Abstract

Policy of empowerment of the rural poor by involving the activ participation of all stakeholders, including women, is a comprehensive approach to the development of the creative economy in Bali. Karangasem regency is one of the districts with the largest number of poor people in the province of Bali. The purpose of this research is:  Identify the typologi of domestic industry (IRT). The research methodology using descriptive analysis method.The analysis showed the following matters: Propyl IRT is characterized by several components, namely; (A) the characteristics of businesses IRT dominated by women with an average age of 38.6 years, mostly housewives. (B) Based on IRT propyl clusters are grouped into: (1) Handicraft (woven palm, bamboo and coconut shells) some 70%; (2) Food and beverage industry (10%), (3) Industrial equipment ceremony (cymbals cider and offerings) by 7%; (4) Other industries (13%). (C) Based on the stage of development. The typologi business, namely (1) Industrial Business beginners (90%); (2) The business industry is growing (10%), and (3) advanced industrial enterprises (0%).

Abstract

Agribusiness is one sector which is based on farm business or the other fields that support it. Activity in the agribusiness sector includs any one or all of the chain along production, processing and marketing including poultry farm. This study aims to determine how the layer farmers profile, strategic internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and challenges) affecting farm poultry as well as the development of alternative strategies and what strategies are feasible priority. Respondents were termined using a proportional random sampling of layer farmers in Tabanan regency. Internal and external factors evaluated by the IFE matrix and EFE matrix. Alternative defined strategy with IE matrix and SWOT matrix, and for the determination of strategic priorities determined by matrix QSPM. The results showed that the internal factors are a major force in the development of poultry farm is a hereditary business and the availability of means of transport. Externally, the main factor being the availability of market opportunities and short distribution and population growth. Factors are the main challenges and the fluctuating price of chicken diseases. Main strategy (grand strategy) for poultry farm agribusiness development is market penetration and product development. Market penetration strategy is a strategy used to increase market share of the product or service through marketing efforts greater. Product development strategy is a strategy that aims to make companies that partnered to increase sales by improving or modifying existing products now. Alternative strategy is to increase market share to achieve the position of market leader through a policy of local governments and related enterprises, control and surveillance of pests or diseases of livestock farm in order to be sustainable, the capital guarantee and optimize field officers, and optimize working capital and increase ability in the development of an efficient agribusiness. Strategic priorities poultry farm agribusiness development is a strategy to achieve increased market share market leader position through policies of local governments and related companies.

Abstract

ABSTRACTANALYSIS OF COMPANY PERFORMANCE OF CV. BALI INDAHWITH BALANCED SCORECARD METHODBusiness competition has raised the work standard in various dimensions suchas quality, cost, and smooth operation. The challenge caused by the increasingcompetition is that companies or institutions will do anything that is consideredimportant for strategic competitiveness and overall business improvement. That is,companies will always compete to attract customers by offering various facilities atcompetitive prices. This situation will obviously encourage the management to makecertain strategies in order to win the competition and achieve companies ultimategoals. This study entitled "Analysis of Company Performance of CV. Bali Indah withBalanced Scorecard method. The company's performance is looked from fourperspectives of Balanced Scorecard namely financial perspective, customer, internalbusiness processes, learning and growth. The aim of this study is to analyze theperformance of CV. Bali Indah based on the four perspectives of the BalancedScorecard.The Performance of CV. Bali Indah from a financial perspective in this studywere assessed using Liquidity Ratio (current ratio and quick ratio), ProfitabilityRatio (net profit margin, return on assets and return on equity), Solvency Ratio (totalasset to debt ratio and networth to debt ratio), Leverage ratio (total debt total assetsratio and total debt to equity ratio) and Activity Ratio (total assets turn over). Theperformance of costumer perspective used the customer acquisition and customersatisfaction index. Internal business process performance was assessed by usingManufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE). The performance assessment of learningand growth perspective was done by assessing the capability of employees bymeasuring employee productivity and employee satisfaction index. Based on the study findings, it can be concluded that CV. Bali Indah fromFinancial Perspective of the year 2011-2014 is rated good. From the customerperspective, customer acquisition fluctuated and customer satisfaction index resultsarevery good (customers were satisfied with their transactions with CV. Bali Indah).Assessment on internal business process perspective by assessing product ordertransaction using Cycle Manufacturing Effectiveness is rated good. Product ordertransaction has run effectively.In term of learning and growth perspective, employeeproductivity fluctuated from 2011-2014 and the employee satisfaction index result isgood (employees are satisfied with their employment in CV. Abstract

Sub-terminal agribusiness, marketing agencies or concept as a market that is well managed to increase added value to farmers, in addition to educating farmers improve the quality of its products, as well as change the mindset toward agribusiness and became one of the original sources of income of the region. This research aims to study the development of agribusiness sub-terminal, the factors that affect the role of man, money, machines, methods, market in the construction of sub terminal agribusiness and agribusiness development influence sub terminal of performance marketing and an increase in revenue. This research was conducted in the eastern region of sikka on seven districts (Kewapante, Hewokloang, Bola, Doreng, Waigete, Talibura, Waiblama), which is the producer of crop plantations. Determination of the number of respondents is based on the number of respondents with slovin methods as much as 98 people, retrieval technique using purposif method of sampling respondents. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews, and documentation, and data analysis using the method of quantitative analysis with test PLS. The results showed that the role of the factor man, money, machines, methods, market development of sub terminal agribusiness is very high, with the highest factor is the role of money and the correlation between a factor and mutually binding is the highest factor method. Construction of the sub-terminal agribusiness is real and positive affect performance marketing, the biggest factor is the factor of influence machines and produc. Construction of the sub-terminal agribusiness is real and positive influence of income with respect to the measurement of each factor is a positive and very real. Machines and creativity factor is the factor that has the most influence is high. Influence directly the sub terminal of agribusiness marketing and income is very real, as are the direct influence of marketing revenue. The suggestions can be put forward: (1) the role of government and private institutions as well as in the repair of chain or a marketing system as long as it does not favour to farmers producing crops of farmer plantations mainly by improving the existing marketing systems and monitoring of market prices, (2) a binding between the joint government and private institutions in strengthening marketing, repair and construction of infra structure: roads, bridges, ports, storage sheds to grow smooth results marketing process, (3) need for cooperation by all parties both from the educational institutions/universities, governments and private institutions to assist farmers in improving usahataninya, and (4) sikka to government as soon as possible to build a sub terminal agribusiness which is one of the marketing agency that coordinated or arranged properly to improve marketing systems that have an impact on increased life and well-being of farmers ' lives.

Abstract

PT. Nanda Bangun Nusa is a success company in landscaping agribusiness, its indicatedby increasing of selling and profit of the company continually in the year, and getting thebiggest market share until the company able to get position as Market Leader in landscapingagribusiness, especially in five stars hotel in Bali.This research has aim to analysis marketing strategy of PT.Nanda Bangun Nusa tosustaining market leader position in landscaping agribusiness of five stars hotel in Bali.This research use integrated analysis such as: a. Factor Internal External Matrix, b.Profile Competitive Matrix and Mapping, c. BCG Matrix, d. Internal External Matrix (IEMatrix), e. Space and Vector Line Matrices, f. Marketing Mix-SWOT Combination Matrix,and g. SWOT Matrix.The result of research shows that the company able to apply differentiation focusstrategy to ward off the treatment, impressing of competitor and the other factor external thatis difficult to overcome, to sustain the highest market share and market leader position inindustry landscaping of five stars hotel in Bali. This company is able to apply strong pricestrategy and product superiority, which is always guarded and supported by strongdistribution strategy. However, the weak promotion strategy needs to straighten to sustain thehighest market share and market leader position. To anticipate the condition of dynamicmarket, the company able to use sustainable competitive advantages, such as specialcharacteristic of design traditional Balinese and product qualities, competitive price anddistribution, experience of company in selling and good reputation in service to the customer,as well as high market share to sustain its position as market leader in landscapingagribusiness of five stars hotel in Bali.

Abstract

Vegetable traders with operational time in the afternoon until evening, of course, have certain behaviors in Entrepreneurship and make the decision to migrate from the area of ??origin that is interesting to study. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics, entrepreneurial behavior and trends of migrating Vegetable traders in Ubung Kaja Village. This research was conducted in the village of Ubung Kaja. The research location was chosen intentionally (purposive sampling) considering that Ubung Kaja Village is an area where most of the area is a residential / residential location in North Denpasar District and North Denpasar District is a densely populated area in Denpasar City. The research design carried out was a survey method. Data collection is used by direct observation and interviews. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive analysis, logistic regression and SEM-PLS. Vegetable traders migrate from the area of ??origin to the village of Ubung Kaja (overseas areas) influenced by age of income, marital status, asset ownership and employment in the area of ??origin. The analysis results obtained entrepreneurial entrepreneurial behavior included in both categories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai bagaimana pengaruh sistem penggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan Natrabu Minang Restoran Bali. Metode penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu teknik untuk menentukan sampel penelitian dengan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu yang bertujuan agar data yang diperoleh nantinya bisa lebih representatif, artinya sampel data yang diambil sebanyak 35 responden dari 39 karyawan. Hal ini dikarenakan empat karyawan lainnya tidak memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian penulis. Adapun kriteria pemilihan sampel terbagi menjadi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (Sem-PLS). Metode ini dikenal sebagai pendekatan partial least square (Sem-PLS) yang merupakan metode SEM berbasis varian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Sistem Penggajian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan karyawan, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung (12,512) > t-tabel (1,96) dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sistem Penggajian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung (5,911) > t-tabel (1,96) nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sistem Penggajian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, terlihat dari nilai t-hitung (8,158) > t-tabel (1,96) nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Saran yang bisa diberikan penulis adalah perusahaan dapat memprioritaskan sistem penggajian dalam peningkatan kinerja karyawan, dimana terkhususkan pada dimensi sentralisasi-desentralisasi, karena ini memiliki nilai tertinggi diantara dimensi sistem penggajian yang lainnya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The result of comprehensiveness measurement performance of Agribusiness Sub Terminal (namely STA) by Balanced Scorecard techniques indicated that the individual of STA own strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the efforts of improving customer values, processing product with good quality, build customer loyalty, and improve performance of STA financial. The diversify claim concrete effort to build synergism of business partnership to improve effective and efficiency of commodity system of food crop and horticulture. The Objectives of this research is to analyze competitiveness position of group and individual of STA, and formulate build synergy strategy of business partnership between STA in Bali Province. The research result indicate that the competitiveness position of group STA be at growth quadrant, while the competitiveness position of individual STA gone the round of the cell with fascination of middle business strength and industrial attractiveness. In the long run, the competitiveness position of individual STA expected reaching the cell with strong industrial attractiveness and business strength. Therefore, the repair of managerial quality were needed through effort of improvements of market share and quality of product continually, competitive price of product, and also improvement of human resource quality of each STA. According to matrix of synergy, the research shows that attainment of synergy between STA in this time still not yet adequate. In the future, the attainment of synergy between STA expected earn better, with interest settle cooperation between STA in the cases of marketing, operation, management and investment. Key words: To build synergy strategy, Agribusiness Sub Terminal ABSTRAK Hasil pengukuran kinerja STA yang komprehensif dengan Balanced Scorecard menunjukkan bahwa individu STA memiliki keunggulan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman sendiri-sendiri dalam upaya meningkatkan customer value, memproses produk yang berkualitas, memuaskan pelanggan, serta meningkatkan kinerja finansial STA. Keragaman tersebut menuntut upaya konkrit untuk membangun sinergisme kemitraan usaha guna meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi sistem komoditas tanaman pangan dan hortikultura tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa posisi bersaing kelompok STA saat ini berada pada kuadran pertumbuhan (growth), sedangkan posisi bersaing individu STA tersebar pada sel dengan daya tarik industri dan kekuatan bisnis menengah. Dalam jangka panjang, posisi bersaing individu STA diharapkan dapat mencapai sel dengan daya tarik industi dan kekuatan bisnis yang kuat. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan kualitas manajerial dibutuhkan melalui upaya perbaikan pangsa pasar dan kualitas produk yang berkelanjutan, harga produk yang kompetitif serta perbaikan kualitas SDM masing-masing STA. Berdasarkan matriks sinergi pencapaian sinergi antar STA saat ini belum memadai dan pada masa yang akan datang pencapaian sinergi tersebut diharapkan akan lebih baik dengan lebih memantapkan kerjasama antar STA dalam hal pemasaran, operasi, manajemen, dan investasi. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan perbaikan sistem usahatani dengan simulasiprogramasi linier yang dapat memperbaiki aliran kas bersih (net cash flow) yangmencerminkan kesejahteraan finansial rumahtangga tani sekaligus produksi usahatani yangberkelanjutan.Simulasi model programasi linier rumahtangga tani yang memenuhi persyaratanketahanan pangan rumahtangga dan pertanian berkelanjutan (model FSSA-LP) digunakanuntuk analisis penelitian. Data primer yang diperoleh dari 100 sampel rumahtangga tani untuksetiap daerah pedesaan di tiga provinsi di Indonesia, yakni Bali, Jawa Timur dan DaerahIstimewa Yogyakarta, digunakan untuk menetapkan parameter model. Penerapan efisiensiteknis yang lebih tinggi dan metode pertanian berkelanjutan dengan input eksternal rendahsekaligus pertanian berkelanjutan dengan informasi ekologi tinggi disimulasikan dalam modelFSSA-LP yang valid.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan secara simultan tingkat efisiensiteknis tertinggi yang menghasilkan output usahatani optimal dan metode pertanianberkelanjutan dengan input eksternal rendah sekaligus pertanian berkelanjutan denganinformasi ekologi tinggi yang menghasilkan usahatani lebih lestari pada model FSSA-LPtidak hanya meningkatkan aliran kas bersih rumahtangga tani tetapi juga mengatasi penurunanaliran kas bersih rumahtangga tani akibat perubahan faktor-faktor eksogen dari model FSSALP,seperti tingkat suku bunga kredit tinggi, harga input usahatani tinggi, harga output rendah,dan harga pangan tinggi secara simultan.
