports the development of early childhood. The assessments conducted in this study are quantitative by a descriptive method. This research was conducted at DayCare in Bandung. Respondents of this study supported 33 caregivers. The results of this study show that there are only three commitments for organizations that are partially related to the competency supporting child development, namely emotional problems and thinking skills, experience and biographic characteristics, and understanding and The values correspond to the category of caregivers with a fairly strong relationship category. The other two sub-variables are work motivation and organizational culture, not directly having a relationship with competency supporting child development. Furthermore, commitment to the organization, simultaneous support with competencies supporting child development belongs to the category is quite strong. This research proves how to care for early childhood must have adequate intelligence and thought with good values and adequate experience to demonstrate competence in supporting child development, in DayCare or ChildCare.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi ketersediaan job sheet yang ada di SMK Negeri 9 Bandung belum merujuk pada komponen job sheet yang seharusnya dan job sheet belum sesuai dengan SOP Hotel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Merencanakan pengembangkan job sheet cleaning bathroom  sesuai analisis kebutuhan. (2) Memproduksi job sheet yang dikembangkan sesuai komponen job sheet berdasarkan hasil analisis kebutuhan. (3) Mengevaluasi dengan melakukan uji validasi job sheet cleaning bathroom  melalui expert judgment. Penelitian ini menggunakan model PPE (planning, production, and evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan (planning) berdasarkan kebutuhan pengembangan job sheet cleaning bathroom karena job sheet yang tersedia belum merujuk pada komponen job sheet dan masih menjadi pegangan guru dan belum sesuai SOP. (2) Production job sheet pada tahap persiapan meliputi peraturan praktik, keselamatan kerja, penampilan diri (grooming). Tahap pelaksanaan job sheet berisi kegiatan praktik terbagi menjadi 4 kegiatan. Tahap hasil berisi penugasan yang disesuaikan pada setiap job sheet dan pedoman self evaluation. (3) Peneliti melakukan validasi (expert judgment) job sheet kepada 4 validator diantaranya 2 ahli kurikulum dan 2 ahli materi untuk menilai kelayakan job sheet cleaning bathroom yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil validasi oleh ahli kurikulum dan ahli materi Job sheet cleaning bathroom dinyatakan valid dengan memperoleh rata-rata 94,75% termasuk kriteria sangat layak tanpa revisi. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya dapat melanjutkan penelitian ini dengan mengimplementasikan job sheet cleaning bathroom sebagai room attendant pada housekeeping department ini kepada peserta didik SMK Akomodasi Perhotelan

Abstract

The program for social-emotional development stimulation is an essential aspect in early childhood in childcare. The childcare environment at home and every child's individual needs was the attention of this study. The method used a design-based research model that is covering the planning, production, and evaluation. Technique data collection for this research used interviews and validation expert judgment. These research participants are the early childhood education expert, family education expert, and practitioner’s childcare. The validation proceeds at stage 1 indicate that the program in the category worthy of revision. In phase 2, the program created is highly feasible. Therefore, childcare could use the program to stimulate social-emotional development for early childhood. The research was recommended to the childcare maintainer that the home-based childcare program could be used as a guide in childcare and for the next researcher to research the implementation of home-based childcare programs.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan di SMK perlu adanya kesepadanan atau kesesuaian dengandunia kerja (link and match), sehingga kompetensi peserta didik memenuhi tuntutan kompetensi dilapangan kerja. Untuk mengetahuai kesesuain tersebut, maka perlu dilaksanakan penilaian hasilbelajar atau uji kompetensi terhadap capaian kompetensi peserta didik sesuai dengan tuntutankompetensi yang dibutuhkan lapangan kerja. Pengujian kompetensi di SMK pada dasarnyamerupakan bagian integral dari proses pembelajaran, yang perlu diarahkan untuk menilai kinerjapeserta didik dengan memantau proses, kemajuan dan perbaikan hasil belajarnya secaraberkesinambungan. Pelaksanaan penilaian dapat dilakukan secara langsung pada saat peserta didikmelakukan aktivitas belajar, maupun secara tidak langsung melalui bukti hasil belajar sesuai dengankriteria kinerja atau performance criteria. Oleh karena itu sistem penilaian untuk kelompok matapelajaran produktif menitikberatkan pada penilaian hasil belajar berbasis kompetensi atauCompetency Based Assessment.Kata Kunci : Penilaian, Kompetensi, Pengujian, SMK

Abstract

Abstract: The problem arises from the need to help the women of the farming group in Sukamanah village in the primary industry in improving family welfare. This service and public dedication are supposed to provide training of diversifying processed duck meat to help increase the family’s economic income and enhance the family welfare of farming group families in the central industry area that has already started on duck cultivation. This activity of public devotion conduct using the learning by doing approach and lecturing method, demonstration, discussion question and answer, and practice methods. The result from the training activities are: 1) The increase in the knowledge and skills regarding processing duck meat that has selling value, 2) The socialized of the program in empowering the women that could make use their free time by increasing the productivity of the family’s economic income that implies in family welfare.).Abstrak: Permasalahan ini timbul karena perlu adanya upaya untuk membantu keluarga kelompok tani Desa Sukamanah di wilayah sentra industri yang termasuk golongan ekonomi menengah ke bawah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan diversifikasi olahan daging bebek dalam upaya membantu meningkatkan penghasilan ekonomi keluarga dan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga kelompok tani di wilayah sentra industri yang sudah merintis usaha budidaya bebek. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui pendekatan learning by doing dan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan, yaitu: 1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan diversifikasi olahan daging bebek yang memiliki nilai jual, 2) Tersosialisasikannya program pemberdayaan perempuan yang dapat memanfaatkan waktu luangnya dengan menambah produktifitas untuk meningkatkan penghasilan ekonomi keluarga yang berimplikasi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga
