Abstract

Development of a Digital Student Worksheet (LKPD) using the Educandy application. This research aims to enhance the learning experiences of fourth-grade students. The study involved 28 participants and assessed the effectiveness of the LKPD on the topic "What was the area where I used to live?". The results indicated a high level of usability, with a score of 88% from students, signifying it as very suitable for learning processes. Additionally, teacher feedback was even more positive, achieving a score of 92%, confirming its appropriateness for educational use. The study also employed the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for development, which received validation scores of 94% from language experts, 100% from media experts, and 92% from content experts. The practicality of the LKPD was further supported by student and teacher responses, which scored 88% and 92%, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan pembelajaran di SDN Ciheuleut 02 Kota Bogor, yang menunjukkan bahwa guru masih menggunakan kertas lepas sebagai alat evaluasi pemelajaran sehingga pembelajaran kurang bervariatif. Observasi menunjukkan bahwa guru belum memanfaatkan teknologi secara optimal dalam pembelajaran, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan evaluasi pembelajaran evaluasi pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif pada materi “mengapa kita perlu makan dan minum?” , dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran melalui validasi ahli, respon guru, dan respon siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas Kelas V-B. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media video animasi ini sangat layak digunakan, dengan persentase validasi ahli media sebesar 94% ahli bahasa 96%,ahli matari 1 92% dan ahli matari 2 92%. Respon guru terhadap media ini memperoleh skor sebesar 92%, dan respon siswa sebesar 93% keduanya dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil pretest dan posttes siswa memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 81,21%, menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran ini efektif dan layak digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

This study examined the effects of Pesantren Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership on Asatidz Performance, with Professionalism as a mediating variable. The study employed a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from 150 asatidz selected through proportionate stratified random sampling from several pesantren institutions. The analysis applied the Higher-Order Construct approach with the disjoint two-stage method using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that Professionalism had the strongest positive effect on Asatidz Performance. Pesantren Organizational Culture significantly influenced both Professionalism and Asatidz Performance. Transformational Leadership significantly affected Professionalism but did not directly influence Asatidz Performance. Mediation analysis revealed that Professionalism partially mediated the relationship between Pesantren Organizational Culture and Asatidz Performance, while fully mediating the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Asatidz Performance. These findings indicate that professionalism is the primary mechanism through which organizational culture and leadership contribute to improving the performance of asatidz. The study highlights the importance of strengthening professional values, organizational culture, and leadership practices to support sustainable performance improvement in pesantren educational institutions.
